Sehr gute Lage sowohl zum Strand, als auch in den Stadtkern. Einige Zimmer / Bungalow sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist I Ordnung. Am Abend kann es sehr laut sein, weil eine Diskothek in der Nachbarschaft ist. Das Wasser im Pool ist nicht sauber und der Poolbereich ist wenig gepflegt.

We stayed for 2 nights and initially when checking in we were happy that they allowed us in early. However.. We could not find the complimentary van upon arrival at the quay so had to walk. The room we were allocated was dark and dingy with hardly any natural like, and as it was near the main road, noisy. There was no hot water. The common areas were unkept, scruffy, and in the case of the decking around the pool, broken and dangerous (you wouldn't let children anywhere near it. The food was very average and the staff unfriendly, unhelpful and disinterested. In my experience of staying in hotels, when a place is so poor, its usually down to the lack of investment by the owners and senior management both to the infrastructure and its staff

This place sounds like a nice resort online but the reality is totally different. The staff we unfriendly, unhelpful and looked like they hated their jobs (all except a young man on reception who was polite and helpful). The pool was green and looked like it doesn’t get cleaned so we didn’t use it, which was a real shame. Our room smelt strongly like damp and the beds were hard as wooden planks. The room was very dark and had lots of mosquitoes all the time. There were also dead bugs squashed all over the walls which hadn’t been cleaned. The resort is a building site which was not clear when booked. We paid the same as we had done to stay in Bandara resort in Koh Samui, thinking there were a similar standard - but unfortunately this was not the case. The only positive is the location, very close to all the restaurants and shops and sairee beach. Overall - don’t book this place, you’d be better off in a cheap bungalow somewhere else.

Vi bodde i ett familjerum i en hotellbyggnad som såg något nyare ut. Rummet var stort och fräscht och över förväntan. Dock var servicen mindre bra. Inga handdukar att låna vid poolen och medioker frukost. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och mitt på promenadgatan så läget är toppen och perfekt för oss som barnfamilj.

Jättefint hotell med bästa läge på stranden på vackra koh Tao. Vi bokade ett rum med pool access vilket kändes lyxigt. Enda negativa var att det nästan aldrig fanns rena strandhandukar när vi behövde.

Personalet er overhovedet ikke smilende, høflige eller serviceminded, virker bare trætte af deres arbejde, både i receptionen og på restauranten. Poolen var beskidt og rundt om poolen flød det med madskrald, flasker, glas og lign. Der sad unge mennesker og røg joints i børnebassinet og da vi pointerede det overfor personalet, sagde de bare “sorry we can’t help you”. Morgenmaden var mildt sagt forfærdelig, vi valgte at spise andre steder, selvom vi havde betalt for morgenmad. Det er umuligt at sove før de omkringliggende barer slukker musikken (efter midnat). Første gang vi badede i havet, flød der et kondom forbi os - også her var der bare møg beskidt. Laundry service mistede en del af vores tøj, til gengæld fik vi leveret en del der slet ikke var vores - og de var ligeglade. Den stjerne hotellet får af os er udelukkende for praktisk beliggenhed og smukke solnedgange!

Our first night was unbearable with loud doof doof music rattling our windows til 4.30am. We requested to move and was relocated to a 2 bdr villa further away from the nightlife . They knew straight away we would be requesting to be moved. Property needs maintenance however the location is beautiful and so convenient on walking street. Very hard beds and my hips ached however they put a topper on the bed for me without hesitation. Huge variety of places to eat, safe with kids who loved the independence. It wasn’t a party resort which suited us, however a party isn’t far away. it was a nice blend of variety and location along with the ability to sleep at night. Completed our open water dive certification with the onsite SSI centre which gives you further discount on your accomodation. Beach was nice and clean with rubbish picked up every day. Breakfast included had variety of hot Asian dishes, toast, cereal, pancakes and fruit. No pastries however that didn’t bother us. Beautiful to eat on the beach front every breakfast. Easy to use hotel transport to the other side of the island, same price as everywhere else.

Bra rum och strand Rummet var bra hade beach front så det var inte många meter till stranden, som var mycket fin. Många delar av hotellet skulle behöva en uppfräschning och renovering. Wifi är riktigt dåligt Frukosten är inget att ha fast kaffet var gott. Resorten är stor och ligger i anslutning till en livlig bargata så det är högljutt på nätterna.

Had a great stay here. Reserved the poolside Seaview room, which is located at the front of the property. I was on the second floor, so it wasn’t as nice as it would be on the first floor. The furnishings in bathroom were a little rough and dated. But the property is very conveniently located to everything. They also have a dive shop and restaurant. I dove with them for three days and it was great. The bed was rock hard, but I asked the front desk for a mattress pad and that did the trick. Overall, it was a great stay. They also offer free shuttle service to and from the pier, so when you get off the ferry look for the sign from the driver.

Badeværelset trænger til at vægge bliver vasket - insektrester og pletter på vægge. Kontakterne ser også snavsede ud. Morgenmads buffeten, mangler håndsprit, beholdere til musli ig korflakes er beskidte på ydersiden. Larm fra gaden, overbo der tramper tidligt om morgenen og nogen der arbejeee luge omkring hotelværelse kl 7 om morgenen. Værelset var rummeligt og fint, hyggelig terrasse. Fin service i receptionen. Vi fik tidlig check-in.

Room dirty with no insulation, reception staff is not very nice, restaurant is terrible, the whole place feels abandonned

We had to leave our stay early because our entire cabin was infested with ants. They were on the walls and all over our bathroom. The location was good but the resort was overall very dirty and the staff didn’t seem to care very much when we told them.

Lokationen var god, og dejlig pool da vi var der, måske fordi der var højsæson. Der blev ikke gjort rent i den uge vi boede der. Og den ene af vinduerne var der ikke vindue i blot tremmer og lille myggenet der ikke var låst fast og gapede. Grundet dette rendte der firben rundt inde på værelset. Derudover kan du høre musikken indtil kl 3 om natten

Morgenmad buffet var super ringe - kan næsten ikke kalde det buffet og så ikke ud til at være frisk pr dag. Vi skulle bede om at få gjort rent på værelset samt skiftet håndklæder. Ville vælge andet hotel næste gang. Positivt at de havde fri transfer til havnen

We didn’t get the room we had paid for on the first night because the air conditioning was broken. We asked for compensation, but they said we could check out if we weren’t happy. We were too exhausted from the sea journey to go looking for another hotel. The rooms are quite clean, nothing disturbing. The breakfast is rather poor, but this isn’t a luxury hotel anyway. The location is good, right by the beach and close to restaurants.

Bungalowene var slitte, mørke og hadde veldig harde madrasser. Hele stedet trenger oppussing. Enkel men grei frokost. Bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Sairee.

I really liked how well the hotel is located, right in front of the beach and with a convenient restaurant in place. When you book this hotel, make sure you take pictures about the room you have booked, cause when I arrived and did the check in, the staff took me to a room, which was far away from the beach and it was different from the one shown in the picture. I then told them that it was not the type of room I had booked and finally they took me to the right one, which was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, a great shower pressure and a big balcony. Different staff members knocked the door many times 45 minutes, 30 and 10 minutes before the check out time, which I found very disrespectful. The lady in the reception was very rude and unprofessional with my friend and I and made my experience stressful. The guy that collects the ticket for the breakfast was also rude and impolite. It's a shame this happened because the resort is beautiful, full of palm trees and plants and with a perfect sunset view from the restaurant deck.

The place itself is set in stunning area the bungalow I stayed in was clean and great shower. The morning staff were great especially the restaurant manger who was great. I only stayed 1 night an booked late took my booking 9.30 pm I wa there for 9.55 complete darkness even though reception was due to open till 10 the night staff just laughed me and said why do want me to do. I said stop laughing at me for a start he just laugh again. x manager turned up Alex was threatening said he would watch the cctv and threatened to call the police unless I apologised to the staff that laughed at me but don’t let my experience put you off it’s a lovely place

Nice hotel, well located on the beach, watched a few sunsets from the beach bar. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was adequate, but I preferred eating out at the local coffee shops as there was a greater selection

A very clean and cozy villa. Friendly and helpful staff. I can recommend this!

The hotel and services are nice. The main problem - and it’s a big one - the hotel is right next to the big party beach. You will absolutely have loud pounding music past midnight every night you stay here. I am not against loud music, I have attended the big beach parties and had a great time. But it’s really important that you understand that you have no option to leave the beach party if you stay at this hotel. This is room shaking bass and the earplugs can’t even block that out. I complained after the first night and asked to check out early, but the hotel denied to refund my money if I checked out early. So I booked a quiet bungalow on the other side of the island and spent most of my nights there and just kept my luggage at Seashell because I could not sleep with all the music.

全体的に清潔にしており、良かったです ダイビングに行くため　朝食を別でお願いすると、4種類のサンドイッチから一つ選択して準備してくれます(前の晩に注文-受取) 船着場までのドロップは無料でした。 部屋からは海は殆ど見えなかったが、レストランは海の目の前にあり　リゾート気分を満喫できます。

Good value for money. Great location next to beach and street life. Didn't use hotels pools as they seemed quite dirty and beach and the ocean were superb. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing fancy but gets you fueled up for morning activities. Beach bar is nice for summer sets :)
