Just want we needed after a day at the beach. Lovely deck and a great kitchen.

Good morning, just some feedback on our stay this weekend and some issues you might want to pass to the owners. The positives first , the property was clean great location and had everything we needed. The negative was the constant beeping noise that screeched through the house every 10 seconds. Speaking to the locals it was most likely either a septic or water pump alarm. It was under the house and a part of the property we could not access. It was unbearable and the only way to go to sleep was to turn off part of the main power, meaning there was no water pressure for toilets etc. We did phone bachcare and was assured that this was going to be dealt with straight away. Didn’t hear a thing !!!! Never have used Bachcare and am unlikely to use this company again. As an aside I accidently turned on a part of the BBQ that was still covered with a cover plate, in my defence the dials are a little confusing, but either way the small cover plate is slightly damaged and might need replacement or repainting. I am willing to cover this expensive. I am happy for you to share my contact details with the owner so we can work this out
