Nothing unique about this property, although they just renovated and had new mattresses. there are many hotels in area. Staff was friendly and let us check in a little early. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, bagels and spreads. Coffee, tea and juice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but it needs a serious upgrade. The carpets are old and worn and the walls need a good painting. The windows were dirty and a lot were broken. They could have also made the outside patio a great place for hotel customers to sit-setup some tables and chairs. The price of the hotel doesn’t reflect the price we paid. Would not stay there again. If they were to do a lot upgrades it could be a really nice place to stay.

I would not recommend this hotel! They charge $150 for incidentals which was more than my stay total for 2 nights, no hot water so no shower for 2 days, they claim after the fact new water system being put in- hmm maybe I should have been told! No security as doors open all night! Complained and got no discount, please take my advice and don’t book here

It looks like the owners are doing some very sloppy updates and the room we had was in process of worse the is good as it gets. The bed squeeked, and was hard. Pillows seemed worn out. No hangers. All these were simple things to fix. I think they're try to fix but still have a long way to go The hallway smelled of cigarettes. That said, it was clean and everything seemed to.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It smelled in the lobby. And it was worse in the room. We walked in and got our keys to the room and once we arrived in the room we immediately walked back to our car and drove home.

It was an ama?ing experience from the second i checked in the gentleman at the coubter was polite and friendly. Lobby and halls were kept clean and the room was nice and clean have a working fridge and microwave and the heat worked great. I will definitely book here in the future.

Room smelt weird, crumbs all around the room, lots of stains on fixtures, all the towels in the bathroom were dirty or stained except 1 and there was a lot of hairs around in there. The fridge was full of rust, screen on the window was torn off, at least it made getting the luggage in the room easier. Thankfully the beds looked clean and were comfortable.

The room and place was clean. But!!! The lady when I checked in was short and rude. NO BREAKFAST! The excuse for why was feeble and weak. This place is ok, but compared to Bismarck’s Americas Best Value, it is very poor! Next time I drive the 3 hours to Bismarck!

The room was filthy, the urine smell in the bathroom was horrible there was dirt and mold on the shower curtain, the air conditioning unit was like having freight train go through the room.

Receptionist acted like it was an imposition to check me in. Room was "bare bones" - no nose tissue, no hair dryer (had been ripped from wall), no clock. Breakfast was ok. "You get what you pay for"!

The breakfast is not a buffet as advertised, it's just a continental. Rooms were clean as expected. The room had a window heat/ac unit that worked but when running was very noisy. I was quite surprised that upon arrival i discovered that the motel charges a deposit between $150-$300 depending on the distance between your home and the motel. I will never stay there again. I've never been asked for a deposit before checking in.

Even though it looked recently remodeled, the room still needed repairs. all the outlets by the bed only worked if the switch by the door was on, which also was the only conrol of the light on the wall. That meant anything plugged into the wall was turned off when you turned the light off. there was a hairdryer mount but no dryer. vinyl floor instead of carpet, and nothing decorating the walls. the shower had the holder for a hand sprayer but just a shower head was there. the AC/heater unit cycled on and off every couple minutes all night, no matter what temp it was set to. even the towels were thin and small-not bath towels, and one had some sort of mascara or darker stain. They had 2 styrofoam cups left out by the ice bucket, but no idea if they were clean or not. the bare floor needed sweeping. the couch had mis-matched cushions. the desk top was dirty and the TV screen was wiped with a dirty rag because it was smeared. the sheets also had a rip.

Did not have a good experience. No one was sitting at the front when we arrived and it took awhile for them to come to the desk. (This was a common occurance) We had such an odd room that was small. The heater only could be turned on or off..couldnt set a temperature. The phone didnt have a jack/cord so we had to go ask for one to use the phine. The room was tidied but didnt feel clean. Breakfast wasnt good either...essentially just a wagfle iron and a few pastry optoons. Felt pretty ripped off with how much we spent. Wouldnt go back.

Avoid this place at all costs. Rooms were not very clean. We stayed one night. Manager opened the door to our room without knocking at 10 am to remind us to check out at 11. They also never refunded my security deposit when me and my son just slept for one night and were only in the room to sleep at night! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The rooms were nice enough and they are definitely in the process of updating so there is still some painting to do. But it smelled fine, beds were clean, room was clean, ac worked. The only thing was you have to make a deposit with cash or credit card and that wasn’t mentioned. If you do it in cash it’s $100 and they hand it back to you at check out. We had a nice stay.

Unprofessional staff never at the front desk you be ringing the phone she wouldn’t answer for a while. Would be my last reservation never again

You get what you pay for. I paid very little. No service, no housekeeping, no breakfast one day and minimal breakfast the others, shower was not clean, sandpaper towels, shampoo in ketchup packets. The neighborhood is safe and it is a convenient drive to most of Fargo.

Photos do not show the true appearance or reflect those who either reside or hang out around the hotel. Reminded me of a slum hotel filled with those struggling with addiction. Nothing against them - just definitely NOT safe or a hotel I would ever stay at again.

Decent place to stay. Could use an improvement for breakfast items. Coffee in the lobby was not good. Overall a good place and I would stay there again.

The breakfast is not a buffet as advertised, it's just a continental. Rooms were clean as expected. The room had a window heat/ac unit that worked but when running was very noisy. I was quite surprised that upon arrival i discovered that the motel charges a deposit between $150-$300 depending on the distance between your home and the motel. I will never stay there again. I've never been asked for a deposit before checking in.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, some bread products, no fruit and no yogurt. But it was fine. The rooms were nice enough and they are definitely in the process of updating so there is still some painting to do. But it smelled fine, beds were clean, room was clean, ac worked. The only thing was you have to make a deposit with cash or credit card and that wasn’t mentioned. If you do it in cash it’s $100 and they hand it back to you at check out. We had a nice stay.

Breakfast 6-9, but not opened until 6:50 Had to request room cleaning, and after confirming such on our 3rd day, no one showed up - needed to walk towels down for exchange, ask for tp, soap,shampoo - and no trash pickup.

The service and front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast not the best but have the basic, milk, cereal, coffee, juice and waffle maker. The room was ok, nothing fancy but comfortable and met all our needs.

The room and place was clean. But!!! The lady when I checked in was short and rude. NO BREAKFAST! The excuse for why was feeble and weak. This place is ok, but compared to Bismarck’s Americas Best Value, it is very poor! Next time I drive the 3 hours to Bismarck!

Did not have a good experience. No one was sitting at the front when we arrived and it took awhile for them to come to the desk. (This was a common occurance) We had such an odd room that was small. The heater only could be turned on or off..couldnt set a temperature. The phone didnt have a jack/cord so we had to go ask for one to use the phine. The room was tidied but didnt feel clean. Breakfast wasnt good either...essentially just a wagfle iron and a few pastry optoons. Felt pretty ripped off with how much we spent. Wouldnt go back.

There was supposed to be a free continental breakfast, according to the website. There was absolutely nothing. Except coffee. Another person that stayed even looked through some drawers and there was absolutely nothing in them except for coffee related items. We asked about it, and she acted like she did not know english. There was nobody else around. After we checked in our room, we looked out the window and actually watched a drug deal go down in the back parking lot. We were really impressed with that. And that is sarcasm. The next morning the toilet would not work and when we tried to tell somebody about it again, nobody spoke english. But the amazing thing was the night before they were all outside watering plants speaking English just fine. Apparently, this hotel is just for the regulars around town to make deals with. Not anybody that actually needs a room or thinks you're getting breakfast included. It won't happen again from us.

It is just ok! Zero breakfast like other America Best Values! Not enough towels, shampoo, conditioner or other things you expect. It is clean, but in desperate need of remodeling!

Room was very clean, It was 101 outside and Air conditioning was excellent in the room and lobby. Security cameras on property. Staff was great. Coffee in the lobby all the time. Easy access from freeway. Gas and restaurants close. Quite place.. Not alot of channels on TV, but enough.
