Cozy apartment in Santiago del Teide 70 m² mountain view

First class apartment and in a great area

Spent Xmas & New Year here. The apartment is well appointed with a lovely view of Mt Teide & Los Gigantes. The apartment is close to a number of excellent restaurants, supermarkets & bus transport. Everything was very clean and, in the main, had everything we needed. There appears to have been an extension built on the apartment next door that has blocked the afternoon sun so a lazy day on the balcony is cut short. The plaza outside is a great place for kids, but since we are all retired, we found it disturbing, especially when they were throwing firecrackers! Still, at this time of year there was also concerts & other entertainment. The closest beach has no facilities, that we saw, and a steep path for access, but a short bus ride takes you to Playa La Arena, a super little beach with good facilities, restaurants nearby, and a lifeguard on duty. Puerto Santiago is a great little town, but is quite steep so anyone with walking difficulties may find it restrictive. All in all, we had a super holiday and recommend it. Catrina, our contact, was very helpful.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in einer Fussgängerzone. Ist komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer eins mit einem Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Tiefgarage ist für große Autos etwas eng. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig vielleicht 100 m entfernt, dort kann man alles kaufen was man benötigt. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

L'emplacement de cet appartement est unique car situé en plein cœur du quartier espagnol. C'est le seul endroit de Puerto de Santiago où la vie se déroule encore "à l'espagnole". L'appartement donne directement sur un square où familles et enfants se retrouvent. Pas de circulation automobile, un bar typique mais pas bruyant du tout. Grande terrasse avec vue dégagée sur le square et la montagne. Le supermarché Lidl est à 3 minutes à pied. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très lumineux . Propreté nickel.. Très bonne literie dans les deux grandes chambres, lits de 160 et 140 . Rien ne manque dans la cuisine. Silence absolu la nuit. La propriétaire Catrina parle un français parfait. Elle n'habite pas sur place mais est très réactive à toute demande. L'accueil et le suivi sont assurés avec chaleur et efficacité par Dolina, qui habite dans l'immeuble. (le grille pain a lâché, remplacé en 2h par un neuf). Le parking en sous-sol est un plus mais un arrêt de bus à 250m avec lignes fréquentes permettant de longer la côte jusqu'à Los Cristianos. A savoir : l'ascenseur s'arrête au 3e étage. Il faut encore monter un étage (3 volées faciles de 6 marches). Séjour du 27 janvier au 5 février 2024.
