Royale Parc Hotel Tagaytay

Hotel is potentially great but unfortunately a few things were broken such as the safe, phone etc and the water was sometimes cold. There was also a smell of sewage. I was very disappointed that the jacuzzi was freezing cold. Reception cited maintenance issues but they were fobbing me off. I asked to speak to the manager every day about these issues but I was told they are unavailable. On the last night I got upgrated to a bigger room but I feel that I didn’t get value for money and the manager failed to address or even speak to me about my concerns. Otherwise the room was nice & clean and the breakfast buffet was simple but pleasant. Lots of crew available who are pleasant but they were unable to do anything regarding numerous issues.

Breakfast is limited; there's not enough choices. Getting drinking needs to be serviced by housekeeping but staff are quick to do their job.
