The girl who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful! She was from Owego, NY which is right where I live. I noticed her name badge instantly. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and quiet at night during my stay. I enjoying viewing the beautiful animals. Thank you!

Never saw the bar. The beds are too high. I asked about a step stool. There aren’t any. I had to climb on a chair to get into the bed. Big negative Everything else was wonderful

Esse hotel é incrivel, em todos os sentidos, nosso quarto tinha vista para a savana, muitos animais, lindo demais. A atmosfera do lugar é surreal,o som, o cheiro a decoração.. parece que você está literalmente na Africa. Recomendo fortemente o restaurante Jiko, espero voltar.
