This is a fairly new property located in a shopping center. Friendly staff. Very convenient to shopping and dining. There is a small kitchenette in the room, but there is an extra charge for a kitchen package (pots/pans, plates, silverware, etc.).

The property was nice clean and very new looking. Located close to the highway but not noisy at all. Walmart shopping center was across the parking lot. I recommend staying here only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay to get the kitchenware with the kitchenette room. Overall good place.

Great service. Check in was easy and quick. Loved the fact that we had access to washers and dryers in case we needed it. Loved the full size fridge, the sink and the stove convenience mad it easy to grab food from the walmart next door to just cook for ourselves and not have to worry about trying to find something to eat.

Came to visit Dahlgren after departing 43 years before. Many changes. Enjoyed the stay at MyPlace. Had our 4 legged kids with us and they enjoyed their stay also. Only thing we missed was our usual free breakfast from the other brand hotels. No worries, coffee was great and plentiful.

Front desk staff was quick, professional and friendly during both check-in and checkout. Room was nice. Just unusual having a nice kitchen with no eating utensils, no plates and no cookware. Would be nice if tea bags were added to both the coffee stations in lobby and the rooms. Overall very nice clean hotel.

Kitchenette was great with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner stove. But I had to buy dishes/cookware/silverware because none was available in the room. There were things for sale in the lobby but very overpriced! (example: they had a colander for $8 that came from the dollar tree that is literally next door.)

A nice hotel in King George. The room has a small kitchen area with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and large refrigerator. Staff is very friendly, there is coffee and tea 24 hr a day in the lobby. There is not much the area has to offer...King George is quiet, but if you need to be there then this is a good option.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything seemed new. Very nice mini kitchen and comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Probably won't stay here again. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. Front desk clerk was not friendly or welcoming, just very perfunctory. Got to our room, found a couple spots on the floor that appeared to be melted chocolate. Only had two washcloths for four people and when we asked for more we were told that the usual procedure is returning the dirty ones for new. I explained that we didn't have enough in the first place so the desk clerk did give us more. We left the hotel and came back, and upon entering received a lecture from the clerk about the doors being locked at 11 (it was about 11:15). Told us next time we'd have to use our card even though I didn't even have an opportunity to wonder how to get in because she met us at the door. I put a hole in the washcloth while I was showering because the washcloth was so worn out. Room temp was set at 66 but it felt more like 75. "Included toiletries" were a tiny bar of soap for the shower, an even tinier bar for the sink and a mini size shampoo and conditioner. Tv wouldn't work, just kept scrolling through the guide. There is a fridge, microwave and stove if you need those items. Coffee pot looked a little sketchy so we didn't make coffee. Glad we were only there one night.

Over all the place seemed clean but there was a housekeeping issue, upon arrival found our toilet visibly dirty which made me completely question the cleanliness of everything. Also, complimentary breakfast was not offered, which i knew when booking, but considering it's offered most places it would've been convenient to choose a hotel that did offer it (i don't usually partake but the kids might have). So overall not a bad experience but probably wouldn't stay again.

The young lady that checked me in was outstanding! Friendly, happy, and enthusiastic about her job, the property, and the company she works for. Room was super clean and very quiet. Great linens on a very comfortable bed. The recliner was a wonderful addition too. Great kitchen area as well.

The beds almost set on the floor, so that made it hard for older people to get up or down on, and the bedding was hardly big enough to cover the bed let alone two people. The bathroom had conditioner but no shampoo or body wash. The refrigerator had a Wendy's cup in it that was partially full. I was not impressed and won't stay there again.

This is a little bit of a unique space. My daughter liked the lobby and small confidence store. The room is nice although there’s a bit of a weird smell to it (cleaning products?). The kitchen area, bathroom, and desk are nice amenities and the beds are excellent!

I was in a handicap accessible room as requested! Taking a shower was a nightmare trying to bath from sitting on the side of the bath tub. Could not control the water getting on the floor. What happened to the shower bench that was not installed? This made the stay very uncomfortable, not being able to shower for 4 days was not good!!!

Ive stayed here twice in the last two years. Each time I have major issues with my credit and debit card being charged excessively. Last year made the mistake of using my debit card and it was charged over $2000 for my stay. Still was not fixed before we left.

The hotel is conveniently located next ro a shopping center, the area is safe and quiet. The room is very nice for the price. I was a little disappointed that you only get 1 coffee packet for your entire stay and if you want another you now have to pay for it. Also i was charged an extra time twice. They were able to fix it shortly after although the second time was a bit of a run around and a blame game between the hotel, my bank, and expedia. That part was frustrating but the issue was resoved fairly quickly which i appreciate. Overall this is a nice hotel to stay in.

Was surprisingly shocked to encounter such a clean, comfy hotel in my travels for such an inexpensive rate. Very comfy bed, quiet, safe, large parking lot. Close to Starbucks, Walmart, dining. Outdoor cornhole and horse shoes set up with grill if you are here for work travel or extended stay. Would def stay again!

A nice hotel in King George. The room has a small kitchen area with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and large refrigerator. Staff is very friendly, there is coffee and tea 24 hr a day in the lobby. There is not much the area has to offer...King George is quiet, but if you need to be there then this is a good option.

Great service. Check in was easy and quick. Loved the fact that we had access to washers and dryers in case we needed it. Loved the full size fridge, the sink and the stove convenience mad it easy to grab food from the walmart next door to just cook for ourselves and not have to worry about trying to find something to eat.

Came to visit Dahlgren after departing 43 years before. Many changes. Enjoyed the stay at MyPlace. Had our 4 legged kids with us and they enjoyed their stay also. Only thing we missed was our usual free breakfast from the other brand hotels. No worries, coffee was great and plentiful.

Front desk staff was quick, professional and friendly during both check-in and checkout. Room was nice. Just unusual having a nice kitchen with no eating utensils, no plates and no cookware. Would be nice if tea bags were added to both the coffee stations in lobby and the rooms. Overall very nice clean hotel.

Kitchenette was great with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner stove. But I had to buy dishes/cookware/silverware because none was available in the room. There were things for sale in the lobby but very overpriced! (example: they had a colander for $8 that came from the dollar tree that is literally next door.)

Pleasantly surprised with this brand. Didn't know of it prior. Newer place, no musty smell, nice layout,spacious room. Will stay again. Be aware that while the room has stovetop, full size frig, micro, there are NO pans, dishes, or flatware. These are sold in lobby at high markup. Stores, eateries nearby. Staff were great.

We really appreciated having a full size working refrigerator and actually kept our food cold and our ice frozen. The staff there were very friendly and helpful especially Robin and also the cleaning staff were wonderful. It's a very nice clean place to stay. I would stay again if I'm ever in the area.

This was a nice overnight stay after a long drive from South Carolina. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I am familiar with the area, I lived over the bridge in southern Maryland for 20+ years. Much has changed in this area in three years! There is walkable shopping and places to eat in the same lot.
