Great location and very clean place and can accommodate 5 people.

Convenient and easily accessible from Marunouchi Line, great location amongst restaurants, bars, convenience stores and shops. No crockery (bowls, plates), only limited plastic cutlery and paper cups. Luggage space extremely limited, luggage rack stored under the bed was too dusty to use so needs more attention to cleaning. Not sure why there were so many air conditioners taking up the valuable floor space - suggest declutter to make more space for kitchen amenities. Maintenance issues including broken lights/bulbs and gaming console not connecting to TV needs more proactive attention. Beds comfortable.

Excellent location close to train station! Wonderful quick responding staff and excellent shower pressure. Would stay here again!

The top floor unit had the strongest mold odor I have ever experienced. The entire building smelled and was being covered up with air fresheners. The cover up was so strong in the hallways my kids were running thru the stairs and lobby to minimize breathing it all in. The response fm the hotel was they could put more air fresheners in our unit. After we left the hotel- ALL of our luggage smelled moldy and like it had been in a wet damp basement. I get the sense the owners and or management have not been there themselves and have no idea what's going on or just don't care as long as they can fill the rooms. Def. regret booking a non refundable room and Expedia was completely unhelpful

It was very easy to check in. Everything was nice and tidy for my stay.
