The pool was not open, the entire reason I picked this hotel for my child to swim in. The TV did not work, had to switch rooms, and then my internet did not work. The workers were nice but there was nothing they could do about the pool. I wish I would have known it wasn't open.

Staff was super friendly. The room was great and clean. The property has lots to offer, outdoor fire and grill available! It’s just outside the main strip of the town so it’s quiet and convenient. We enjoyed our stay here.

Parking availability, quiet rooms were good Breakfast quality, options and amount needs improvement. Hotel night staff need additional training on how to interact with hotel guests and where to find supplies. Coffee needs to be available 24/7.

Home2Suites was really great. We were in town for two days for a family thing. The whole hotel is very newly redone and it's laid out well with lots of amenities for a longer stay (dishes, a sizeable kitchen space, a large refrigerator, outdoor grills, etc.). We were very happy with our stay. The pool and outdoor seating areas are a nice touch. And a Walmart and several nearby restaurants nearby for your convenience.

The computer system was down. I didn’t get my keys until the following day. Lobby of people trying to check in. The front desk girl kept her cool. The overall facility was clean but my room was not. Dirty bathroom and no sheets on the bed. My room was set to igloo and couldn’t get the temperature up.

I enjoyed the room, super cute suite. Staff were nice and able to accommodate my request for early check in due to a wedding that day. Access to pool and other amenities.

Pool was freezing cold. Was told breakfast started at 7am, it was 7:15 and still had no breakfast out. Our key cards stopped working and had to go to guest service desk twice before it was fixed.

The hotel nice and clean, but there were ladybugs in the room that I had to kill. The water was off for 5 hours and I had to call to ask what was going on.

Front desk was very helpful and polite. Went to room to find dirty towels in the shower floor. Shown to our second room, slept. Noticed in the morning that a bed skirt was used as a blanket in the bed making. Pointed it out to front desk and they immediately apologized, and offered a discount in our stay. Issue was definitely with house keeping. Planning to stay there as often as I'm in the area!

I loved all the amenities of the room. The bathroom and kitchen area had all types of ants and bugs. Notified the hotel documented with pictures and they would do nothing about adjusting the rate for the inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this location.

Our stay at Home 2 suites in Raynham was great. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They were constantly cleaning the lobby and the place overall was clean and comfortable.

First night we had someone above us that woke us up at 2:00 am!!! Sounded like moving furniture! The next night above us woke up us again!!! On the third morning we had water leaking from above ceiling in the bathroom. ( maybe from the party people above us) The hotel gave us another room when we came back at 8:00pm. Also, the first morning got into shower & the shampoo bottle was completely empty!!!That afternoon went to Walmart for shampoo. This was the first time we stayed at Home 2 suites. I will not come back.

Large rooms and friendly staff. Only 1 towel in the room. 2 bottles of conditioner with no shampoo and really poor water pressure. Overall it was a fine place to stay overnight, but not anywhere I’d rush back to. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the hall and surrounding rooms

The bed was very soft and the room was very clean. The shower was a decent size. I liked the double shower head. I loved the refrigerator size and the fact there was a dishwasher. Everything was great. No complaints.

Amazing facility. Clean, organized and modern. Desiree Sweals, who checked us in deserves a raise. She was working solo and did an excellent job with everyone. She was checking people in, doing laundry, taking people whatever they were lacking in their rooms. She is awesome!

Didn’t shift staff was extremely rude within two minutes of entering the room. We got a phone call saying we were being too loud mind you this is within two minutes of getting there and we were not even being loud within 20 minutes the police were at our hotel door… Let me say this again the police the authorities were at our door because we were allegedly being too loud. We were not being too loud after that incident we immediately left, and as we were leaving, we told the lady we would like to check out, she said she was not able to check us out because she did Not know how to . Had to spend another $150 at a hotel down the street I will never return to this place again my first and last time being there I am looking to get refunded but I doubt that will happen extremely rude and inconvenient.

The whole hotel is very newly redone and it's laid out well with lots of amenities for a longer stay (dishes, a sizeable kitchen space, a large refrigerator, outdoor grills, etc.). We were very happy with our stay. The pool and outdoor seating areas are a nice touch. And a Walmart and several nearby restaurants nearby for your convenience.

Home2Suites was really great. We were in town for two days for a family thing. The whole hotel is very newly redone and it's laid out well with lots of amenities for a longer stay (dishes, a sizeable kitchen space, a large refrigerator, outdoor grills, etc.). Parking availability, quiet rooms were good Breakfast quality, options and amount needs improvement. Hotel night staff need additional training on how to interact with hotel guests and where to find supplies. Coffee needs to be available 24/7.

Exceeded expectations. Stayed 4 nights and every day was very comfortable with great service. Grab bar in shower made safety secure. Breakfast was fresh and a nice variety of choices. Would definitely stay again.

Pool was freezing cold. Was told breakfast started at 7am, it was 7:15 and still had no breakfast out. Our key cards stopped working and had to go to guest service desk twice before it was fixed.

It was a good pass time at home2suite and the service was perfect, spacious room good cleaning, nice bedroom but at the checking in they did not share with us the flyers containing information about the end time of breakfast that’s why we missed our breakfast. Otherwise everything is okay

We checked in on Tuesday. There was a sticker on the bathroom mirror that the rooms were serviced every other day. We expected the room to be cleaned Thursday. It wasn’t so we called the front desk and were told we were on the list for Friday, that didn’t happen. I called the front desk and complained and the person apologized and said for sure it would be cleaned on Saturday. We had no clean towels or toilet paper so some was brought up. Finally Saturday the room was cleaned. The maid said that if the do not disturb sign was on the door she would not make up the room. Understandable. We kept the do not disturb sign off the door every day unless we were in the room. It wasn’t never cleaned again. We checked out on the following Thursday. We asked for a manager when we checked out to let him know that the room was only cleaned once. He wasn’t in yet so the clerk took our name and phone number and said he would call us and maybe even credit us for one night stay. He never did call. Apparently he doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. On another note, breakfast was included but what was served was cold from the decaf coffee to the eggs and oatmeal. So disappointing. We won’t go back.

I booked this hotel about a month in advance and even called the property beforehand to confirm that the accessible room I reserved would be available. I specifically needed a handicap-accessible roll-in shower with a handheld shower head so I could safely bathe my young daughter. I also requested a crib. When I arrived, they did not have the room I had reserved. The employee working the front desk seemed to have little knowledge of the property and couldn't even tell me where the cribs were kept. After waiting until around 1:00 a.m., a crib was finally brought to our room. By then, my daughter was overtired and barely slept, making for a miserable night. The kitchenette was also unacceptable. Two of the bowls were still caked with what appeared to be dried chocolate or food residue, showing they hadn't been properly cleaned. Even worse, there was a significant amount of white powder residue inside the ice bucket. (and it was NOT flour) Finding illegal drugs in a room occupied by families is completely inexcusable and raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleaning standards and guest safety. This experience was incredibly disappointing and far below what I expected
