Très bon hôtel, personnel sympathique ( avec un grand merci à Ana au bar pour sa compagnie). on a bien profité du jacuzzi-piscine ou du spa ( réservations simple et disponible). très bon petit déjéuner.

Very nice hotel with welcoming and helpful personnel. I got an upgrade from my economy room to a larger room with balcony and a superb view of the mountains. The bed was confortable, the breakfast is tasty and has all you need to charge for an active ski day. The spa is relaxing and has a nice mountain view. There is a free shuttle bus for the slopes available until 17:30, gets you to the Signal(Arnouva cabin). I even got a late check out in the afternoon so I could enjoy a last run the same day I left and got a lift to the funicular station. Perfect stay, only too short. I would definitely come back.

Trotz VIP Status bei Hotels.com haben wir kein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten da wir zwei getrennte Betten wollten und davon ausgingen, dass wir aufgrund des Status ein Upgrade erhalten. Wir mussten für ein Upgrade auf Superior zahlen. Gemäss Hotel sind sie nicht verpflichtet ein kostenloses Upgrade zu gewähren wenn nur ein Zimmer in der höheren Kategorie verfügbar ist.
