Emma's B&B LUNGERN - Self Check-in Hotel

Den bästa med hotellet är att det är nära tågstation. Väldigt ren och finns mycket att välja till frukosten. Personalen är super trevliga. Tråkigt att Rummet är lite trångt och det hörs när andra stänger dörren och pratar. Annars är vi nöjda med hotellet.

Plus de 200 CHF ça fait un peu cher pour un check in auprès d'une borne et peu de personnel. Hotel propre, chambre propre, petit déjeuner également très correct, mais pour le même prix nous aurions pu avoir un équivalent avec de meilleurs services, donc attention à ne pas payer trop cher non plus même si l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner sont très corrects.

We enjoyed so much our stay in this hotel everything was perfect. The self check in is very easy to do. The room was perfect so clean. The breakfast was the best of our vacation so good everything was perfect very good coffe, nothing was missing and Ruth was wonderfull always happy and smiling every morning. The decoration of the place is amazing plus they sell some of it. The owner was always present and very nice. What a nice touch at the end of our stay they gave us chocolate. If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is it. The train station is just in front.

A l'arrivée il n'y a pas de réception, j'ai mis longtemps à comprendre, comme c'est tout écrit en allemand et anglais, pas facile pour moi. En plus pas de réseau donc impossible d'appeler le numéro. C'est le seul petit point noir pour moi. Sinon super chambre. Très propre et super lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner très bien. Bon séjour. Mais faudrait améliorer l'entrée avec des explications en français. Ça serait vraiment bien. Merci.

Good location, just few steps from the train station and near restaurants and shops in the area. The room was spacious, spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. I especially enjoyed the concept of self check in and the self service stalls on every level. I recommend the hotel, would go back any time.
