Très bon accueil. chambre et salle de bain propre. Accès aux chambres avec ascenseur.

5 étages sans ascenseur... ça mérite d'etre anticipé car ça n'est pas toujours simple ! En revanche, cote rapport qualité-prix, sur Paris, il n'y a rien a dire.

Clean room with comfortable bed, very competent and kind staff, facilities well kept.

My room was on 5th floor. Elevator was not working. I had 2 big lugggages. Hope you can imagnine.

La estancia y el personal estuvo excelente, lo único es que la habitación no estaba de todo limpia a nuestras llegada el cuarto no estaba bien aspirado (el piso, el baño).

El trato y servicio de su staff es excelente. Pueden cambiar de personal en si front desk, pero quien está a cargo, siempre es atento. La habitación es limpia y fresca. La limpieza es también de buen nivel. Seguro regresaría a este hotel. Bien ubicado con restaurantes/bares y muy cerca del metro y autobús.

La chambre est infestée de punaise de lit, mon corps est partout piquée, les démangeaisons continue à l’heure ou je vous écrit, j ai vu de mes propres les punaises de lit, j ai essayer d’appeler expédia personne ne réponds Voilà mon expérience Sans vous parler du bruit des voitures encore ça, ça peut aller Mes journées sont annulé dû à ça Horrible horrible

Personalen va trevliga, rent rum och är väldigt nöjd! Dock det va grannar som pratade väldigt högt så det hördes igenom rummet bara annars allt va bra! :)

J'ai passé deux nuits avec mon fils de 19 ans c'est vraiment deux nuits de cochmar ,un hôtel sans clim et draps très sal et plein d insectes.....

Hotel pulito con bagno in camera, a mezz'ora dal centro, letto comodo, pulizia stanza ogni giorno. Collegamenti a 10 minuti a piedi di giorno e di notte. La consiglio solo per dormire per il prezzo più basso trovato online. Stanza 201 un po rumorosa per il traffico, ma in buone condizioni. Manca aria condizionata per l'estate, il resto dell'anno è perfetta.

Un accueil agréable et professionnel. La chambre est agréable et le mobilier de bonne qualité et confortable. J'étais côté rue donc c'était particulièrement bruyant. Le tarif m'a paru élevé pour une chambre simple sur rue passante.

No geral correu bem, mas a insonorização do quarto não existe ouve-se muito os carros, apitos sirenes. A partir das 6:30 da manhã é praticamente impossível continuar a dormir.Pequeno almoço também muito limitado.

Otel merkeze uzak ama metroya yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otel odaları küçük olsada merkez otel fiyatlarına göre kalınabilecek en güzel otellerden biriydi. Ailemle birlikte memnun kaldık

Chambre côté route, nuit bruyante avec beaucoup de passage. Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre.

Les chambre ne disposent pas de climatisation, simplement d'un ventilateur de 1er prix bruyant + de 30 degrés la nuit... Chasse d'eau qui fuit également.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Paris, overall I think this hotel is a great cheaper alternative if you don’t care about the luxuries. It did everything you would want from a cheaper hotel: comfortable bed, wardrobe space and en-suit bathroom. However I think there were a few factors that we found a little strange. They ask you to pay a 65€ holding deposit as insurance for lost keys, problems with the room after checkout etc, not unusual for a hotel so understandable. However they proceed to tell us to give our key to reception every time we exit the hotel and ask for it back upon re entry, a little strange but would not of minded if they gave us a safe to keep personal items. I understand they say everything is safe but as tourists I think everyone is a little protective of items. Keys were displayed on a board behind the reception desk, visible to guests so anyone could easily ask for a random key to anyone’s room. We had friends stay at the same time as us but in a different hotel room and they had problems with the shower, after mentioning this to reception they said they would fix it while they were out but was still not fixed once during their stay. I would mention the road is very noisy with cars tooting and revving engines at all hours through the night even with windows shut. I wouldn’t say this is a complaint as we enjoyed our stay but just some things that could be looked upon improving. Staff were very friendly and kind. Thank you

Die Mittarbeiter sind sehr nett

It was a smaller room. I wasn’t comfortable, there wasn’t a safe. I wanted a refund and asked for one but was refused. It was clear I was uncomfortable and I wasn’t going to stay. The owner didn’t care and made me pay for all the days I booked even tho I only stayed for one. It was actually heartbreaking I was already going through a lot but she didn’t care. I wish I could have just gotten a refund but she didn’t want to. America is way better when it comes to hotels and refunds.

We found decent places to eat opposite the hotel. good for getting to major attractions Eiffel Tower, mon marte, river cruises. Staff friendly food ok.

It was very close to metro, great staff and very clean. I loved it

The staff was good but the manager was coy. Room had problems, door would not shut without having to fix the hinge every time. Spoke to manager about it and nothing happened. Asked for a refund but was told this would not happen.

Le séjour était très plaisant. Un merci spécial à Ange qui a été toujours à notre service, toujours en bonne humeur. Gros merci à Olga aussi, très présente pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande la place!

El hotel está bonito y cerca de estación de bus y del metro, la zona muy tranquila y la a tención del personal muy amables los chicos

Great hotel but it is in a difficult location and can be a little dark at night around the area

Hotel correcto para dormir, cerca hay boca de metro que te deja cerca de los principales monumentos, tampoco están lejos caminando, una media de ,3,5 kmos

Leider war die Dusche defekt, das Wasser floss nur sehr langsam oder überhaupt nicht. Da wir es erst am Abend bemerkt haben, war keine RDeparatur möglich. Zum Glück hat uns die Rezeptionistin vor dem Auschecken erlaubt, die Dusche eines leeren Zimmers zu brauchen. Danke. Leider ist das Frühstück sehr minimalistisch und es fehlen Ablageflächen im Badzimmer sowohl Nachttische neben dem Bett.
