Very disappointing for a Quality Inn motel. When we turned on the tap in the bathtub, water filled and would not drain. I tried to plunge the drain and paint came off of the tub and gunk backwashed back into the tub. I called maintenance who did come up and put in some draino which did clear it. I had to ask him then to clean the tub so it could be used. I was travelling with friends and we had booked three rooms several months in advance and specifically requested three rooms side by side (or at least very close together) with ground floor, non-smoking rooms with parking directly in front of our rooms. We were not given rooms close together - in fact two rooms were on second floor and one was a smoking room while the third was on the opposite side of the motel. Extremely disappointing and would definitely not stay there again.

First room a/c didn't work. Nice lady at desk moved us. Breakfast was closed too early and not a hot one. Waffle House across street was closed. At night, building next to us was being pressure washed. Security was good. It's definitely a one or two star (a stretch) place.

The hotel is older and the area around the rooms is dirty. We had to lug heavy suitcases up outside stairs because they have no elevator. Dining options are very limited.

Filthy unkempt property. Bathtubs and sinks have the enamel coming off. room hasn’t been painted in years. Huge areas of chipped paint. Literally garbage under and behind furnishings. I asked for non-smoking, they said expedia didn’t show i reserved non-smoking. I can’t blame them for that if expedia didn’t show it, but still showed no interest in getting me another room. I quit asking after the second day. Horrible smoke smell. Like extreme. It was a cheap price, you get what you pay for. Plus, i’m from the area and was displaced by hurricane helene, thompson is not the place to stay, unless you just have to he in that town for some reason. Go a few miles down the road and stay in grovetown, much better situation all around.

Shocked that this property passed inspection. Grout black, caulking dark brown from dirt & mold. Sink faucets leaked and were crusty with rust. Homeless next door at the gas station. We didn't even stay for breakfast. If it wasn't 10:30 pm & we'd been driving 15 hours, we would have forfeited the money & found somewhere else. Expedia needs to check the properties they offer!

Our first impression was great’ based on the receptive management and employees, the rating would be 5 star. The bed was comfortable, clean and odor free. There were no bugs present in the room—which is often difficult in Georgia. However, other aspects of the property are concerning. The area immediately across the parking lot from our room was the drive thru for not just one, but 2 fast food restaurants. We could easily hear the workers taking orders. One day there was a person sleeping and awake in their car—for hours-/at the back end of the hotel. Somewhat disconcerting. Within the room the molding around the floors was filthy—needing to be cleaned and painted. Similarly the sink was in rusty ill repair, and the tub needed a thorough scrubbing as it had stains from use. There was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower—that was not ours, as well as other hair in places that should have been cleaned. The use of a string mop from room to room gave us pause, moving one rooms dirt to the next—but, there is the plus of no carpet in the room. Overall, nice people running a hotel that needs a cleaning overhaul.

This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed they never cleaned my room or changed my sheets. I couldn't walk in bare feet the floor was so dirty. The damage to the room was so bad I took pictures. The bathroom was as bad as it gets. I bought cleaning supplies to clean the room and air freshener because the smell of cigarette smoke. Room was well below par. We checked in after 5 and housekeeping still had not made rounds to ensure the room was clean. Shower rod was hanging off the wall. Shower towels provided were actually floor mats. Place just felt nasty and management did nothing to combat the noisy people on site. Do not ever plan to stay here again.

The room was in bad condition with holes in the wall and outlets that were so old a plug wouldn’t stay in them. It smelled of harsh chemicals and stale cigarettes. I traveled with a coworker who had a separate room and it was no different other than the toilet did not function properly.

I did not stay. Drove up there from SW Florida only to find that they had sold out. they refused to refund my prepaid reservation. It is been over 72 hours since I contacted Hotels.com and I am still waiting for a refund

The staff didn't want to fix my TV at first then I told them if they didn't fix it I would leave take a shower and walk on the floor and your feet would be black stains on the sheets convenient because of the gas station and restaurants

Our first impression was great’ based on the receptive management and employees, the rating would be 5 star. The bed was comfortable, clean and odor free. There were no bugs present in the room—which is often difficult in Georgia. However, other aspects of the property are concerning. The area immediately across the parking lot from our room was the drive thru for not just one, but 2 fast food restaurants. We could easily hear the workers taking orders. One day there was a person sleeping and awake in their car—for hours-/at the back end of the hotel. Somewhat disconcerting. Within the room the molding around the floors was filthy—needing to be cleaned and painted. Similarly the sink was in rusty ill repair, and the tub needed a thorough scrubbing as it had stains from use. There was a clump of hair on the wall of the shower—that was not ours, as well as other hair in places that should have been cleaned. The use of a string mop from room to room gave us pause, moving one rooms dirt to the next—but, there is the plus of no carpet in the room. Overall, nice people running a hotel that needs a cleaning overhaul.

The hotel is older and the area around the rooms is dirty. We had to lug heavy suitcases up outside stairs because they have no elevator. Dining options are very limited.

Shocked that this property passed inspection. Grout black, caulking dark brown from dirt & mold. Sink faucets leaked and were crusty with rust. Homeless next door at the gas station. We didn't even stay for breakfast. If it wasn't 10:30 pm & we'd been driving 15 hours, we would have forfeited the money & found somewhere else. Expedia needs to check the properties they offer!

This is a $60 /night hotel that they are charging $115 /night. For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. On top of that the sheets and mattress covers were stained and nasty with cigarette burns in them. Baseboards were dirty as if no one ever cleaned them. The only reason I stayed is because there is no hotels in Warrenton GA.

Rooms needs to be updated(walls, bathroom). Staff was great. Access for back parking lot boaters was great but it did have a washed out area(rut). Left real early to eat breakfast so didn't have time to see how it was.
