LX3 RENAISSANCE CARMEL VALLEY VILLA MED POOL OCH HOT TUB

We have been doing these family trips now for almost 20 yrs. This house was the most expensive house, but universally among all 8 adults, we all felt overall this house was clearly the best. The grandkids loved it for a multitude of reasons. The pool, the location, Carmel valley was joyous, the staff support, and it met all of our needs and expectations. We strongly endorse it for large families like ourselves.

As usual...lovely home. Been coming to the this same place for a number of years. We'll be back again.

The house was very clean and the property was beautiful. The hot tub was very inviting and warm. Unfortunately we were there during a storm but it was nice and cozy inside. Ashley was very helpful.

This home is quite unique. It's big, funky, and the backyard is stunning. Lovely pool, amazing location, walk to town, gorgeous garden, great parking. However, it's dark, really dark, and most elements of the home are very tired (furniture, carpet, stone, tile, etc). The kitchen is really tiny for such a huge home, and it was very difficult to cook with another person in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time with family, yet I never found a comfortable place to sit inside the house. I did enjoy the backyard furniture. There was almost no water pressure in the shower; getting into the main bed was a challenge in itself (it's so high). I never felt good in the house or with the decision to rent this big, expensive place... I would not recommend this home with so many other options at this price point. But if what you want is the perfect garden, pool, etc... this is the place for you.

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, spacious, and full of cozy nooks for reading and relaxing. Even with cold, rainy weather, the heated tile floors were a godsend, and our 96-year-old father could navigate the property easily.The kitchen was well-stocked with quality cookware and dishes, making cooking simple and enjoyable. We loved the hot tub—even in the rain—and the cute workspace/gaming area was a fun bonus.The location was perfect—within walking distance to restaurants and wineries, and ideal for day adventures to Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. The property managers were professional, responsive, and quick to help with any questions or troubleshooting, making the stay seamless.Highly recommend this property for comfort, convenience, and a cozy, accessible experience. We would gladly return!
