Positive: The service staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Negative: Since the windows cannot be opened, the room often had an unpleasant smell and lacked proper ventilation. Improvement: The iPad provided to control the room and request services was sticky and not very responsive. In practice, we still had to call reception for most requests, which reduced its usefulness.

La chambre n'était pas très propre et vieillotte. Le petit déjeuner est nul, avec des bouteilles d'eau sur les tables qui devaient être non potable pour les occidentaux. Dans les bouteilles il y avait des sortes de plantes (sans doute pour cacher le goût). Nous ne comprenons pas la classification 5 étoiles supérieur.

Super great services! I have an overnight bus to bangalore, the hotel offered a nice sofa to stay after checking out, and kept serving me tea and coffee. i booked hotel cab to bus station, the driver also kindly stay with me for 20 min till the correct bus came. the bus stopped in a different place than in the ticket, without cab driver s help i would probably miss it!

5 star amenities but what defines a hotel is the staff. They were exemplary to say the least. Helpful, courteous and always with a smile. Even the doorman Mani and the restaurant team leader Sharat. The reception staff were impeccable with Gayatri, Mathi and team. Kudos guys.👏
