Je cherchais un hôtel qui soit près d'un récif corallien très riche et très bien conservé pour du snorkeling : l'hôtel Baron est exactement dans ce cas-là, à Ras Nasrani, très bien situé avec une multitude de poissons et des coraux magnifiques accessibles par deux pontons de part et d'autre de la grande plage de sable doré, où les transats ne sont pas trop serrés. Nous étions dans le Baron palms adults only, ce qui garantit un bon calme et pas trop de sollicitations pour des activités que je ne voulais absolument pas ! La séparation entre le Baron palms et le Baron resort est une rue longée de boutiques qui elle, n'a aucun charme. La chambre était une chambre triple de taille honorable, avec vue sur la piscine avec la cascade. Les repas sont assez bons, hormis les desserts qui sont catastrophiques, le personnel est très aimable. Il est possible de manger dans un restaurant égyptien qui est très agréable. La sonorisation des chambres est excellente, et il y a un accès gratuit au spa avec sauna, hammam et jacuzzi sur réservation chaque jour, et une salle de sport. La piscine avec la cascade est glacée en dessous de 17 degrés mais l'autre adjacente est à 27 degrés. Reserve sur les animations dont le programme n'est pas respecté. Enfin sur la fréquentation : il y a une énorme majorité de Russes et dans ce cas du Baron, d'italiens. Enfin il est dommage que le repas de Noël n'ait pas été offert par l'hôtel.

Very courteous staff throughout. Extremely clean. Very good restaurants with lent food options as well as the pool bar and cafe. The beach was clean and enjoyable. Best place to vacation at.

The experience was great, the structure of the hotel is good and there’s plenty options of activities and entertainment, and the entertainment team is super nice, particularly Kito, Julia and Oscar. The food was good, everything was always clean and the staff is very helpful in general. I’ve had a a few situations with the staff at the beach bar where I would order something and they would make fun of me (like repeating what I said in a feminine voice, for example), or clearly talking about me in their language. Also, by the beach, you get chased every day, many times a day, by the people selling tours and sea activities, which is super annoying. I didn’t have a good experience with the scuba dive as well, they are very unprofessional and unprepared to deal and respect people, especially women. I wouldn’t recommend doing it if it’s your first time, cause it can be scary and, in my case, traumatising. I understand it’s a different company, but as it is within the hotel premises, they should try improving the customer service for a better experience. Overall experience was good, if we didn’t have to deal with this other situations it would have been excellent.

Nel complesso è stato tutto bello. Tutti molto cordiali e servizievoli. Un grande ringraziamento a Amr e Ashraf i due ragazzi che lavorano al beach bar, persone di cuore e molto professionali. Non ci hanno mai fatto mancare niente. Noiosi e insistenti invece i fotografi della spiaggia, Ehab e Paolo.

Was a relaxing hotel but needed some TLC and a mixed view of staff (some were rude and other s very professional. Spa area was very shabby as paint was peeling off roof). Also the shop owners in hotel were very annoying.

A resort suitable for those seeking a peaceful holiday (Adult only), with direct access to the beach and a pier leading to the coral reef. The staff stand out for their courtesy and helpfulness, as well as for the attention paid to cleanliness. The food offering could be improved; however, it is varied and of overall decent quality.

Resort molto bello, pulito e tranquillo. La spiaggia è bellissima e consente un semplice accesso al mare. La barriera corallina nei dintorni è molto bella e piena di pesci di vario tipo. Il personale dell'albergo è molto gentile e disponibile.

Lovely hotel for a beach getaway for adults (Baron Resort next door is perfect for families). The location is not far from the airport and is beautifully designed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and attentive to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 bars on site and one on the beach. The restaurant is large with usual array of food types one would expect from all-inclusive service, there are special bar-be-queues laid on in front terrace, plus some enjoyable live entertainment. There are couple of a la carte options, one being traditional Egyptian place way at the back of the property on route the beach, in our experience it didn't seem to be booked much - in my opinion it's because it's next to several shops selling usual stuff (beach wear, 'designer' watches, belts etc) and pesky shop keepers who can be annoying - this is not hotel problem but worth mentioning. Animation team are lovely team working long hours to try engage in some fun, along with some excellent live acts. Special mention to the beautiful Aya! The beach is excellent, the water for couple of hundred yards is warm shallow and perfect for just floating on for hours. At the end of the pier there is snorkelling and scuba diving, both excellent to see the reefs and range of colourful fish in crystal clear water. Highlight of the trip. Hotel negative points: Wifi not so reliable. Restaurant does not label V for vegetarian which is not acceptable, have to keep asking Chef Salah.

Les chambres sont acceptables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois à tous les niveaux, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. La nourriture est bonne, avec un choix varié et savoureux. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 2 minutes de la plage, parfait pour les amateurs de détente au bord de la mer.

Mısır’a giderken biraz tereddüt etmiştik temizlik ve yemek açısından bir çok otelde olumsuz yorumlar okuduk ancak sectigimiz bu otel oldukça temizdi hem yemekleri hem de personel bakımından biz çok sevdik her damak zevkine uygun yemekleri vardı biz hiçbir şekilde aç kalmadık temizlik olarak da sürekli insanlar bir yerleri topluyor temizliyorlardı. Ayrıca otel otelin denizi efsaneydi

Overall it is great hotel, beach and pool clean and very nice. Rooms are definitely not 5 star but it’s ok, and in my room(350) was very bad smell, probably from the bed.

Cleanliness of the room, timely check-in. We were told our room right be ready at 12pm so we went on an excursion and came back at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 3pm. I ordered room service and my food order never arrived. Maybe more to showcase the amenities. The transportation was very expensive The staff are really great, very kind and friendly.

Otele girişte güler yüz ve çiçeklerle karşılandık resepsiyonda Hindistan cevizi aromalı soğuk içecek ikram ettiler ardından bizi öğle yemeğine gönderip işlemlerimizi hazırladılar yemek sonrası odamıza çıkardılar. Odalar geniş ferah balkonlu,yatak rahat ve çarşaflar temiz. Yemekler harikaydı, çok çeşit ana yemek vardı, ızgara stil, tavuk, balık, karides… Aç kalmak mümkün değil ve tatlılar meyveler saymakla bitmez. Kokteyller harika. Havuz çok temiz ve barında sneak yiyecekler harikaydı. Plajdaki barda aynı hizmeti veriyor. Otelin her noktası bakımlı ve temiz, personel çok güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Denizi de çok temizdi. Bazı geceler animasyon da oluyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve yıllık tatil planımıza bu oteli kesinlikle dahil ettik. İyi ki keşfetmişiz.

Havuz çok temiz ve barında sneak yiyecekler harikaydı. Plajdaki barda aynı hizmeti veriyor. Otelin her noktası bakımlı ve temiz, personel çok güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Denizi de çok temizdi. Bazı geceler animasyon da oluyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve yıllık tatil planımıza bu oteli kesinlikle dahil ettik. İyi ki keşfetmişiz.

Very nice hotel! Fantastic holiday! Everything clean,very good and diverse food! Strongly recommend especially for couples! Thanks for House Keeping team ,especially the guy Mohamud for the cleaning and being very polite.

From the moment we arrived it had been amazing. The staff is wonderful en super helpful. They are always willing to help. The room and facilities were great. (The only thing is that the shower could have been better). I absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for an amazing time.

We super enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach are great . The dining options were awesome. The cleanliness and service were super. The TV remote control could do with an upgrade since its not very responsive and a little of a process to navigate channles but it did not take away anything away from our enjoyment and overall we had a great time. Thankyou Baron Palms 🌴 ♥️

Je cherchais un hôtel qui soit près d'un récif corallien très riche et très bien conservé pour du snorkeling : l'hôtel Baron est exactement dans ce cas-là, à Ras Nasrani, très bien situé avec une multitude de poissons et des coraux magnifiques accessibles par deux pontons de part et d'autre de la grande plage de sable doré, où les transats ne sont pas trop serrés. Nous étions dans le Baron palms adults only, ce qui garantit un bon calme et pas trop de sollicitations pour des activités que je ne voulais absolument pas ! La séparation entre le Baron palms et le Baron resort est une rue longée de boutiques qui elle, n'a aucun charme. La chambre était une chambre triple de taille honorable, avec vue sur la piscine avec la cascade. Les repas sont assez bons, hormis les desserts qui sont catastrophiques, le personnel est très aimable. Il est possible de manger dans un restaurant égyptien qui est très agréable. La sonorisation des chambres est excellente, et il y a un accès gratuit au spa avec sauna, hammam et jacuzzi sur réservation chaque jour, et une salle de sport. La piscine avec la cascade est glacée en dessous de 17 degrés mais l'autre adjacente est à 27 degrés. Reserve sur les animations dont le programme n'est pas respecté. Enfin sur la fréquentation : il y a une énorme majorité de Russes et dans ce cas du Baron, d'italiens. Enfin il est dommage que le repas de Noël n'ait pas été offert par l'hôtel.

Overall it is great hotel, beach and pool clean and very nice. Rooms are definitely not 5 star but it’s ok, and in my room(350) was very bad smell, probably from the bed.

Very nice hôtel, large swimming pool, very clean, incredible food, very nice staff and room quite ok. But the wifi is very slow, impossible to watch videos or work remotely, if I had known this before I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. And Russian is now the hotel's official language, due to the fact that 90% of guests speak only this.

The room was great, the staff was always super nice and helpful. All the facilities were nice maintained and while being gluten allergic, even with the buffet the staff tried to help me and satisfied my requests. They were cooking and baking effectively gluten free

Best hotel to stay in Sharm el sheikh!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff or the amenities. The general manager was one of the kindest people we met there and he made sure all of our needs were met. He came to say good morning at every breakfast and good evening at every dinner. The head chef at the main restaurant made sure we always left happy and full! Even the manager of the restaurant greeted us every day! The pool staff were attentive and kept the area looking absolutely beautiful. The beach was amazing and very clean with the full options to snorkel, scuba diving, and use banana boat and lots of other fun things. A hidden treasure and we will definitely be back!!

Everybody went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. the food was great! We definitely recommend this resort for a fantastic vacation!

Cleanliness of the room, timely check-in. We were told our room right be ready at 12pm so we went on an excursion and came back at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until almost 3pm. I ordered room service and my food order never arrived. Maybe more to showcase the amenities. The transportation was very expensive The staff are really great, very kind and friendly.

Lovely hotel for a beach getaway for adults (Baron Resort next door is perfect for families). The location is not far from the airport and is beautifully designed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and attentive to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 bars on site and one on the beach. The restaurant is large with usual array of food types one would expect from all-inclusive service, there are special bar-be-queues laid on in front terrace, plus some enjoyable live entertainment. There are couple of a la carte options, one being traditional Egyptian place way at the back of the property on route the beach, in our experience it didn't seem to be booked much - in my opinion it's because it's next to several shops selling usual stuff (beach wear, 'designer' watches, belts etc) and pesky shop keepers who can be annoying - this is not hotel problem but worth mentioning. Animation team are lovely team working long hours to try engage in some fun, along with some excellent live acts. Special mention to the beautiful Aya! The beach is excellent, the water for couple of hundred yards is warm shallow and perfect for just floating on for hours. At the end of the pier there is snorkelling and scuba diving, both excellent to see the reefs and range of colourful fish in crystal clear water. Highlight of the trip. Hotel negative points: Wifi not so reliable. Restaurant does not label V for vegetarian which is not acceptable, have to keep asking Chef Salah.

Les chambres sont acceptables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois à tous les niveaux, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. La nourriture est bonne, avec un choix varié et savoureux. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement 2 minutes de la plage, parfait pour les amateurs de détente au bord de la mer.

The Baron Palms Resort, seems to be the upper market neighbor to the Baron Resort next door, and for good reason. The property is, like many others, a 20 minute free shuttle ride into Namma Bay, but a short taxi trip to the airport. The property is beautifully manicured, swimming pools are immaculate and large, the staff are top tier and the food at the hotel restaurants is mostly buffet and mediocre, but as good as any other high-end resorts in the area. Everything was available and worked well in our room, and the wifi was strong, fast and stable. The resort appears to be a favorite for Russians and Kazakhs but the staff all speak English as well as some Russian. A tip: ask for a discount for the transport to the airport, a hedge against the exorbitant cost of the hotel taxi service. You will pay a reasonable price. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Está muy bien en todos los aspectos, para descansar, con buenas piscinas, el buffet está bastante bien, un poco caótico con los camareros, pero nada grave, y la playa, muy chula, aunque con la marea baja, se queda sin agua y hay que adentrarse hasta la barrera de coral, pero no es problema. Recomendable 100%.

A resort suitable for those seeking a peaceful holiday (Adult only), with direct access to the beach and a pier leading to the coral reef. The staff stand out for their courtesy and helpfulness, as well as for the attention paid to cleanliness. The food offering could be improved; however, it is varied and of overall decent quality.

Resort molto bello, pulito e tranquillo. La spiaggia è bellissima e consente un semplice accesso al mare. La barriera corallina nei dintorni è molto bella e piena di pesci di vario tipo. Il personale dell'albergo è molto gentile e disponibile.

Lovely hotel for a beach getaway for adults (Baron Resort next door is perfect for families). The location is not far from the airport and is beautifully designed and looked after. Staff are very friendly and attentive to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 bars on site and one on the beach. The restaurant is large with usual array of food types one would expect from all-inclusive service, there are special bar-be-queues laid on in front terrace, plus some enjoyable live entertainment. There are couple of a la carte options, one being traditional Egyptian place way at the back of the property on route the beach, in our experience it didn't seem to be booked much - in my opinion it's because it's next to several shops selling usual stuff (beach wear, 'designer' watches, belts etc) and pesky shop keepers who can be annoying - this is not hotel problem but worth mentioning. Animation team are lovely team working long hours to try engage in some fun, along with some excellent live acts. Special mention to the beautiful Aya! The beach is excellent, the water for couple of hundred yards is warm shallow and perfect for just floating on for hours. At the end of the pier there is snorkelling and scuba diving, both excellent to see the reefs and range of colourful fish in crystal clear water. Highlight of the trip. Hotel negative points: Wifi not so reliable. Restaurant does not label V for vegetarian which is not acceptable, have to keep asking Chef Salah.

Je cherchais un hôtel qui soit près d'un récif corallien très riche et très bien conservé pour du snorkeling : l'hôtel Baron est exactement dans ce cas-là, à Ras Nasrani, très bien situé avec une multitude de poissons et des coraux magnifiques accessibles par deux pontons de part et d'autre de la grande plage de sable doré, où les transats ne sont pas trop serrés. Nous étions dans le Baron palms adults only, ce qui garantit un bon calme et pas trop de sollicitations pour des activités que je ne voulais absolument pas ! La séparation entre le Baron palms et le Baron resort est une rue longée de boutiques qui elle, n'a aucun charme. La chambre était une chambre triple de taille honorable, avec vue sur la piscine avec la cascade. Les repas sont assez bons, hormis les desserts qui sont catastrophiques, le personnel est très aimable. Il est possible de manger dans un restaurant égyptien qui est très agréable. La sonorisation des chambres est excellente, et il y a un accès gratuit au spa avec sauna, hammam et jacuzzi sur réservation chaque jour, et une salle de sport. La piscine avec la cascade est glacée en dessous de 17 degrés mais l'autre adjacente est à 27 degrés. Reserve sur les animations dont le programme n'est pas respecté. Enfin sur la fréquentation : il y a une énorme majorité de Russes et dans ce cas du Baron, d'italiens. Enfin il est dommage que le repas de Noël n'ait pas été offert par l'hôtel.

The hotel looks clean at first, and I was offered a welcome drink on arrival, but the service ruined it. The front desk rushed guests, spoke down to them, and claimed I was “upgraded” when I was given the same room I booked. The room and restroom were clean, but the TV didn’t work, and the bed was harder than a rock — maybe fine for some, but not for me. The buffet was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The food had no flavor, and the staff were more interested in chatting with certain foreign guests than helping. If you order alcohol, it comes right away, but if you ask for a Coke or Sprite, be ready to wait 15–20 minutes. The shops inside the hotel are no better than outside vendors, constantly hounding you. After three days, the front desk continued to be a disaster, with no communication between staff. You end up repeating yourself over and over to get the simplest things done. The only bright spot was Ahmed from housekeeping — professional, helpful, and the kind of staff member this hotel desperately needs more of. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. Clean rooms don’t make up for terrible service, tasteless food, and staff that simply don’t care. Definitely not the 5-star experience promised.

The room was great, the staff was always super nice and helpful. All the facilities were nice maintained and while being gluten allergic, even with the buffet the staff tried to help me and satisfied my requests. They were cooking and baking effectively gluten free

The first few days were good, but the third day was extremely frustrating. Before bringing a friend as a day guest, I went to reception twice to confirm what she could use. I received different answers about day use, beach use, lunch and soft drinks. The communication between staff was clearly poor. My friend has a disability and difficulty walking. We were passing the pool on our way to the beach. She sat down for a moment to rest her legs, and a staff member immediately came over and rudely told her she could not sit there. We were not even planning to stay at the pool. It was completely unnecessary. Then we went to the beach and they refused to give her a towel because she had no towel card. Reception had never given her one. I asked them to call reception and confirm it, but instead I had to walk back to solve their internal communication problem. This made me extremely angry. I invited a guest to your hotel, and instead of making her feel welcome, we were sent back and forth over basic things. How is a guest with limited mobility supposed to keep walking back to reception because your staff cannot communicate? I am a hotelier myself, and I believe they have handled this poorly. The apology did not make up for the experience. The shops inside the hotel also need better regulation. Prices seem to vary by nationality, with extremely high prices quoted first and then “discounted”. Guests should not feel like walking ATMs. I will not return, can not recommend this htl.

Konaklamamızdan genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, temizliği ve çalışanların ilgisi gayet iyiydi. Odalar rahat ve düzenliydi, yiyeceklerin kalitesi de oldukça başarılıydı. Genel olarak keyifli ve sorunsuz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.
