JO&JOE Paris - Nation

J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour au jo and joe nation, vraiment rien à dire, le personnel était super accueillant, très gentils, je n’ai jamais été dérangée pendant mon séjour, tout était propre, le rooftop ainsi que la happy house sont de supers espaces pour les jeunes, j’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé. La nourriture aussi était vraiment bonne et très abordable

Ich war vom 09.07.22 bis 11.07.22 im Hostel. Die Unterbringung mit den Boxen waren gut und man hatte etwas Privatsphäre. Etwas störend war das mein Bett direkt am Bad/WC gelegen hat und dort hängt direkt an der Wand der Handtrockner der sehr laut ist und mich öfters aufgeweckt hat. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, ich muss starke Schmerzmittel nehmen und fand meinen Blister nicht, sofort war ein Mitarbeiter mit am suchen was ich sehr nett fand. Das beste Argument ist der kurze Weg zur Metro Buzenval und von dort nur 1 Station bis nach Nation und man erreicht den Eifelturm mit der 9, die direkt in Buzenval startet oder in Nation umsteigen in die 1 nach La Defense um zum Louvre/Pont Neuf etc zu kommen. Es gab ein karges aber leckeres Frühstück und das ist für ein Hostel 1A. Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen und kann es nur empfehlen! Viele BackPacker oder Durchreisende mit denen man schnell ins Gespräch kommt. Sogar Livemusik auf dem Rooftop der sehr schön ist besonders Abends. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die stören, wie der angesprochene Lärm im WC der einen öfter aus dem Schlaf holt. Anderer kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das WLAN. Man hat freien Zugriff auf das WLAN/WIFI ABER mit Datenvolumen! Plötzlich bist du raus wenn du bspw ein paar Youtube Videos geguckt hast war nach 20 minuten vorbei und man musste ins eigene Netz wechseln, steht aber nirgendwo. Vielleicht könnte man an der Rezeption ein paar Flyer auslegen, für die Metro ider einen Touriführer. Nicht schlimm! See you

Personeel was very helpful and kind. They have everything you need in house. Special was there roof terras. I did not use many hotels in my life. This time I had no choice and after this I might use a hotel more often

I did not like the property, you will be charged for the use of towels, you have to buy a lock at the reception if you do not want to lose your items to thieves, very limited options for food, the showers are very small in size. I do not recommend this place.

Es wäre schön, dass man dazu schreibt, dass es keine Handtücher gibt. Ansonsten kann man problemlos schlafen und man hat seine Kabine für sich. 4/5 Sterne von 5.

It was a rough experience. I got there early in the morning and could not check in early. I had to pay for two lockers for my stuff. The private room with one bed is very bare with little furniture. I felt like I paid for what a hotel would have cost with zero amenities. Plus, this hostel isn't even in a nice neighborhood. The neighborhood definitely has a decent amount of crime and is not safe to walk in the late evening. It is also far from a lot of attractions. There were even fireworks some nights that kept going off. There were no good restaurants nearby the hostel. I ordered some dinner at the hostel, but it didn't taste great. They mainly just had pizza. The service was not great either. I tried to take a shower one evening around 6:00 pm, and there was no hot water. The staff there then suggested I just take a shower in the communal bathroom. I was not sure of what the cleaning schedule was, but I only got my room cleaned around 3 days out of the 8 days I stayed there. On the day I had to leave for the airport at 5:30 am, I got locked in the hostel with no recepetionist. I tried to push a few doors open, but none would open. They locked the doors on the outside because the neighborhood is bad, but they locked them on the inside. I had to pay around 28 Euros because the Uber driver cancelled after waiting for me, which was not my fault. I barely received an apology or a solution for any problems the hostel caused for me.

les chambres sont exiguës peu de rangement ( 1 seul grand tiroir en bois sous le sommier fermé par un cadenas) pas de gel dans les douches : les distributeurs sont vides: venir avec son propre savon. aération des chambres est limitée.

J'ai été ravie par mon séjour au sein de cette auberge très sympathique. De l'accueil, jusqu'aux chambres, en passant par les diverses commodités et espaces de partage, tout y est bien défini et pensé pour le confort des client.e.s. Bref, je recommande vraiment !

Très bien pour dormir à Paris pour un prix abordable . Hébergement propre et agréable.

全般的には清潔だが細部までは行き届いていない。例えば、ベットと壁の隙間にゴミが溜まっていた。トイレの紙が補充されていない。前の宿泊者の物が残されている。などメンテナンス責任者の不在を感じさせる。

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour ; petit-déjeuner copieux , restauration sur place, rooftop animé, douches modernes et très propres. Je recommande vivement.

Conforme a l'attente, sanitaires propres mais ménage douteux dans la chambre (poussière sous les lits, canette de biere entre le lit et le mur)

Staff were lovely, the dorm room was spacious with clean bathrooms and linen BUT there were BED BUGS!! I was covered in bites the next morning and had to travel back to the UK in great discomfort. I’m still itchy two days later. The reception was apologetic and offered me a free breakfast but that’s not really good enough. The room needs to be steam cleaned and the mattress replaced.

Helt Ok sted å bo. Største minus for meg var de svarte rommene. Det blir fort mørkt på rommene og vanskelig for den som kommer sist hjem å finne frem i tingene sine.

Location is perfect, only 1-2min walking to metro Line 9, and easy to reach most scenic spots. Employees are nice and helpful. Only disadvantages per our opinion are that the air conditioner is not working well for the 2 rooms we stayed, had to call technicien both times. Room is a bit dark with the paint chosen. After all it is a good experience.

The breakfast is 90% carbs, however fresh fruits are appreciated. Good coffee here! The staff are friendly other than one person who yelled at me not to start getting breakfast at 6:58 saying that it would start sharp 7:00!! They got could be nicer!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notte al Jo&Joe Paris Nation di Parigi in una camera privata. La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione per muoversi a Parigi, a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro e della RER Nation, che consente di avere a disposizione più linee metropolitane e la rotta ferroviaria che collega Parigi a Disneyland. La camera privata con 3 posti letto è piuttosto accogliente, sebbene non ci siano spazi per riporre gli abiti e le valigie se non i cestoni sottostanti i letti. Le camere sono piuttosto insonorizzate, ad eccezione della porta che dà sul corridoio e della finestra, da cui filtrano diversi rumori fino a sera inoltrata. Nulla di drammatico, ma si potrebbe migliorare sotto quell'aspetto. L'unico aspetto negativo è in parte rappresentato dalla pulizia della camera, non impeccabile, specialmente al di sotto dei materassi. Ad ogni modo nulla che non sia rimediabile, l'esperienza è stata comunque decisamente piacevole.

Très sympa à l’intérieur mais très bruyant. C’est dommage que la clientèle puisse faire du bruit à 2am …

I visited Paris to set up a booth at the SIAL exhibition and stayed here for a week. I was satisfied with the low cost and was very comfortable with the smile and friendly guidance of all the staff working. And even when I arrived at the accommodation after work late at night, I was able to buy something to eat and a drink. I had to bring 2 heavy carriers down the stairs of the Metro to get to the airport on the last day, but one of the staff members did not refuse my request and held my bag until just before I got on the subway. Thank you very much. I really want to make a reservation here again on my next business trip P.S. Breakfast was excellent, too

The staff is great and the facility is just fine. I'm beyond the average age of a hostel guest, yet had a perfectly fine stay. The vicinity to the metro is a big plus. Located on the first floor, I couldn't hear any noise. I'd suggest renting a light for the cubicles as an amenity. As a professional in hospitality, I'd like to stress again how friendly and professional the staff was.
