Très bon séjour dans cet appart'hotel: bon accueil, bien placé et bien desservi (tram, bus, métro), propre, calme, bons produits avec choix au petit déjeuner, Je me permettrai 3 suggestions d'amélioration: ajouter une notice d'utilisation de la plaque électrique dans le coin cuisine; donner un numéro de téléphone pour accès direct à l'accueil quand on est client plutôt que d'avoir à utiliser celui des pages jaunes; et surtout équiper le rooftop d'un garde-corps de hauteur conforme à la législation, c.a.d. 102 cm et non 75/80 cm comme l'actuel: beaucoup trop dangereux avec des enfants voire certains adultes (ne pas hésiter à informer les clients sur ce point).

Très bien situé : arrêt tram en face de l’hôtel, commerces à proximité immédiate, tous les restaurants et commerces asiatiques du 13ème à 10mn à pied, idem pour station métro, parking souterrain sécurisé pour 10€/jour !

Good location, easy access, easy check-in, clean, quiet rooms, you can leave your luggage for storage, the internet worked great.

Un passage rapide juste une nuit. Déjeuner très apprécié, un grand choix et produits frais et de qualité. Parking en sous-sol formidable. Chambre juste au niveau ménage et assez sommaire.

Très bon séjour, à l'exception du désagrément causé à deux reprises par la sonnerie de l'alarme tonitruante qui résonne dans tout l'hôtel à chaque fois qu'un hôte provoque une source de chaleur (cigarette, cuisson....) La 1ère alarme a eu lieu en plein jour mais la 2ème m'a réveillée à 5h du matin

Nice hotel that it is close to Metro line and accessible to amenities. Reasonable value for money. Because it has small kitchenette in each room, when people cook something and forget to open the windows or the stove vent, it would trigger the fire alarm. During our stays (5 days), the alarm went off 4 times.. 3 times during the day and 1 time around 11:00pm. That is the only one thing that we did not like about this hotel.

En face du Tramway et à 7 minutes du métro. Les studio supérieurs sont sur la cour et silencieux. Spacieux, kitchenette adapté, supérette à coté et boulangerie avec viennoiserie correcte en face. Beucoup de restaurant asiatique bien à proximité . Bref un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Paris même si un peu excentré

Apart from a long wait to check in - apparently we arrived just as they were cashing up and were left waiting for around 15 minutes with no real understanding of what was going on. Another family arrived five minutes after us and were in a similar position. Anyway after checking in we got our key to a room on the seventh floor with fantastic views. Despite a sign on the window that they could not be opened under any circumstances, our window was swinging free with no way to secure it! apart from street noise it was not a real issue for the first couple of days as the weather was very still. However, on day three the wind whipped up and it kept blowing open. I went to reception who gave me a special key and sent me back to the room - I was then expected to return this immediately in case other people had issues - not what I expected (I thought staff would come up with me) but it got me a few hundred extra steps in! The blackout blind on the window was also an issue as it had been rolled wonky and so I was awake at sunrise with light shining in my eyes! Our room was compact but had everything we needed apart from proper blackout blinds and for the price had what we needed. The real problems started on night four when people were using the smoking deck just past our room in the early hours - I was woken with banging doors and people talking outside several times through the night. On our final evening this happened from around 2100 and reception locked the door.

Die Unterkunft war super. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist toll, gleich vor der Unterkunft ist eine Straßenbahnstation (T9) und 500 m weiter ist auch eine U-Bahn-Station für Metro 7, die an einander anschließen (gut bei schlechtem Wetter). Gleich neben dem Eingang ins Hotel ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Das Hotel hat seine eigene Parkgarage und kostet sehr wenig pro Tag. Insgesamt ist der Preis für die Unterkunft ziemlich fair. Das Personal ist nett und spricht englisch.

Noisy dirty

On arriving we stood outside trying to get their attention through the glass doors, we were pushing the buttons for the bell, they looked at us and ignored us finally another guest came up with a room key and opened the door for us. The day before I arrived they sent an email and noted I could get breakfast for 9 euros. We were planning on getting it, but when we got there the desk clerk told us 10.50- prepaid. My wife flatly refused. The property requires you to wash the dishes and take out the trash, amazingly they don't require that you do the linens, since they don't seem to do that either. The day I arrived I just pulled back the sheets and went to bed, the next evening I noticed the pillow I'd slept on had a case that looked like it had coffee or something possibly less desirable permanently staining it. When I asked at the desk for a replacement the staff was rude and demanded to know why I didn't bring it to them the first night. The towels all had stains of different degrees and shades on them, I chose not to bring that to their attention since they were holding my credit card deposit hostage. I did get pictures, and also took pictures of everything in the room before we left. Remember that deposit I mentioned. I felt that you can't trust the property. I can't recommend this property if you like clean linens, or courteous staff.

Me hospedé aquí principalmente por el precio y porque parecía no estar tan lejos del centro de París. Aunque cuenta con una estación de metro cercana, en la práctica se pierde bastante tiempo en los traslados. Al final, lo que ahorras en el hotel termina invirtiéndose en transporte y, sobre todo, en tiempo que podrías usar para disfrutar la ciudad. En cuanto a la habitación, aunque las instalaciones aparentan ser modernas, la que nos tocó estaba sorprendentemente sucia, como si no hubieran hecho el aseo antes de nuestra llegada. Además, uno de los motivos por los que elegí este alojamiento fue la cocina equipada para ahorrar en comidas, pero los utensilios estaban realmente en malas condiciones y muy sucios. Las camas individuales también fueron un punto negativo: resultaron incómodas y de baja calidad. El baño tampoco ofrecía una mejor experiencia; la regadera parecía estar a punto de romperse. Con la experiencia que tuvimos, en lo personal no recomendaría hospedarse aquí

Accueil permanent appréciable et sécurisant. Le fait d'avoir un coin cuisine dans la chambre est très pratique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Néanmoins, le ménage nécessiterait plus d'attention (joints de douche, bonde, porte de placard...)

My main problem was the cleanliness. The room was a little grubby. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. There was dirt on the skirting board, and the floor was dirty near under the fridge and cooker - basically the room needed a deep clean. Another problem was no mattress or pillow covers . Yuk!

Fint sted, meget rart personale. Fin placering tæt på Metro 7 der kører direkte til bl.a. Louvre. Værelset var ok. Relativ småt, men helt fint. Badeværelset var mærkeligt - brusergulvet lavede vilde lyde, som om det ikke kunne holde til en persons vægt… Der hvor man ikke kan se, var der meget støvet. Kunne godt trænge til en ordentlig omgang rengøring - ordentlig!

Petits studios corrects à 2 pas du mètro et de la porte de Choisy. Parking pratique, personnel réactif(après signalement d'un problème de fenêtre, elle fut réparée dans les 48heures), rooftop-fumoir commun En revanche, la propreté des lieux laisse à désirer. Assis sur les toilettes, j'ai remarqué des poissons d'argents qui rampaient au sol; aussi, j'ai du déboucher l'évacuation d'eau de la douche moi-même dès ma première douche. Et malheureusement, les morceaux de chips et graines de Tournesol déposés au sol à la sortie de l'ascenceur au 4ème dès le Mardi soir étaient toujours là le Vendredi matin à mon départ. Le rapport qualité/prix (pour la région parisienne) reste tout juste acceptable.

Chambre propre

The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this.

Aardig personeel! We hebben een mooie kamer met goede bedden. Alles is goed schoon.

The hotel was conveniently located for us; close to the Metro and restaurants. The room was clean and adequate. The only complaint is that the shower was small. There was no door and the glass partition was too small to stop the water from spilling onto the floor.

Fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas : utilisation de la climatisation obligatoire - peu agréable et peu écologique. Pas de volets : stores occultant peu la lumière. Double vitrage peu efficace : route bruyante toute la nuit.

I stayed from May 3 - 6. Until now, on the 9th, I still haven't received my deposit back. I want my money back now! 150 euro

I am still waiting for the return of my 150€ caution after checking out nearly a week later. The room was very noisy from the road & tram. I asked to move rooms and was told that it wasn't possible as I'd slept in the bed and I should have requested a room change prior to using the bed. How was I to know the room would be noisy prior to my first night? The staff were plainly not interested as I also pointed out the rowing machine in the gym was unserviceable, the woman in the desk didn't even acknowledge the issue. The equipment provided in the kitchen are absolutely minimal. For an aparthotel that is really poor. The window didn't open correctly, And finally the air conditioning didn't work, the room was always too warm. The positives, lots of transport/grocery options nearby.

Good location,Parking garage, supermarkt, nice kitchenette, the rooms are smaller than what is in the description. TV only in French! And i have met the most rude personnel at the reception desk. She is a dark colored woman with brown weg.. She speaks little English and as soon i asked her to change something she told me she didn't understand! and with very rude way, looks and hand gesture asked me to write that on the translator...i couldn't defend my self or tell her that she can't talk like that with a guest.. Thank god the other woman (originally a Moroccan) was professional and nice enough to listen to my problem and solved it calmly.. I would recommend the hotel. And would go there again. But if i saw this lady again i will certainly give her a piece of my mind

I have to say … do not book in that property. As soon as we walk in lack of organisation… long long wait to check in. In the room badly anything .. we were asked to wash the dishes and take rubbish out . I thought it was a joke . I understand keep the room clean but take rubbish out!. Also there has been literally nothing in the room basic things had to go and ask for and guess what you need to give shout passport to get a hairdryer. On the top of that they keep a deposit just in case. Bathroom was small but clean , but the base of the shower was moving. You are unable to open the window in the room and massive issue to get an extra towel. Staff absolutely clueless asking you for room details that they should now. ….. Would never stay in that place agin.

Fomos muito bem atendidos. A recepção estava sempre disposta a ajudar e dar boas informações. Checkin fácil. Quarto muito limpo e confortável. A cozinha tinha bastante utensílios úteis. Metrô perto, o que facilitou bastante o deslocamento. O estorno do caução foi realizado corretamente no dia seguinte. Ótima estadia.

Great location within walking distance to Metro. Also accessible by bus and trams. Mini market next door was very convenient.

Trams is literally in front of the hostel. Good enough for a short stay.

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir chez break and home. Chambre confortable et près des transports communs pour Paris. Situation idéale.

Property was nice, breakfast was poor and not worth the money. Toilet in my room was disgusting with pee over the seat and stains which I had to clean and the bowl, well I had to buy a bottle of please just to loosen what the previous guest had left. Vending machine was empty and got filled on last day which was a let down. Location not bad close to restaurants and bars also McDonald’s and metro. Beds comfy I guess but the pillow (singular) wasn’t. Asked for more pillows and got given 2 small cushions both in a pillow case. No one cleaned the room on out 6 day stay and the bed wasn’t changed, I asked for clean towels and was charger 2 euro. They advertise a safe (non existent) They advertise a fan also non existent. Heating was pathetic I ended up leaving the electric cooking rings on to heat the room. Shower has hair it in and I had to unclog it which was disgusting. Would I stay here again? Hell no Kitchen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und als es Probleme beim hinterlegen der Kaution gab, wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Das Frühstück war lecker, nur die Auswahl sehr begrenzt, über etwas mehr hätte ich mich gefreut, war für 9€ aber okay. Es war nur nervig das an drei Tagen ein ohrenbetäubender Alarm losging, der erst nach einigen Minuten wieder ausgestellt wurde. Das Zimmer war etwas sperrlich dekoriert, aber sauber! Die Küche war nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet: Zwei Messer, zwei Gabeln, zwei Tassen etc. und das leider teilweise nicht vollständig: Nur ein kleiner Löffel, keine kleinen Schüssel, nur ein einziger Topf ohne Deckel. Auch da hätte ich mir etwas mehr erhofft. Alles in allem hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gestimmt und besonders die gute Verkehrsanbindung ist nochmal hervorzuheben.

Værelset var ok, Bad- og Kökken fungerede fint, sengen var god, men hovedpuderne var elendige og pyntepuden var decideret uläkker. Morgenbuffet manglede lidt mere at välge imellem, og isär manglede der forskellige slags frugt og grønt. Beliggenhed ok i forhold til metrostationer.

Posizione ottima. Metro a 10 Min bus fuori dall'hotel. Pulizia buona. Organizzazione come un appo. Niente rifacimento stanze giornaliere. Ma piccole stanze con angolo cottura e tavolino. possibilità di fare colazione a 9.00€ a buffet dolce e salato. Asciugacapelli basta chiederlo.stanza silenziosa
