Me gusto lo único fue el desayuno esperaba un bufet para desayunar pero todo fue estupendo muchas gracias por la atención

En general bien, pero para ser tan nuevo le falta más…. Ell desagüe del baño estaba taqueado el agua no salía. Y habían pelos. Al momento de la reserva ofrecían desayuno incluido y la verdad solo dan cafe y muffin. De resto bien, habitación amplia y aseada camas muy cómodas, pero deben ser más honesto en lo que ofrecen en la reservacion

At first, everything was great. Check-in with Jeremy was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We were checked in for 2 nights. The morning of check out, at 7am it sounded like someone was breaking into our room. Luckily we had the door stop barrier in place, otherwise this woman, who was screaming, “what are you doing in there!” would’ve burst right in. She tried multiple times to push the door open past the barrier. I was in bed & my husband was in the shower. I yelled for her to get out of our room! Next thing I know the room phone rang & it was this unhinged woman asking again what we were doing in the room. She said the room was out of service for 45 days & that we had to get out! I told her we were checked in by Jeremy & we were checking out in 2 hours! She said we had to get out or she was calling the police! She never identified herself as even being an employee of the hotel. I told her to call the police then. I proceeded to try to get ready as quick as possible & then she comes to the door again with 2 police officers. It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I told the police that I just wanted to finish getting ready & get the hell out of the hotel. He said that was fine! Supposedly this crazy woman, Ebony, was the “general manager” of the hotel. She only said who she was in front of the police when I asked who she was!!! When we called corporate to file a complaint, was told that hotel employees can bust into your room at any time! DO NOT STAY HERE! EVER!!!

There is no breakfast, just granola bars. There is no milk for coffee, just chemical creamers. There is no hair conditioner no lotion no housekeeping . You are instructed to bring sheets and towels to the lobby if need be. Rude uninterested staff. Shower door off track.
