The hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel with lovely rooms with sea and harbor view. There is everything you need, including a nespresso machine to prepare some coffee. Unfortunately right next to it there is a cocktail bar that would play loud music until 4am in summer. They offer ear plugs and sleeping masks and the windows are good but it's definitely something to be aware of.

The hotel has a lovely view and the terrace and rooms are excellent, reception staff are friendly - however it is above the noisest disco in town which goes on until 3am - although there are earplugs left in the room, I would never consider staying at this hotel again regardless of if the room was half the price.

Arrived before official check in but chap on reception was very helpful and as my room was ready I was able to check in early. Communication with the hotel was excellent. I was in a room street side and although room had no view and was close to local bars and restaurants, it was clean and the noise didn’t affect my sleep. My only slight criticism was there was a coffee mug and pod in the room but no facilities. It wasn’t till 3rd day when I asked that I found out there are facilities in the basement to make tea and coffee… I would visit again.

Limited directions on how to get to this hotel - it is not accessible by car, and not on Google Maps. No one to greet me at the front desk and phone calls went unheeded. Loud dance music until 3am. Coffee was offered but none was in the room nor at the coffee station. When asked, the front desk person didn’t know how to operate the machine.

Piccolo hotel completamente ristrutturato, pulito. La camera è spaziosa ed è direttamente sul mare con un balcone ed una vista spettacolare! Non ci sono servizi e l’hotel essendo nel centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi dal porto con accesso mediante una scalinata non agevole con le valigie. Purtroppo la sera si sente la musica dei locali vicini fino a notte inoltrata.

Fina, men inte så stora rum, och perfekt städning. Mycket bekväma sängar och välfungerande luftkonditionering. Det ligger en trevlig bar direkt i anslutning till hotellet, men det är på inga sätt störande. För de riktigt känsliga finns öronproppar att få i rummet. Inte världens bästa tryck i duschen, men det har inte med hotellet att göra, vatten är som alltid på de flesta öarna en begränsad resurs. A Beautiful setting, fantastic friendly staff, good sized modern room. Really enjoyed our stay at The Water and will return next year. Worth noting if you are a light sleeper, perhaps avoid as the cocktail bar next door is open until 3am, hotel does provide ear plugs to help mitigate this.

Amazing room on the water. Beautiful view. Well kept room, excellent balcony. Dimitri was ever so helpful at the reception. Full of information for us. Room was clean bed was so comfortable. Definitely a highly recommend!

L hôtel jouit d une vue imprenable sur le port et reste très calme par rapport au reste de la ville et à très proche distance d une petite plage et de la vieille ville . L accueil est chaleureux, la chambre très propre et neuve pas immense mais bénéficiait d une jolie terrasse sur la mer, le lit très confortable. Il est conseillé de dormir avec la Clim à la fois pour le confort et pour couper parfois le bruit de la musique

La struttura è molto recente, ben tenuta e in un'ottima posizione nel centro di Skiathos. La pulizia e il servizio sono stati eccellenti. L'unica pecca è che si trova praticamente attaccata a un disco bar che fino alle 4 del mattino propone musica ad altissimo volume. Per quanto la stanza sia insonorizzata, abbiamo passato un sabato notte completamente svegli nonostante non siamo persone dal sonno leggero. Credo sia da tenere in considerazione se si viaggia con bambini o persone con problemi di sonno.

Such a clean, cute beautiful ocean view property. Wonderful location and easy/direct access to ferry with all the luggage. WiFi worked great. 11 euro cab ride to the airport. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town!

The view from the room is stunning, however the bed is hard as a rock. Also the power went out in the middle of the night and we realized in the morning that is was a main breaker in the office area that wasn't reset until a staff member showed up at 9:30 am.

I loved my stay at the Water. Room was comfortable and Yiannis on Reception was really helpful :) the city view was fine but next time I’ll stay in the room with a balcony.

We had a fabulous stay at The Water. The room was stunning and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Dimitris was very friendly and was very helpful with extending our checkout to later on in the day so we could leave our stuff before our evening flight. Only criticisms was no full length hanging space for dresses/ trousers. I’m not particularly keen on a wet room which this was and would have been good to know this before, because the bathroom was quite small, everything was wet after a shower. We read lots of reviews about noise disturbance however we did not have an issue with this at all and we were in the room next to the bar. The balcony door is pretty much soundproof. Overall, we had a fabulous stay, location was incredible and the views from the balcony make this property a must when staying in Skiathos.

We had a lively stay at The Water, the staff was friendly, the balcony view was amazing! The location is walkable. We easily walked through town and did some shopping, the restaurant next door was excellent and we were able to walk to our ferry the next day.

it has a wonderful location in the Old Port - very convenient to restaurants and ferry. The attention of the property manager Dimitri was exceptional! He helped us handle a missing luggage issue, recommended great places to eat and was available when we needed him!

Amazing room on the water. Beautiful view. Well kept room, excellent balcony. Dimitri was ever so helpful at the reception. Full of information for us. Room was clean bed was so comfortable. Definitely a highly recommend!

The hotel has a lovely view and the terrace and rooms are excellent, reception staff are friendly - however it is above the noisest disco in town which goes on until 3am - although there are earplugs left in the room, I would never consider staying at this hotel again regardless of if the room was half the price.

Piccolo hotel completamente ristrutturato, pulito. La camera è spaziosa ed è direttamente sul mare con un balcone ed una vista spettacolare! Non ci sono servizi e l’hotel essendo nel centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi dal porto con accesso mediante una scalinata non agevole con le valigie. Purtroppo la sera si sente la musica dei locali vicini fino a notte inoltrata.

Such a clean, cute beautiful ocean view property. Wonderful location and easy/direct access to ferry with all the luggage. WiFi worked great. 11 euro cab ride to the airport. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town!

The hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel with lovely rooms with sea and harbor view. There is everything you need, including a nespresso machine to prepare some coffee. Unfortunately right next to it there is a cocktail bar that would play loud music until 4am in summer. They offer ear plugs and sleeping masks and the windows are good but it's definitely something to be aware of.

Arrived before official check in but chap on reception was very helpful and as my room was ready I was able to check in early. Communication with the hotel was excellent. I was in a room street side and although room had no view and was close to local bars and restaurants, it was clean and the noise didn’t affect my sleep. My only slight criticism was there was a coffee mug and pod in the room but no facilities. It wasn’t till 3rd day when I asked that I found out there are facilities in the basement to make tea and coffee… I would visit again.

Limited directions on how to get to this hotel - it is not accessible by car, and not on Google Maps. No one to greet me at the front desk and phone calls went unheeded. Loud dance music until 3am. Coffee was offered but none was in the room nor at the coffee station. When asked, the front desk person didn’t know how to operate the machine.

Staff were really helpful when the safe was locked on arrival as they helped to reset it and show me how to use it. The single room had a small bathroom with limited space to put your stuff. The ventilation wasn’t great meaning the bathroom took a long time to dry after a shower. Eye mask and earplugs were provided and there were slippers too. Also a mini fridge with a bottle of water. The coffee machines and kettle are outside the room in a communal area but weren’t working as the power outlet had lots of things plugged into it. Easy check in and check out.

This is a review of room "W" at The Water. DO NOT BOOK The Water unless you are planning to party until 4 in the morning every day. The "hotel" (it is more a tiny room than hotel) is next to a bar where every day is Saturday and the party is on until morning. It is so misleading they don't mention this on the web side. First thing you get when you check in, are ear plugs and sleeping mask. Then you already know that you are up to a terrible stay at the The Water. The room is so small packed with 3 beds (we were 3) and has no closet, so you are leaving in your suitcase. The problem is that you have no place to have your suitcase, so every thing is stacked at a small space on the floor. This means cleaning is impossible. The staff can just broom the narrow path you have created to be able to walk around the room to the terrace. The tiny fridge was defect and could not make ice cubes. The terrace was narrow and had only 2 chairs for a 3 person room, and there was no space for a 3rd chair. Imagine 3 persons trying to dry the swim suites, beach towels and bath towels on a terrace with no space and no place to hang your things without blowing down to the neighbour. Then you are thinking what about the bathroom??? Continues on the second review. I can only type 1500 characters. Annoying.
