We stayed here for the 1st time for 2 nights during our Osaka's family trip. The hotel was fairly conveniently located, with around 5 mins walk from Exit 5 of Shinsaibashi station (Parco exit). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a 7-11 just 30 seconds walk away. Our room was very spacious, easily able to open up 3 large luggages, The toilet is separated from the shower room, which is good, but the toilet room itself is lacking a washing basin, which means after using the toilet, you need to walk out and walk to the shower room to wash your hands. Can be improved! Overall it is a very good choice to stay for your stay in Osaka, we would definitely recommend it to others, and would choose to stay here for our next trip.

Hotel is well located and near stores and streets full of restaurants, the room is clean and everything works perfectly, only 3 washing machines and some amenities you have to take from the lobby but it’s very convenient for solo travelers, also the lady in the breakfast buffet was the kindest person!

Excellent hotel with excellent rooms. Very clean and very good location right near the shopping areas and Local convenience stores. Good transport links also and excellent amenities provided in the lobby for all guests.

Achei a acomodação muito boa e bem localizada, porém achei o quarto bem pequeno para duas pessoas, tínhamos que escolher entre abrir as malas ou andar no quarto, mas como não ficamos muito tempo na cidade, então conseguimos se virar. Além disso, o café da manhã é bem oriental, eu prefiro o café da manhã ocidental, então confesso que não pude aproveitar muito. A equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa e eles tem serviço de entrega de mala para outras cidades com pagamento feito no hotel ou pelo site que eles explicam na hora.
