Moderne og nytt hotell, sentralt i Manchester. God service og hyggelige ansatte. Eneste som manglet var en frokostsal. Den er visst kun åpen i helgene mens i ukedager får man en kurv levert til rommet med corn flakes, litt frukt og kjeks. Annet enn det var alt bra. Beliggenheten er perfekt.

Great place for the stay

There was a significant delay when trying to check and we waited over 20 minutes for someone to come to the check out desk, there was actually another group trying to check in that had been waiting for around 10 minutes before we arrived. Yes we were early but we only wanted to drop our bags. There was also limited information when we did check in and I could not find any info on the breakfast arrangements in the room. We were messaged in the morning and asked when we wanted it delivering to the room, but I could have easily missed that message as I review my phone infrequently, especially at a weekend. That said the continental breakfast was well presented in a wicker hamper and a large selection of items and we were very pleased with it, though the room we had was described as cozy, meaning there was no room to prep the items in the breakfast basket other than on the bed, which made it awkward. We were also not informed about the drink included in our stay which again was disappointing. The location of the hotel, its cleanliness were all excellent and the staff we spoke to were polite and welcoming so on the whole it was a good stay but could have easily been elevated with a little more thought.

All staff were friendly and helpful . All the decor in the hotel is very tasteful and the room was extremely nice. The bath robes were really good and the high end toiletries gave it a luxurious feel. Despite a room being on the corner so facing 2 main roads the room was surprisingly quiet . We had the continental breakfast delivered to our room which came at the precise time and had a great choice with plenty of food. Fantastic location right in the heart of the city centre , we would definitely stay here again .
