Hôtel du groupe Marriott Bonvoy , très bonnes prestations , très moderne et original. Pas de salle de restauration mais de grandes tables de travail dans l'entrée, espace convivial. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Par contre pas de restaurant et peu d'option aux alentours. Attention la gare n'est pas loin, demander une chambre à l'opposé !

Had a great couple of days here. The reception bar with games is a real USP. Laura and Simon were brilliant and really went above and beyond for us. Great local knowledge. Rooms are comfortable, clean and while basic, had all we needed. I liked the touch of a general waste and recycling bin in the room, not something I've seen often in hotels but would like to see more of.

Excelentes instalaciones, en el Lobby tiene juegos de mesa, nintendo, futbolín por lo que es perfecto si se va con niños. Muy lindo, moderno. No es tan cerca del centro son 15 minutos en tren o 25 en tran. Cuando fuimos en verano había una feria de cómoda en frente de hizo aún mejor la experiencia.

The Hotel is a hipster theme with very few functional amenities. No Closet or anyware to store clothes. There are a few hangers that attach to some metal caging. No refrigerator or microwave or anything to make hot water for tea or coffee. Parking is expensive. The place is all about the hip vibe with cool little sayings on the wall. Was so elated to stay at a better hotel after leaving that place. The only plus is the beds were top quality. They attributed the no amenities to being a 3 star. Hotel cost more than the hotel I stayed at i. geneva that had a kitchen and washer dryer. Very disappointed that this was a Marriot Property...expected way more. This place is a hard pass if you have a car and don't need to be near the train station.

War mit meiner Tochter dort. Das Hotel ist echt toll. Nettes Personal und das Entrée ist spannend und interessant. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und sauber. Ob die Better bequem sind oder dss Frühstück fein ist,kann ich nicht beurteilen. Haben nach der Absage vom Linkin Park Konzert gleich wieder ausgecheckt und sind nach Hause gefahren. Werden dieses Hotel aber in Erinnerung behalten und sicher wieder buchen.

The stay was excellent - this was my second visit to Moxy in Bern and it didn’t disappoint. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The reception area is excellent and rooms are well-laid out and spotlessly clean. Bern is a favourite destination of mine and I’ll continue to come back, using Moxy as my base.

Nice property ! While my family was visiting Switzerland we got stuck out later than expected and didn't want to ride back to our rental overnight because it was getting late with our 2 kids and we needed a place to stay closer to the areas we wanted to visit the next day vs riding back to our Airbnb for over 2 hours and then turning around and coming straight back to the general area. Moxy was nicely located, within walking distance to the train station and away from the main center of Bern, which can feel very congested. The only complaint was that the drains in the bathroom had a strange odor but the hotel was very modern and kept up with.

We enjoyed the hotel. The only thing that keeps it from being rated a 5 was the room temperature. It was too warm. The staff brought us an old fan which helped, but it was warm.

They wanted a deposit and accepted only cards, not cash... I almost ended up spending the night on the street despite having paid in full in advance. Not written anywhere in the reservation terms. Totally unacceptable policy and totally lack of empathy from the reception that challenged me to call the Police, completely indifferent to the HUGE problem they were causing, since I just had cash and not my credit card with me. Interestingly, I also did read a lot of reviews of Google with people complaining that their deposit was not given back, so this behavior starts to make sense... Nevermore!

The location of the property is great. Your are within walking distance to the train or bus station. The staff were great and friendly. Shoutout to Andrea as she was awesome. Note to management. On a sold out hotel, you can’t put only 2 people between 4-10pm, specially between Thursday- Sunday to check in and serve the bar. Most of the time both staff members were helping guest check in and no one was managing the bar.

Manque d’investissement du personnel. Grand sourire à l’arrivée mais ne comptez pas sur eux en cas de questions ou problème. L’hôtel est bien mais le Staff est entièrement à refaire.

Good area, very close to the train station. However, it is approximately a 20-minute ride to the old town, so please note this. The room was clean, very similar to the Premier Inns located in the UK. You check in downstairs at the bar, and the bartenders are the people who do it, which was new for me, but the check-in process was your typical one and went smoothly.

Air conditioning was inadequate. 100 yds from train was great. No restaurants near. Facility was very nice. Wi-Fi not secure enough.

I’ve been several times to this Hotel. It’s still very clean and reasonable in price (for Swiss Standards). It’s convenient near a train station and near the highway. And you get a Free Bern Public transportation Pass for the time of your stay. The train is 5 minutes to the city centre of Bern. I’m always happy to stay here.

Lovely stay in a quirky hotel. Everything was great except I found the bed really hard and uncomfortable. Standard continental breakfast with quality items. We got a free pass to use public transport and found the tram the easiest form of transport into Bern City. The trams were so regular we didn’t have to wait for one.

Hôtel du groupe Marriott Bonvoy , très bonnes prestations , très moderne et original. Pas de salle de restauration mais de grandes tables de travail dans l'entrée, espace convivial. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Par contre pas de restaurant et peu d'option aux alentours. Attention la gare n'est pas loin, demander une chambre à l'opposé !

Great location with unique design. Enjoyed the food selection. Amazingly polite staff. Had some complementary drinks which was very nice of them! Clean rooms, easy to park. Recommend the place to all type of parties

Limited staff on site but very friendly and relax environment. Breakfast was a bit expensive considering that there is a Supermarket next door.

Excelentes instalaciones, en el Lobby tiene juegos de mesa, nintendo, futbolín por lo que es perfecto si se va con niños. Muy lindo, moderno. No es tan cerca del centro son 15 minutos en tren o 25 en tran. Cuando fuimos en verano había una feria de cómoda en frente de hizo aún mejor la experiencia.

The Moxy Bern was full of promise but there were too many errors that made the trip problematic. I am a patient traveller rolling with the punches so for me to complain it is strange. 1. When I checked in ghey hadn’t put us in a family room. No biggie. They gave a second room for my daughter for the first night. It meant that we had to unpack, pack, leave our luggage in a luggage room and then move rooms after a day of activity. They gave us breakfast vouchers which was nice. 2. We checked in to a family room the next day and the air conditioning wasn’t working. We asked for support but they couldn’t fix it. We toughed it out on the job promise they’d fix it. We left for the day, came back and… still broken. The room was a sweltering 25+ degrees. Maybe more importantly, no one called to apologize, offer another room, or explain the problem. I let them know on my way out but there was no concession or offer to comp one night. In the end, disappointing. The staff was kind but they should have more autonomy to deal with these kinds of issues.
