My family and I stayed at this property during Spring Training And it was the perfect place to stay. Checking was easy. Plenty of parking. 24 hours free coffee. Clean, and my kid enjoyed the pool. They even have two grills ready for use. Plenty of restaurants around and 15 min. FromCamelback stadium. Not only that, but on our way back home we received a call that we had left a backpack in the room. They were nice enough to ship it back home as long as we paid the shipping cost. Thank you to the front desk! We will definitely be staying here next Spring Training.

New hotel. Perfect location for a game at State Farm Stadium. Easy freeway access and food and other amenities are close by. The staff was friendly. Room very clean. No free breakfast but free coffee in the lobby and a snack bar. I didn't use the pool. It looked a little small, but no points off for that since I don't use those anyway. Took one point off for some new business growing pains but they took care of my issues right away with a smile. My issues were on the second day of my trip my room card didn't work when I came back from the game and they charged me again for my prepaid room. 4 out of 5. I will stay again.

Hotel was located close to major highway and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and expediant upon check in. No bar or restaurant on premises, but we were given numerous suggestions for the area. There was a nice little convenience area at the front desk for essentials, beverages, and snacks.

Comfortable, no road noise . I likes that there was always fresh coffee in the lobby. Kitchen was convenient but it was odd that there were no dishes, cutlery… maybe a welcome packof disposables would be nice.

Checking in was horrible. Front desk lady that identified herself as the manager was rude and was taking a long time checking people in even though there was a line of 11 people waiting to check in. I have never seen someone take so long to check in a guest. There are no ice machines in the hotel. The room had a freezer to make ice but was incredibly slow.

Hotel was nice, room was comfortable. Location was excellent for the event we were attending. Most staff was friendly and helpful. Soap bottle in the shower was empty and after asking for a refill, staff was unable to find any more soap. There was mold on the ice maker in the room. We didn't need to use it, but brought it to the desk clerk's attention, who seemed uninterested in letting the cleaning crew know.

I have stayed at this property before, and it was great for the price. However, this time was not good. I rated the cleanliness poor because when I walked into my room, I immediately noticed small crumps on the table and a black hair spray cap on the counter. I thought that was odd. So, I pull back the sheets and noticed urine stains all over the sheets (I took pictures) and some black dog hairs! I was ready to go to another hotel, but it was late and other hotels close by were full. So, I politely told the front desk gentleman, who was nice, and he gave me a different room which was fine. However, I am very concerned about the quality control at this hotel. How could this room be in that condition when the bed was made, and the card was left by the cleaning person saying the room was clean and ready and please leave a tip. I don't think so! Management may want to check into this. If my wife had of been with me, she would have been horrified and she would have made me find another hotel. Would I stay there again? Probably because it was convenient, and the second room was okay.

Front desk was very nice and attentive Walking in I couldn’t find the light switch it’s by the fridge fyi The shower was tricky had to call front desk and you have to pull the this switch within the nozzle down The sheets and pillows had hair not mine and stains on the two pillows I called front desk and he was very kind offered another room but I was too tired (14 hour drive) and simply put towels down to lay down and sleep on the bed but definitely will not be coming back here or recommending On a positive note room is big and big fridge for long stays

The staff was amazing and had a great personality. But when we got our room it seemed to be still being cleaned so we had to get another room. The bed was very comfortable but look like skid marks on the bed sheets aghhh! We just pulled off the sheets and used our own. Hesitant of staying here again.

Hotel is nice and clean, but the advertised 100 Mb/s is totally wrong. Actually booked this room because of the advertised fast wifi and it was one of the slowest speeds I've seen for a hotel in a long time. In reality, it was about 4Mb/s download-1Mb/s upload. Unfortunately, high speed is an important factor when I choose hotels, so we will not be staying here again.

Overall, a great place to stay. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only negative was that there is quite a bit of traffic noise throughout the night, at least on the street side of the building. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable. We were on the Avondale side of the hotel. It sounded like we were right next to a raceway from 6:00 to 10:00 pm and again in the morning starting early.

Had to find a place to stay at the last minute as the ac went out!! It was late and past the check in time and ran into a few issues. The gentleman name Angel at the front desk was more than fabulous. He took care of us and got us into our rooms. Thank you Angel.

Booked this hotel for 1 night through Hotels.com. Upon arrival had to put a $100 hold on my credit card for any damage that I might cause. Decided to extend the stay for 1 additional night but the hotel price was more expensive than booking an additional night through Hotels.com. I booked the additional night and spoke to the front desk about staying in the same room. I had to place another $100 hold on my card. When I arrived back at my room I was locked out because the old key no longer worked. 😩. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and was hotel was conveniently located to the event I was attending. When I received my credit card statement one of the $100 holds had been refunded but I had a $260 charge on my account. I paid for the room through Hotel.com so why the charge that I now have to dispute?

My shower didn't work the first morning. Told the hotel front desk thinking they would give me another room. He said they were 100% booked and they could hold my luggage while I found another hotel!?!? Like I could find another at 7am. I told him I would just keep my bags in the room and check back when I returned from work. He asked if I wanted to put in a maintenance ticket; like I bothering him. Luckily it was fixed when I got back. How can you not see that it was clearly borken when you clean the rooms in between guest stays??

Rude staff especially the lady that attended us. She has black glasses with black and grey hair. If the manager sees this this lady attended us in march 10,2023 between 6:30pm and 7:30pm she was nothing but straight rude. And I confronted her about it and she told me that “i dont have to stay that I could leave if I dont like the way she speaks” . I dont want to make this a racial thing but she was treating the other customers so happens that they were white and with me she was really rude from the start.

We initially had an issue with the reservation i had reserved 2 queen beds but was given a king room. The hotel was sold out and the staff member went above and beyond to address the issue and was able to secure us the room as reserved.

Stay was good. Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes just to be greeted. Myself and another couple waited over 15 minutes to be greeted. The kid that finally came out looked like he had been sleeping. He asked me how long I had been waiting and when I responded, he didn’t even apologize.

The check in was so easy, simple, and Nicole was an absolute Angel when helping us. Our AC went out in our apartment and needed a place to stay with our senior dog and Nicole was more than welcoming and greeting Sunnie as if she was part of her family ♥️ it was so refreshing and nice to walk into such a welcoming environment. It’s what we needed when we were already having a rough week

The only problem I have was the street noise since the hotel is right off the street you can hear all the cars going by. Next time we won’t stay on the bottom floor

We love the place and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although our stay was great, I personally could not get use the noise of traffic as our rooms were on the side of the road. Above all, our stay was great and will definitely be back in the future. This place was within my budget range which was perfect. Keep up the excellent services and work.

Everyone was friendly and the place was kept clean. Walking to coffee or snacks was a breeze with Dutch Bros and Culver’s on both sides.

Overall, a great place to stay. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only negative was that there is quite a bit of traffic noise throughout the night, at least on the street side of the building. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this property during Spring Training And it was the perfect place to stay. Checking was easy. Plenty of parking. 24 hours free coffee. Clean, and my kid enjoyed the pool. They even have two grills ready for use. Plenty of restaurants around and 15 min. FromCamelback stadium. Not only that, but on our way back home we received a call that we had left a backpack in the room. They were nice enough to ship it back home as long as we paid the shipping cost. Thank you to the front desk! We will definitely be staying here next Spring Training.

Very friendly staff, good location, multiple things within walking distance. Breakfast is microwaved frozen food, but there is a Dutch Bros and New Penny cafe in the same parking lot. Overall great for the price.

Teresa was very helpful and super nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Even though the room didn’t have kitchen supplies I knew about it ahead of time and brought my own. Location is great. Love that it’s right next to Dutch Bros Coffee. You can just walk to it.

New hotel. Perfect location for a game at State Farm Stadium. Easy freeway access and food and other amenities are close by. The staff was friendly. Room very clean. No free breakfast but free coffee in the lobby and a snack bar. I didn't use the pool. It looked a little small, but no points off for that since I don't use those anyway. Took one point off for some new business growing pains but they took care of my issues right away with a smile. My issues were on the second day of my trip my room card didn't work when I came back from the game and they charged me again for my prepaid room. 4 out of 5. I will stay again.

Hotel was located close to major highway and easy to get to. Staff was friendly and expediant upon check in. No bar or restaurant on premises, but we were given numerous suggestions for the area. There was a nice little convenience area at the front desk for essentials, beverages, and snacks.

Comfortable, no road noise . I likes that there was always fresh coffee in the lobby. Kitchen was convenient but it was odd that there were no dishes, cutlery… maybe a welcome packof disposables would be nice.

Check in wasn’t great. Employee didn’t have a personality. They had to search for a room even though my reservation was booked out so that was weird. Then both of mine and my boyfriend’s card kept getting declined for the incidentals fee they charge, but both had the money so something wrong with the machine. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy and fairly quiet. So overall a decent time just the check in was the problem when it shouldn’t have been.

The room looked like it was recently renovated. There was a full size refrigerator, two burners and a full size microwave but no dishes or pots. The shower in our room did not work . The bed was comfortable
