The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good

Terceira vez que volto a hospedar no hotel e sempre já problemas na manutenção da estrutura ( piscina sem aquecimento, cartão chaves que perdem acesso aos quartos , academia com falta de componentes que foram retirados e não voltaram . Restante o hotel está de parabéns

O hotel é razoável, mas considero adequado apenas para estadias curtas a trabalho. Não recomendaria para passar longas temporadas. O elevador apresentou falhas algumas vezes, o que gera insegurança. Além disso, alguns funcionários parecem não estar preparados para atender plenamente às necessidades dos hóspedes. No meu ponto de vista, o restaurante é muito fraco, e as refeições servidas durante minha estadia foram bem abaixo do esperado.
