My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Can Auli. We were able to fully recharge with their hospitality and attention to detail. From breakfast to poolside, we were treated like VIPs. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and a personal note. We will definitely consider returning next year to this beautiful hotel and town in Mallorca.

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful , location was great and breakfast excellent. The only negative is that the number of sun loungers is very limited given the number of rooms which isn’t ideal

Great ambience, very thoughtfully designed interior, staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the food in the restaurant, especially the octopus with potato and cabbage purée. I'd stay there again. Please be aware of some minor annoyances: - the pillows by the pool were not covered in case of rain, leaving them wet for the next 24 hours - the master switch concept in the room does not work at all, you need to have certain combinations of light switches at 3(!) locations in order to turn on the lights. - parking may be an issue, we did spend 10-15 minutes driving around the narrow streets to find parking, even in October. - Rooms are not super noise insulated, luckily this is not a party hotel or a family retreat with noisy people in the hallways

Service was old world amazing… Hotel is very walkable to all shops and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing. Nice pool and massage was excellent. Couple things to know: some of the rooms have STEEP stairs to get to the room and you have to take a taxi to the beach. If renting a car, try to rent a small one. Roads in town are quite narrow.

We had the most amazing stay here, it is truly luxury, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond at any time of day. We had a vehicle, and although there is no parking at hotel, we never struggled to find a parking spot nearby.

Das Can Auli ist ein kleines feines Stadthotel. Das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll und das gesamte Hotel sowie Innen als auch Außen in einem top Zustand. Regenfälle hatten die Auflagen der Liegen durchnässst, so dass man diese am nächsten trockenen Tag leider nicht nutzen konnte. Das wäre vielleicht ein Tipp, diese vor Nässe zu schützen. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges schönes Zimmer. Das Bad war in unserem Zimmer zu spärlich beleuchtet. Da wäre zumindest ein beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel von Vorteil. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

We enjoyed the pool daily and the team was very attentive, always ensuring we are well looked after. Beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Decoration and amenities top quality and the little touches like homemade sweet treats with turn down were a wonderful touch. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning (when the pool is a little warmer)

Can Aulí is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff and lovely warm interiors. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the small touches that were added to our stay. I would say it could improve on some aspects but perhaps this is because we stayed out of season. Overall we would stay again for a short stay.

Excellent hotel, clean, really excellent service. The staff is very attentive, a rich and indulgent breakfast. A quiet area and at the same time close to interesting sites with very good restaurants within walking distance.

Apparently management was not made aware of our Expedia VIP upgrade on the reservation, but they honored it anyway. The staff was terrific in every way helping with restaurant reservations, hikes, finding us a seamstress and generally being very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet and each night at turn down we were offered a delicious sweet. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

We loved the contemporary style of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and this applied to reception, waiting staff and housekeeping. The location was perfect, a few minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative would be that the menu was rather limited without much choice for dining in the evening which was a pity as we would have liked to have spent more evenings in the hotel. The food we did have in the hotel was of the best quality and delicious. The gift of sweets was a lovely touch. THANK YOU and Congratulations on an amazing hotel - a secret oasis.

We loved to stay at Pollença, great little town! The hotel was awesome and the staff is helpful in every way possible, they really go the extra mile. Rooms are very comfortable! The house is beautiful.

Please be aware of some minor annoyances: - the pillows by the pool were not covered in case of rain, leaving them wet for the next 24 hours - the master switch concept in the room does not work at all, you need to have certain combinations of light switches at 3(!) locations in order to turn on the lights. - parking may be an issue, we did spend 10-15 minutes driving around the narrow streets to find parking, even in October. - Rooms are not super noise insulated, luckily this is not a party hotel or a family retreat with noisy people in the hallways

Service was old world amazing… Hotel is very walkable to all shops and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing. Nice pool and massage was excellent. Couple things to know: some of the rooms have STEEP stairs to get to the room and you have to take a taxi to the beach. If renting a car, try to rent a small one. Roads in town are quite narrow.

Das Can Auli ist ein kleines feines Stadthotel. Das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll und das gesamte Hotel sowie Innen als auch Außen in einem top Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir kein gutes Wetter hatten, konnten wir leider den Pool nicht nutzen. The room itself was located close to reception so we heard every conversation as well as people’s coming and going. It was also located next to a staff room so we’re disturbed every time someone entered or left. Not much of a retreat! Being a gold member we have a guaranteed 2 hour late checkout which we were going to use visiting the local market. We were kicked out of the room early so had to miss it. Was uns im Zimmer Nr. 6 fehlte war ein Kleiderschrank. In der Ecke, wo das Sideboard steht, würde hervorragend ein Kleiderschrank passen. Das Sideboard mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine könnte dann unter dem Fernseher stehen. So haben wir alle unsere Kleidungen im Koffer gelassen, der dann offen im Zimmer lag. Kein schöner Anblick. Im Bad fehlt ein Handtuchhalter an der Wand, wo man 2 Handtücher hintereinander ausgebreitet zum Trocknen aufhängen kann.

We loved the contemporary style of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and this applied to reception, waiting staff and housekeeping. The location was perfect, a few minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative would be that the menu was rather limited without much choice for dining in the evening which was a pity as we would have liked to have spent more evenings in the hotel. Apparently management was not made aware of our Expedia VIP upgrade on the reservation, but they honored it anyway. The staff was terrific in every way helping with restaurant reservations, hikes, finding us a seamstress and generally being very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet and each night at turn down we were offered a delicious sweet. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

LOVED Can Auli. Stunning hotel in a charming little village. Truly a little oasis. Walking distance to the Sunday market and several local restaurants for dinner. Easily drivable to many other towns and local attractions so a great location if you want to check out that part of the island. The staff was very hospitable - Mateo at the front desk was great, alongside the rest of the staff we encountered. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing!!! 10/10 breakfast experience, love the open kitchen concept and everything was delicious. We definitely plan on coming back to Pollença and when we do we can't wait to stay at Can Auli again!

We had the most amazing stay here, it is truly luxury, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond at any time of day. We had a vehicle, and although there is no parking at hotel, we never struggled to find a parking spot nearby.

This was an amazing property and experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and homemade. We enjoyed the pool daily and the team was very attentive, always ensuring we are well looked after. The turndown service was always a nice surprise as to what local treat would be left at our beside. We can’t thank Haydn enough for his and his team’s hospitality during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and or any IT Mallorca property. We will be back!

We had the most wonderful week staying at Con Auli, and we were just blown away by the expert attention and service we received. For a small boutique hotel on the edge of old town Pollenca, it is a lovely little refuge from the bustle of town, but so perfectly placed to stroll in to experience all it has to offer. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the pool and communal areas small but so carefully manicured. The staff so wonderfully attentive and welcoming, genuinely interested in how they can help their guests have the best stay possible. From the first check in to the inevitable and heartbreaking check out, the team gave such a personal and varied level of guidance that enabled us to have the most special of holidays. And what can I say about the breakfasts. You will read other reviews that say that this has to be experienced to be believed. This is no exaggeration! Such amazing, fresh, local and varied produce. An open kitchen area where you can see the food being carefully prepared, and staff that will take delight in understanding all your individual preferences and requirements. Speaking with each of the team, they all bring such clear passion and delight in exceeding expectations. The only down side is that temptation will inevitably outstrip your ability to consume all you would wish to, and you are left planning what you will try the next morning. We will be returning, just don’t tell everyone about this hotel, as we want it to stay ours.
