We have stayed in several ‘luxury’ hotels in Tenerife over the years, all have been excellent. This hotel and villa resort is however on another level! We stayed in a one bedroom villa with private pool and I can honestly say it is the nicest place we have ever stayed in. The rooms were extremely clean, well maintained and spacious. The bathroom was huge with a ginormous bath as well as shower. We had a 4 poster bed which was so comfortable. The staff were also on another level. They were all welcoming, friendly and could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. They frequently called with fruit platters, drinks and ice. We had a welcome gift of champagne and fruit…..a lovely touch and we received gifts on our departure. There were extras in the wardrobes such as hats, beach bags etc. The bathroom toiletries were divine- Aqua Di Parma. Breakfast was vast and delicious, there was a main, large dining area and a smaller breakfast room, both were excellent. There are several swimming pools also shops and restaurants on site. The hotel and villa complex is massive, those with poor mobility may struggle, as it is hilly, however they do a ‘buggy’ service where you call for one and it comes immediately to take you wherever you want to go on the complex. It is well situated opposite the beach and there are shops and restaurants outside within walking distance. The hotel restaurants are varied and top notch. We will definitely return!

Our stay was amazing, from the staff, the food, the spa, and our villa. Great location, beach was close by and golf buggies ready if we were fleeing lazy to walk. Cannot wait to come back.

We have been multiple times and always have an amazing time! The villas are luxurious and well equipped, we love having the outdoor space and plunge pool. Room service and buggies around the resort are a lovely touch! Having so many al a carte restaurants is fabulous. We will be back for sure.
