Do NOT book this place unless you want to exist in complete SILENCE. The walls are extremely thin and there are some clearly disgruntled neighbours in the building. They have a policy of “quiet hours” from 2PM to 7AM!! ANY noise during this period will result in a noise complaint. This was not advertised anywhere prior to booking. We were a group of 7 people staying 4 nights and received a noise complaint every day despite only being in the apartment for parts of the day and talking at normal conversational levels. There was even one day where only 2 people were in the apartment chatting quietly and we still received a complaint. Completely ridiculous. Also hot water runs out quickly. Book elsewhere.

Bilder waren etwas zu optimistisch:Kellerraum sah auf den Fotos gut aus, war aber zur Straße sehr laut ab sechs Uhr früh, hatte keine Toilette und nur eine sehr enge und unbequeme Wendeltreppe nach oben. Das wurde natürlich in der webseite verschwiegen. Schlafzimmer hatten keine Fenster, die Dusche und das sehr kleine Waschbecken ohne jeden Spiegel hinter dem Besenkammer-Schlafzimmer war etwas suboptimal.Lage war super.

Excellent place to stay! Had 4 adults and 2 kids. Lots of space for everyone. Great location to metro, groceries, boulangeries, restaurants. While there are 3 washrooms with showers, only 2 have toilets. Lots of towels and bedding available. Host was super responsive and check-in was very easy. Located on a safe and quiet area/street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location near the Metro and many bistros and cafes. Nice and quiet neighborhood, near food store. The place had everything you need for cooking g, sleeping and showering.

We specifically booked this property because we needed three usable bedrooms for our guests. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a large amount of black mold visible on the walls, making it unsafe to use.After we reported it, the host sent someone to “clean” the room the next day. However, the mold was still clearly visible afterward. We sent additional photos, but the host argued that the room was clean and safe, despite the obvious mold remaining on the walls. Due to health concerns, we chose not to use that bedroom at all, which meant we did not receive what we paid for.The host refused any partial refund, even though one of the booked bedrooms was unusable.Additionally, while the listing advertises three showers, the hot water system only allows one shower at a time, which is extremely inconvenient for a group.Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to health concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this property, especially for families or groups needing multiple rooms.
