Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay.

The apartment was clean and as it looks on the photos. Check in was easy enough and all done online. Good location for getting into town and felt safe. However, we booked for 3 people and the sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived. The bathroom is extremely small and there isn’t enough space to use the toilet comfortably, if you are over 6ft you’ll have no chance! Parking - if you go at the weekend it’s free on the street but none available if not.

Lovely place, our room was a great size with a huge bed, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, cutlery and crockery. Great view overlooking the main road, fab for people watching. There was a smokey smell in our bathroom but thats not the fault of the hotel, previous guests not respecting the rules, it wasnt bad enough to complain but I've read they are very accommodating if a guest isn’t happy. We had a huge bathroom with a good shower and it was about a 10 minute walk to city centre but there's plenty of public transport available if you'd rather take it easy. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

Great place to stay, lots of places to eat and drink around the area. If I had any advice it's to get rid of the tablet to work the TV and air con.... my husband is very IT savvy and we couldn't get the tablet to work the TV. It took us 40mins to work out how to control the Air con... the room was 28oC... we finally got it sorted and then in the middle of the night it turned back up on its own so we had to reset it... sweating😅 we were only there one night so didn't bother calling for help and despite everything we would stay again.

Arrived and room was not ready. Cleaner had many rooms to clean but didn’t have a problem with us sitting in the room while it was cleaned. Light not in its socket. Windows but don’t open so rooms were hot. Overall an okay stay.

This is a clean apartment, easy check in, and overall decent for the money paid. Down sides are no parking and the area is not great. However, biggest thing to consider is it's very small. When sitting on the toilet you are touching the door with your knees. It's much smaller than a normal hotel room. Other than that, good value for money

I have never stayed at a self check in property before so I was a bit nervous about staying somewhere where the reception is essentially a mobile phone number. However the communication and service was great and the room/studio was above my expectations. I was concerned that being a studio apartment it might smell of cooking everywhere but it was actually fresh and clean throughout. I’d definitely stay again.

There was some damage to the wall in the property, some of sheets looked slightly dingy, there was a spec of blood on the comforter and quite a bit of dust. Shower door handle was wobbly. Honestly, it's a comfortable and aestheticly lovely stay but needs better up keep and cleaning.

Everything was good and well coordinated. It is also in a very good location for access to the city centre by foot. The only small point was the size of the bathrooms. The toilets are very cramped unfortunately. This was a probably unfair last memory of the stay but if you are particular tall or have limited flexibility I can see this being a bigger issue.

However, we booked for 3 people and the sofa bed wasn’t made when we arrived. The bathroom is extremely small and there isn’t enough space to use the toilet comfortably, if you are over 6ft you’ll have no chance! Parking - if you go at the weekend it’s free on the street but none available if not.

Everything was good and well coordinated. It is also in a very good location for access to the city centre by foot. The only small point was the size of the bathrooms. The toilets are very cramped unfortunately. This was a probably unfair last memory of the stay but if you are particular tall or have limited flexibility I can see this being a bigger issue.

Generally positive on all areas. Only qualm is the access point (main entrance) too close to the road, albeit there are the railings but it's rather narrow and can be quite tight getting in and out whereby one has to be mindful not to bump into pedestrians or obstruct them and vice versa.

Good TV. Nice location and was an okay experience. Some hairs in the bed and the bathroom fan is loud but didn’t bother me.

Lovely place, our room was a great size with a huge bed, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, cutlery and crockery. Great view overlooking the main road, fab for people watching. There was a smokey smell in our bathroom but thats not the fault of the hotel, previous guests not respecting the rules, it wasnt bad enough to complain but I've read they are very accommodating if a guest isn’t happy. We had a huge bathroom with a good shower and it was about a 10 minute walk to city centre but there's plenty of public transport available if you'd rather take it easy. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

This is a clean apartment, easy check in, and overall decent for the money paid. Down sides are no parking and the area is not great. However, biggest thing to consider is it's very small. When sitting on the toilet you are touching the door with your knees. It's much smaller than a normal hotel room. Other than that, good value for money

Room was clean, and aircon was great-especially in this hot weather. Comfy bed, everything I needed was in the room. Room was mostly quiet, with the exception that you could hear other peoples doors closing. There’s a Tesco extra about 5mins from the building which was super useful and plenty of public transport close by. Walking into the town centre only took about 10mins. I would certainly stay again.

I had to telephone as I couldn't get into my room. I was given a new code. It could have been cleaner & I was suspicious about a teabag being wedged in the smoke alarm.
