Vinea Resort

It seemed brand new. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Staff was helpful and positive. One evening we walked to the winyard next door. Otherwise the pool is the main highlight. Unfortunately they did not have the spa working or any treatments

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (3 générations, 6 personnes). Nous avons occupé 3 chambres. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, l'hôtel est magnifique et correspond à 100% aux photos du site. La piscine est immense et ouverte jusqu'à tard le soir. Le restaurant est excellent, les produits sont frais et on mange à 10, 15 € par personne sans se limiter. Est-ce que tout est parfait ? Non bien sûr. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un service ou à des prestations au niveau d'un 4 étoiles occidental, le pays s'ouvre au tourisme depuis relativement peu de temps. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et nombreux mais les prises de commande sont parfois aléatoires. Les finitions de l'hôtel (magnifique au demeurant) sont perfectibles mais chaque problème signalé a été traité rapidement et efficacement. Le resort est ouvert aux clients extérieurs donc la journée, de nombreux locaux profitent de la piscine, c'est un public familial qui n'empêche absolument pas de profiter des installations. En revanche, la playlist est très répétitive et démarre un peu tôt le week-end (si votre chambre donne sur la piscine) Expérience globalement très positive et je retournerais au Vinea Resort avec grand plaisir ! Faleminderit shumë! (Oui, apprendre les 4 ou 5 mots de base de la langue albanaise aide, comme dans tous les pays...)

Like many others have written, this is not a relaxing place. Their main business is to organize parties, which is at the expense of hotel guests who want a good night's sleep. Unfortunately. The environment is beautiful, but that's all. Extremely poor service even by Albanian standards. Small problems with the room that they try to avoid fixing. Stupidly stingy with small things like you can only get a small cup of coffee in an included breakfast. If you want a refill on coffee or more then a small dish from the breakfast menu you are charged extra. Extremely ignorant and rude staff. Negatively surprising that they only have white and red wine from bag in box if you want a glass of wine and not a whole bottle. You are lucky if you even get a wine glass. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the main criteria for being called a hotel, that you as a guest should be able to get a night's undisturbed sleep. On top of this, they have staff who are ignorant, rude and Foolishly frugal. unfortunately I therefore have to urge people to avoid this place.
