Staff was amazing. The spa facilities were great. The room was beautiful too. Now we have a favourite hotel in Paris that’s in a superb location. Wife and I had travelled for our wedding anniversary and could not have asked for a better hotel and facilities.

The restaurant is in a beautiful garden setting... it is serene. But serving a bad 12 euro orange juice. Rooms are spacious..decor is modern and elegant. There is nothing bad about the hotel but it is not worthy of the 5 star price in my opinion. I was promised a response from the concierge regarding show tickets and never received any assistance although I reminded twice. It is a lovely place but overpriced. The spa treatment room is beautiful but our massages did not leave us feeling any better. Maybe a facial would have been a better idea.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, hotel extremamente limpo,cheiroso, bem cuidado, roupas de cama extremamente confortáveis. Fizemos uma viagem em família, e tivemos a sorte que no hotel termos a funcionária Daniela, brasileira que trabalha no hotel. Que nos prestou total apoio, extremamente doce e educada! Fomos muito acolhidos por ela, e nos sentimos praticamente em casa! Nosso muito obrigada a Daniela! Gratidão !

The front desk (the reception) were not professional at all, one of them was very rude, he doesn’t know how to communicate with people and they need more training because the way we were treated is not the way of a five star hotel (felt like a 2 star hotel) The hotel is nice overall but not worth the money. the rooms are small. The location might be the good thing about the place.

チェックイン時に(デポジットの為)カードマシンが不調で、30分以上フロントで待たされました。先に部屋に入って貰うか、ロビーで飲み物でも出して待って貰うとかの対応が無かった事に驚きました。(チェックアウト時に、既に予約時に支払っていた事が分かりました) 部屋はガーデンレストランに面していて、部屋に話し声やカトラリーの音まで聞こえ、唯一ガーデンに面した面はガラス張りで、カーテンを開ければレストランの人々が丸見えで、一度もカーテンを開ける事が出来ない状態でした。スタンドのライトが点かず来て貰ったにも関わらず、結局最後まで点灯せず、またチェックイン時には備えつけてあった、ホテル専用のボトルの水を2日目に補充を二度もお願いしたが、やはり補充されず。この金額での4つ星とは信じられないホテルでした。二度と利用はしたくありません。

Location was safe but a little far from the sites , breakfast could be better, just a few hours few options. Bedroom very small for two people, bed and pillow were comfortable and also shower head. . Service just ok concierge failed to do certain appointments for us even though we request the reservations , Is one month ago. Price of hotel was high for amenities.

Very comfortable and great location. Only thing is there is some construction outside the hotel at nearby building which was a bit annoying. But the hotel itself was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very clean.

The restaurant is in a beautiful garden setting... it is serene. But serving a bad 12 euro orange juice. Rooms are spacious..decor is modern and elegant. There is nothing bad about the hotel but it is not worthy of the 5 star price in my opinion. I was promised a response from the concierge regarding show tickets and never received any assistance although I reminded twice. It is a lovely place but overpriced. The spa treatment room is beautiful but our massages did not leave us feeling any better. Maybe a facial would have been a better idea.

I decided not to complain at the time because, honestly, I had already run out of energy dealing with the food issues. The room was cleaned every day, which I appreciated, but I still felt the cleaning could have been more thorough. When I first checked in, I noticed dust on the bedside table, which was disappointing. What upset me most, however, was my interaction with the manager when I raised a concern about the lamp and asked for the charge to be removed from my bill. I felt that his response was rude and that he made me feel small on the day I checked out. For me, it was never about the money. It was about the principle. If a customer has had a genuinely poor experience with something they were unable to eat or use, I believe the concern should be listened to respectfully rather than met with an attitude.
