[Entire home] We rent a whole Japanese traditional style house!!!★ Maximum 15 adults can stay★※Please make a reservation for 2 or more people・ 2 minutes walk from Kayashima station!・ Parking available on site (5 cars)・36 minutes to USJ (by train)・ Many supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants!・ Free WiFi!!・Cookware is available in the kitchen.・ Amenities are provided!!Both long-term stay and short-term stay are welcome!・Can be used for meetings and family gatherings.#House Rules Please give me a message when you have checked in safely.Please keep quiet after 9pm.NO SMOKING No pets, drugs, dangerous articles.Please separate trash.Please let me know when your friends/family stay over in my room.Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner when leaving the house.Delivery of parcels will not be received. Exactly what we expected and more. Excellent location for train and grocery. Small stores nearby for pharmacy and food. Plenty of room. There are 5 regular twin beds. The other rooms are traditional sleeping. Downstairs is a large kitchen, large fridge, a tv, dining, washroom, washer/coin dryer and two twin beds with three traditional sleeping rooms/yoga. Upstairs, 1/2 kitchen, 1/2 bath, 3 twin beds, 2 traditional rooms and a large living room with TV. Train station is 3 minute walk, same for large supermarket. Located in a local area. When you arrive at the gate, open it and proceed to the house. You will find the lock box at the front door to get the house key. Leave your dirty shoes at the first level and select a pair of shoes provided to your right to walk through the home. The rooms are not to be walked on. You will notice different floor layouts. Soft floors-no shoes, hard floor-indoor shoes. The house gives a peaceful vibe and comfortable atmosphere. regular sockets. Towels. We stayed here to be able to visit Universal, Osaka area. Went to Ashinari Shrine, Traditional Tea Ceremony with Kimono dress. We forgot to sign the visitors book though.

We recently stayed here as our home base while we explored Kyoto and Osaka. Right next to the train, it was a perfect location. The home was amazing. A perfect mixture of modern convenience and traditional style. With plenty of space to spare for our children. Very clean, with everything we needed. The coin operated clothes drier did not heat up well, but plenty of clothes lines to dry our clothes. Would highly recommend the home, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you!
