I dont think I could say enough good things about this hotel. The owners and staff are wonderful, the dinner they made was fantastic, the breakfasts were equally so. Parking inside their gated property, grocery and pharmacy across the street, easy walk back to hotel after you visit the travertines. In two weeks in Turkey this was my families favorite place we stayed. If you stay here and dont come away with a smile and warm memories there's something wrong with you- not the owners, the staff, or the property.

This is a great place to stay - book it! The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. They treated us very well and helped us figure out transportation, local attractions, taxi, bus, etc. The breakfast is great, the wifi is the best we've had in Turkey so we were grateful to be able to get work done while visiting the nearby travertine pools and ancient city of Heirapolis. Thank you!

A must stay when visiting Pamukkale/ St Philips Church of the tombs and burial and Laodicea! Off a quiet street with a view of Cotton Castles that lay below Hierapolis. They will make you feel like family. Owners wife and daughter n law opened up a restaurant on site and the food was fantastic. The roasted eggplant in olive oil was to die for!

Very nice small hotel close to the main attractions in Pamakkale. The owner’s are very nice and helpful letting you know about the local attractions and how to access them. They also have a restaurant on site which is run by the wife you have to try the lamb chops outstanding. We would recommend this hotel great value.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They helped us to catch the bus to the north gate so we could easily visit Hierapolis and the travertines, and then walk the short distance back to the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Parking was very easy and on site. Highly recommend this stay in Pamukkale!

진짜 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적했어요!! 들어가자마자 깨끗하고 넓은 방에 한 번 감탄하고 주인아저씨의 친절함에 두번 감탄했습니다..♥ 평이 좋아 예약했는데 기대 이상이었어요! 방,침구류, 화장실 모두 정말 깨끗했고 필요한 것들(옷장, 실내슬리퍼, 욕실용품)이 모두 있었어요! 그리고 테라스 밖으로는 파묵칼레가 보이는 전경이었고 걸어서 근처 호수도 다녀올 수 있었습니다! 파묵칼레도 정말 가까웠어요! 아저씨께서 파묵칼레 오픈/클로즈 시간을 알려주셨고 저녁엔 주변 음식점도 2개정도 추천해주셔서 골라갔는데 너무 맛있었습니다! 그리고 아침은 방 또는 테라스에서 모두 가능한데 날이 좋아서 저흰 테라스에서 먹었어요! 주인 아주머니분께서 만드신 잼과 토마토소스와 함께 먹었는데 너무너무 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다! 파묵칼레에 가신다면 이 호텔 강추예요! The facility is easy to find and very close to the local sites. The owner greeted us with tea and biscuits despite our later arrival. The room is spotless and the shower pressure is the best we've had in all of Turkey! Breakfast was perfectly delicious and I would recommend trying the homemade apricot jam . our only suggestion which would make it from a good to an excellent would be a nicer quality mattress and better pillows

The host speaks good English and the dinner at the house was a good choice. The room is clean and comfortable. I extremely like the ground heat and the heater in the bashroom. Weather was not good but we managed to get our shoes dry with the heater in the bashroom.

Owner was incredibly nice and helpful, even when we missed our bus stop, he waited for us to arrive and watched our location to unsure our safety. Very clean room with fridge. Beds are very firm, if you’re sensitive to that. Reasonable rates on airport transfers and balloon rides. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms was very large, clean and quite. We were there in February and the room was very warm. The beakfast is served in your room by the owner (make sure you let them know ahead of time of any dietary restrictions). Overall, a wonderful property.

It was the most perfect time in Pamukkale at the Cotton House. The apartments are enormous and very well equipped, as well as new and well maintained. The hosts, Tufan and Elif, are very kind and helpful with everything. My family and I have had a wonderful stay there. It is convenient in terms of location and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant hotel with an outgoing and helpful host. Pre-stay communication was very good, and included arrangement of a balloon flight. Location is great, with an easy walk to supermarket/grocery stores and a vast number of eating places. Very comfortable with excellent amenities.

We felt right at home almost immediately, such a warm welcome with that delicious watermelon that cooled us down. Every question answered and thoughtful suggestions made – made our stay that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

They helped us to catch the bus to the north gate so we could easily visit Hierapolis and the travertines, and then walk the short distance back to the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Parking was very easy and on site. Highly recommend this stay in Pamukkale!

What a wonderful stay. Our host was very helpful with directions, things to do etc( speaks great English too). Hierapolis & Pamukkale Are a must see but go early or late. It is a mob seen midday

It was a wonderful stay with host very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. When I found out the cleopatra pool was closed for renovations, he guided us on another thermal pool on the way to the airport. Free breakfast was also very personable. And really nice of them to serve such a delicious breakfast catered to our needs

It is a small family run hotel - the owners personally greeted us. Everything had a personal to touch to it. The breakfast was outstanding. The owners were very personable and went out of the way to help us. The room was clean and spacious. It felt more like staying at your uncle's house than at a hotel. Location wise, it is perfect. Pamukkale and Hierapolis middle gate was just few minutes walk away from the hotel.

We had a great stay at The Cotton House! Tufan & Elif are wonderful hosts - very helpful and friendly. The breakfast they provided was incredible. The location was great within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, the Travertine Terraces, etc. We had a nice view of the Travertine Terraces and of the hot air balloons going up in the morning. You can't go wrong staying here!

For others considering a visit to Pamukkale, the Cotton House is a great bet. Comfortable beds with good air conditioning, in an ideal location to visit the local sites, while also being on a quiet street.

I dont think I could say enough good things about this hotel. The owners and staff are wonderful, the dinner they made was fantastic, the breakfasts were equally so. Parking inside their gated property, grocery and pharmacy across the street, easy walk back to hotel after you visit the travertines. In two weeks in Turkey this was my families favorite place we stayed. If you stay here and dont come away with a smile and warm memories there's something wrong with you- not the owners, the staff, or the property.

The hosts are absolutely amazing! They gave us the perfect advice for how best to spend the time In Pamukkale. Breakfast in their garden with homemade fruit jam from their trees can’t be beat! Highly recommend!

The family who run this five room inn are wonderful and welcoming. We spent one night at the Cotton House and everyone was great. The room was spacious and very clean. Morning breakfast was included and homemade. Highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Es un Hotel pequeño,pero limpio,con habitaciones grandes y limpias. Los señores muy atentos. Lo único que el desayuno es lo mismo todos los días. A pocos metros de la estación de bus,lo recomiendo.

The Cotton House is a gem of a hotel! Small, family run with charming staff, ready to go above and beyond to make our stay just perfect . The rooms were immaculately clean and well appointed, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. I particularly appreciated all the hooks in the bathroom for our towels :-) In the evenings we sat out on our balcony and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The gardens of the hotel were lovely and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts amidst the fruit trees as well as a wonderful dinner. The staff were also very helpful with transportation and logistics for our site seeing.
