A very high 4* all inclusive resort. Spread over beautiful gardens it feels very green and private. The pool area is clean and modern. Staff are incredible and so friendly all the time. Food is ok but not a massive range or choice.

Globalement très bien. Très propre, personnel très aimable, bonne nourriture pour un "all inclusive" spécialement au restaurant marocain de l\'hôtel. Belles infrastructures, nombreuses animations. Juste un peu bruyant quand on vient avec un jeune enfant qu\'on doit coucher tôt mais pas trop gênant si la chambre n\'est pas proche des animations. Assez éloigné de la medina (30 min en taxi) mais c\'est aussi cette géographie qui permet de bénéficier de grands espaces et les déplacements se font facilement.

This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team.

Loved everything about this stunning property. In particular, their F&B dept is superbly run - food is delicious and of such a fantastic variety, every day! Great entertainment, for those who would like it. Staff’s amazing and attentive. Its location is a little remote so ensure mobile data package has good service/ coverage for the area. Unfortunate WiFi was down for two days which was a little inconvenient, but I didn’t allow that to impact on holiday and how great this all-inclusive property is. Will for sure recommend and return again! Bravo Sol Oasis Marrakech!!!

We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour!

The things they don't tell you... The bar staff limit you to two drinks at a time, which doesn't work if you are getting drinks for a group of more than two. The bookable restaurants charge extra for drinks and food other than a basic option. The entertainermait goes on untill 11pm, which you can hear from your room, which doesn't work if your not a night owl. There is nothing outside of the hotel, no shops, restaurants, just wasteland. If you want to go anywhere you either have to book a seat on the hotel minibus which only fits 15 people, or pay for a taxi. The hotel minibus driver was very good though and always drove safely! If you go to the buffet restaurant after 9pm, the staff have lost interest, so the food can be cold or not very appetising because they've not looked after it. The good things though are the rooms are nice and spacious and the sports facilities are good for a hotel. The reception staff were very helpful.

Property was recently renovated so conditions still ok. Food was ok but not as good as AI hotels in Turkey. Pool was nice. Daily cleaning of the rooms was hit or miss, some days staff did not wipe the floors. Overall OK but nothing to get too excited about.

Une découverte ! Un régal ! Nous avons tout adoré du personnel à la chambre. L’hôtel est d’une propreté sans nom. Tout le personnel s’active dès le petit matin Il faut vraiment y venir pour découvrir un havre de paix dans cet univers de soleil.

The hotel is perfect, so clean and the rooms are very very clean and the staff are so friendly . We loved the activities. Food was definitely delicious. I would like to thank Mrs. Nadia ( the housekeeping manager) for the good treatment and assistance she provides to all customers. The hotel is perfect for family and couples . Hôtel au top! Un peu excentré de Marrakech mais le système de navettes est très pratique. Et le prix du taxi du centre de Marrakech jusqu'à l'hôtel reste très raisonnable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La literie impeccable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le restaurant est fabuleux!!! Variée, la nourriture est excellente et le thème est différent chaque jour. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Hicham qui a tout fait pour nous faire plaisir. Et toujours tellement souriant!!!! Pourquoi je n'ai mis "que" 4 etoiles? Parce qu'il y a un MAIS!!!! Il est vrai que le personnel est dans l'ensemble très sympa mais honnêtement certains pourraient être un peu plus aimables et souriants. Je ne parle pas de la réception ni des femmes qui font le ménage. Excellente impression générale nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir!!!!

An absolutely amazing hotel.The staff are extremely helpful and friendly; they really are the jewel of the whole place. The hotel has been designed and decorated to a high standard. The all inclusive food was 8/10; good variety but as with all buffets, food tends to dry out. Our room was comfortable and clean with lovely details throughout. There is a shuttle that goes to the Medina several times a day, so it is convenient for those who want some of the excitement of the old city. The spa was incredible and I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life! The only drawback was the drainage smell that appeared on our second day. It was prominent whenever we used the shower and turned on the tap. It seemed to affect our whole block. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you would like a relaxing stay in Marrakesh

Over het algemeen een prima hotel, maar geen ruim voldoende. Het eten is niet goed, vaak lauw/koud en smaakloos. Smaakt alsof het ontdooid is, niet vers. Borden en glazen niet super schoon en helaas ook rauwe kip gekregen. Ook zijn wij 's avonds niet opgehaald door de shuttlebus, toen wij naar de stad gingen. Gelukkig kwam de receptie met een oplossing en konden wij na een tijdje toch terug naar het hotel. Personeel is wel erg vriendelijk en er zijn leuke zitplekjes. De kamers zijn mooi, maar worden matig schoongemaakt door de dagen heen. Sportfaciliteiten zijn super. Wij zouden niet terugkomen.

Points - : l'établissement est vieillot, les chambres sont tres petites, mini bar vide , une bouteilles d'eau par séjour, réception pas sympa , buffet bien décoré mais de pret rien n'est tentant et manque beaucoup de qualité et de goûts , pour le service malgré le all in il y a beaucoup d'extra, si vous etes habitué a un autre standing ici faut s'organiser comme pour un vol rayanair hhhh , il faut s'approvisionner au bar de petite bouteilles d'eau et de boissons avant 23h sinon l'eau passe en extra a la réception, ah oui et caution pout les serviettes . Sinon globalement on a passé un bon moment mais on y reviendra pas

I am honestly surprised this place go such a high rating. If you are not French or British don't stay here. They will ignore you and not give a damn. Their drinks are all watered down and half the staff don't know how to make them. They serviced us raw chicken and all they said was oh thank.... The food is average at this place and they tried to gaslight me into saying the extra money I paid for a terrace meant I would get a window. All the rooms had windows why would I pay extra for that? Our room was covered in ants and had a wasp nest on the terrace so we couldn't even enjoy it. Anyways, we will return to Morocco but not this resort.

Wonderful, attentive staff. My family was sick when we stayed (not because of the hotel) and they couldn't do enough to help us. Beautuiful grounds, lovely room. Amazing view of snow capped mountains. Great food. Wonderful stay. I just wish we were well enough to enjoy it more.

Hôtel au top! Un peu excentré de Marrakech mais le système de navettes est très pratique. Et le prix du taxi du centre de Marrakech jusqu'à l'hôtel reste très raisonnable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La literie impeccable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le restaurant est fabuleux!!! Variée, la nourriture est excellente et le thème est différent chaque jour. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement Hicham qui a tout fait pour nous faire plaisir. Et toujours tellement souriant!!!! Pourquoi je n'ai mis "que" 4 etoiles? Parce qu'il y a un MAIS!!!! Il est vrai que le personnel est dans l'ensemble très sympa mais honnêtement certains pourraient être un peu plus aimables et souriants. Je ne parle pas de la réception ni des femmes qui font le ménage. Excellente impression générale nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir!!!!

The personal touch provided. My husband and I were slated to arrive after the dinning room closed. The staff knowing this made plates for us with water and drinks. There was also a hand written note welcoming us. The room was clean, the property beautiful and well kept. And the pool was heated in the spa room. Loved every moment spent there!

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing staff, everyone was so nice and welcoming, it had a really nice atmosphere from the minute you walk in, the entertainment staff are brilliant and put on a show for everyone at night in the bar area and also the show hall, they are always chatty and friendly round the pool throughout the day too, great selection of food on the buffet and rooms are spacious and beautiful

The food was amazing! I have never seen anything like it. The staff that checked us in were a little cold but then the other staff after that more than made up for it. We asked for extra towels at reception and by the time we walked back to our room the towels had been delivered! Beautiful gardens. Negatives: No desk or table in the room Bathroom vanity was scarred Shuttle was very limited in its services

Loved everything about this stunning property. In particular, their F&B dept is superbly run - food is delicious and of such a fantastic variety, every day! Great entertainment, for those who would like it. Staff’s amazing and attentive. Its location is a little remote so ensure mobile data package has good service/ coverage for the area. Unfortunate WiFi was down for two days which was a little inconvenient, but I didn’t allow that to impact on holiday and how great this all-inclusive property is. Will for sure recommend and return again! Bravo Sol Oasis Marrakech!!!

We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour!

The things they don't tell you... The bar staff limit you to two drinks at a time, which doesn't work if you are getting drinks for a group of more than two. The bookable restaurants charge extra for drinks and food other than a basic option. The entertainermait goes on untill 11pm, which you can hear from your room, which doesn't work if your not a night owl. There is nothing outside of the hotel, no shops, restaurants, just wasteland. If you want to go anywhere you either have to book a seat on the hotel minibus which only fits 15 people, or pay for a taxi. The hotel minibus driver was very good though and always drove safely! If you go to the buffet restaurant after 9pm, the staff have lost interest, so the food can be cold or not very appetising because they've not looked after it. The good things though are the rooms are nice and spacious and the sports facilities are good for a hotel. The reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel is perfect, so clean and the rooms are very very clean and the staff are so friendly . We loved the activities. Food was definitely delicious. I would like to thank Mrs. Nadia ( the housekeeping manager) for the good treatment and assistance she provides to all customers. The hotel is perfect for family and couples . Coming towards the end of my holiday, I thought I would treat myself to an all-inclusive unfortunately I had booked for 2 nights but made my mind up on the first day was not going to stay here another day. Check-in was irritating as there was no queue, but it still took 45 minutes to process. The venue itself was just OK, in my opinion, as was the food. For the price I paid, I had higher expectations. I.e. having to pay for mini fridge items goes against all-inclusivee. I booked last minute and should have read more into it, and despite having conversation with andrea they have not responded to my request of 2nd night being refundable.

This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team.

Déçue de cet hôtel, très bruyant le soir jusque minuit, pas adapté aux enfants, 1 seule piscine ou tout s'y passe (l'aquagym 2 fois par jour, water polo...) Lorsqu'il y a du monde c'est vraiment pas top ! Zéro pointé pour les cocktails (mojito fait a base de citron jaune, 3 feuilles de menthe, b1cardi et 7up) ! Pas de Pina colada pourtant présent sur la carte, la cause : la serveuse nous dit que le lait de coco coûte trop cher ! A ce moment là, on le retire de la carte !!!! pas beaucoup de choix au bar une formation devrait être donnée aux serveurs afin de savoir faire des cocktails ! Hôtel situé au milieu de nulle part, a 30min du centre rien autour Spa excessivement cher, plus cher qu'en France mais très beau (heureusement) Beaucoup de marocains, qui bizarrement payent la moitié de notre peux pour les mêmes prestations ! Points positifs : propreté, qualité des repas, sympathie des serveurs au restaurant, chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain pourrie ! Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel ! Heureuse de rentrer au bout de 12 jours !

The hotel was amazing staff are so helpful and the free shuttle bus to town and back is great. There is nothing around the hotel to walk to but you jump on the free bus. The only disappointment was that after 11pm you had to buy your own drinks and there is two a la cate restaurants which you also have to pay for. My advice is of you have to eat out go into town

Globalement très bien. Très propre, personnel très aimable, bonne nourriture pour un "all inclusive" spécialement au restaurant marocain de l\'hôtel. Belles infrastructures, nombreuses animations. Juste un peu bruyant quand on vient avec un jeune enfant qu\'on doit coucher tôt mais pas trop gênant si la chambre n\'est pas proche des animations. Assez éloigné de la medina (30 min en taxi) mais c\'est aussi cette géographie qui permet de bénéficier de grands espaces et les déplacements se font facilement.

Un séjour formidable. Les repas sont qualitatifs et variés. Hôtel luxueux et calme. Nombreuses activités y compris pour les enfants (à noter que le personnel ne force pas). Concernant les employés de l'établissement, ils sont au top. Merci à Meriem qui nous a permis de passer un séjour somptueux par ses gentilles attentions, ses conseils et son professionnalisme! Un hôtel incontournable pour visiter Marrakech qui permet d'être loin de l'activité du centre ville, tout en pouvant en profiter grace à la navette gratuite mise à disposition par l'hôtel Encore merci pour ce fabuleux séjour!

This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. This was our first time in Morocco and thanks to this experience it won't be the last. Thank you to the Sol team.

Loved everything about this stunning property. In particular, their F&B dept is superbly run - food is delicious and of such a fantastic variety, every day! Great entertainment, for those who would like it. Staff’s amazing and attentive. Its location is a little remote so ensure mobile data package has good service/ coverage for the area. Unfortunate WiFi was down for two days which was a little inconvenient, but I didn’t allow that to impact on holiday and how great this all-inclusive property is. Will for sure recommend and return again! Bravo Sol Oasis Marrakech!!!

We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour!

The things they don't tell you... The bar staff limit you to two drinks at a time, which doesn't work if you are getting drinks for a group of more than two. The bookable restaurants charge extra for drinks and food other than a basic option. The entertainermait goes on untill 11pm, which you can hear from your room, which doesn't work if your not a night owl. There is nothing outside of the hotel, no shops, restaurants, just wasteland. If you want to go anywhere you either have to book a seat on the hotel minibus which only fits 15 people, or pay for a taxi. The hotel minibus driver was very good though and always drove safely! If you go to the buffet restaurant after 9pm, the staff have lost interest, so the food can be cold or not very appetising because they've not looked after it. The good things though are the rooms are nice and spacious and the sports facilities are good for a hotel. The reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel was amazing staff are so helpful and the free shuttle bus to town and back is great. There is nothing around the hotel to walk to but you jump on the free bus. The only disappointment was that after 11pm you had to buy your own drinks and there is two a la cate restaurants which you also have to pay for. My advice is of you have to eat out go into town

Das war nichts für uns. Das Essen war die ersten 3 Tage überwiegend kalt, mein Mann hat sich von Chicken Mc Nuggets und Pommes ernährt. Nach 3 Tagen wurde es leicht besser, zumindest wärmer, aber immer noch recht geschmacksneutral. Nachtisch und Brotauswahl waren allerdings gut. Die Getränkeauswahl war begrenzt und nicht von großer Qualität. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Animation war uns zu viel, aber andere mochten es. Generell haben wir festgestellt das all in für uns nichts ist, da die Qualität auf der Strecke bleibt. Wir waren vorher 5 Tage in einem Riad mitten in Marrakech, das war super.

I am honestly surprised this place go such a high rating. If you are not French or British don't stay here. They will ignore you and not give a damn. Their drinks are all watered down and half the staff don't know how to make them. They serviced us raw chicken and all they said was oh thank.... The food is average at this place and they tried to gaslight me into saying the extra money I paid for a terrace meant I would get a window. All the rooms had windows why would I pay extra for that? Our room was covered in ants and had a wasp nest on the terrace so we couldn't even enjoy it. Anyways, we will return to Morocco but not this resort.

The hotel is perfect, so clean and the rooms are very very clean and the staff are so friendly . We loved the activities. Food was definitely delicious. I would like to thank Mrs. Nadia ( the housekeeping manager) for the good treatment and assistance she provides to all customers. The hotel is perfect for family and couples . Thank you so much to all Sol oasis staff

Over het algemeen een prima hotel, maar geen ruim voldoende. Het eten is niet goed, vaak lauw/koud en smaakloos. Smaakt alsof het ontdooid is, niet vers. Borden en glazen niet super schoon en helaas ook rauwe kip gekregen. Ook zijn wij 's avonds niet opgehaald door de shuttlebus, toen wij naar de stad gingen. Gelukkig kwam de receptie met een oplossing en konden wij na een tijdje toch terug naar het hotel. Personeel is wel erg vriendelijk en er zijn leuke zitplekjes. De kamers zijn mooi, maar worden matig schoongemaakt door de dagen heen. Sportfaciliteiten zijn super. Wij zouden niet terugkomen.

We had a lovely stay at Sol Oasis. It was nearly faultless. Lovely staff, clean and beautiful environment, smart room and good shower etc. The location is convenient for Marrakech and it's nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city to our little oasis. For us, there wasn't much to fault however the buffet and cocktails were a little style over substance. A lot of the food was very bland, the deserts look incredible but they were mostly all tasteless. For us the cocktails were like drinking neat cordial/Robinsons fruit squash, we tried a couple of them, but they were not drinkable. The pool was incredible, massive and great for doing laps. The rest of the facilities were really impressive. We used the gym every day, played tennis and more. Overall, I would return!

Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time. Alcoholic beverages were weak and watered down even shots were watered down. The hotel does offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, shows, live band music etc. but by11pm everything is closed and over for the day. No food, drinks, nothing after 11pm. So again went out most nights. Rooms was ok clean and comfortable, even though room was cleaned daily towels and sheets were not changed had to ask for new ones. Overall ok stay hotel grounds are gorgeous and hotel is gated with security.

The spa was excellent enjoyed several treatments and a swim in the indoor pool. The staff a super friendly and encourage participation in activities or leave you alone which ever is your thing. Access to Marrakech is easy with the shuttle bus. The pool looked amazing sadly we did not have the weather for going in a little cold and wet.

Room could have been cleaner, smell from bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food seemed recycled a lot. Drinks selection could be a lot better.
