Destin Towers - Middle Unit ON THE BEACH!

Not a great experience. Shower head was broken upon arrival in master bath, ants in the kitchen, sheets on 2 of the beds had black marks on them. Communication was prompt before arrival. Upon arrival when we could not gain access to the building so I text the same number that I had been communicating with shortly before we arrived and received no response. The “Be Home” app they want you to use and refer you to for everything was not user friendly and would not load on my phone. It did not have the check out instructions like they said it did and I had to email them to get those instructions. In that email where I asked for the check out instructions I also notified them of the broken shower head, ants, and the black marks on the bed sheets. They did not apologize or acknowledge any of my concerns and only sent back the check out instructions. We were also not a fan of the expensive “beach service” that hogs the whole area and won’t let you put up your own canopy behind their chairs and umbrellas. They also need to be more specific when saying “no oversized vehicles in the parking garage.” The guy who was working the property that day could not tell us what an oversized vehicle was. He said basically if someone complains about another persons vehicle then they will get a warning on their car. I’m pretty disappointed overall. If we come back to the area it will not be Destin.

The parking was easy, the room was clean and the view was amazing, enjoyed a wonderful first visit to Destin! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend staying here.

View was beautiful! Clean and great ocean view from master bedroom as well

Excellent location, friendly staff and condo was clean and in good condition.

Everything was great except no heated pool at this time. The pool was extremely cold. Maybe consider turning the heat on the end of October.
