I never saw the shuttle bus, I made a reservation at 9 to use it and I called 10 minutes before to front desk to make sure mu reservation was ok and told the lady I was on my way, but they closed one elevator and nobody told me, sonI was downstairs 9:02 and the shuttle left without me. So it wasn’t fare and staff didn’t care.

It was brand new property, nice room and very clean. The only hiccup I had was trying to contact the hotel to schedule shuttle pick ip upon arrival in CDG, they never answered the phone . It was a bid disappointing. Other than that it was good , friendly staff and fast check in

The room was in good condition but: - it was very hard to find the entrance of the hotel & one had to carry heavy suitcases down stairs or a side path - there was no underground parking contrary to what it says on line - there was no restaurant on site contrary to what it says online. Had to order a Uber heat which arrived one hour later & cold - felt like one person was in charge of everything (desk, snacks, cleaning) - in short: overpriced, & over rated: do not go there to finish a nice trip

This hotel is very new and in close proximity to the Charles de Galle airport. The hotel is in new condition although the sink fawcett in the bathroom was not attached to the sink itself. Also, we were unable to get the air conditioning working. We phoned the reception 3 times that evening and no one ever addressed our concerns so we had a very uncomfortable sleep.

We stayed there as couple 4-5 Sept. The property is brand new, which is a good think for ease of use and cleanliness. However, there was no hot water in the bathroom and Furnitures were broken in the room. Furthermore, we were promised a reimbursement of 50% of the room price directly in our credit card by Enzo, the receptionist, as well as reimbursement for drinks at the bar. However, we were charged full at check out by the receptionist on duty who said he did not get any comment or instruction for reimbursement of room and drink. Sad for a hilton affiliated hotel. This is not the end of it.

The hotel charged my credit card for the city tax and meals without my confirmation, using it as a deposit they requested. There was no prior explanation or consent, which is unacceptable. In addition, the overall quality of the hotel was very poor. There was no smart TV, and it was impossible to connect my phone. A hair dryer was not available in the room and had to be requested separately. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, making it uncomfortable to use. Based on this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again when I return to Paris. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay here again.

Recently renovated hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff & nice breakfast. Beware there is a €6 charge for the shuttle bus. It’s located in a hotel compound area so limited activities.

Shuttle service to airport could be better - there is no shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and going the other way incurs an extra cost. Dinner was not memorable. Otherwise the hotel is very new and in great condition.

The room was spotless, big enough and there was hot water in the room. I was worried about the hot water since Ive read many people complaining about it but thankfully I had no problems with it. Breakfast is great with croissants, break, yogurt, all sorts of cheese and han and so many other good things, hot chocolate etc Staff really polite and kind! Love it very much!

The hotel staff was great. They were all very accommodating and kind. The hotel breakfast was delicious. They had a phenomenal spread and many drink options. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Paris.

空港近くに泊まる施設を探していたので良かったです。新しい施設なのか綺麗で清潔でした。朝食の種類が少なかったのは残念でしたが、味は美味しかったです。空港に行く為に予約したので、近くのお店はわかりません

The room was in good condition but: - it was very hard to find the entrance of the hotel & one had to carry heavy suitcases down stairs or a side path - there was no underground parking contrary to what it says on line - there was no restaurant on site contrary to what it says online. Had to order a Uber heat which arrived one hour later & cold - felt like one person was in charge of everything (desk, snacks, cleaning) - in short: overpriced, & over rated: do not go there to finish a nice trip

Det första rummet kunde inte stänga fönstret. Min kollega fick ett rum där elkontakterna inte fungerade. Strykjärnet hade rostat vatten i sig och förstörde min skjorta.

I fully paid my booking through hotels.com. I did receive confirmation and the payment receipt with the booking reference clearly saying 6/7 of October. When I showed up, the reservation in their system was for 12/13. I was asked to provide my evidences which were ignored. The only solution I received was to pay a new booking, which for the moment I found acceptable regardless the lack of empathy and careless attitude of the person at the front desk. I presented the reimbursement petition for the original booking both to the hotel and to the hotels.com platform. They rejected my claim with no explanations regardless of the evidences. They paid no attention to my booking confirmation and made no effort to clarify with the platform. They prioritized their busy job, actually were very relaxed, and showed no interest in helping. They literally stole my money. Terrible service, no empathy and no interest to solve client’s issue which clearly were caused by a communication problem between the partners and never to be transferred to the client. Horrible experience suffered at 8:00 pm, tired lonely. I felt abandoned by the supplier.
