Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport

The kitchen/ bar stuff was very friendly, some of the front desk people were too. The shower paint was chipping but the room was fine overall. Appreciated the Security for the cars

Everything was great EXCEPT the shuttle service to and from the airport. We ended up getting a shuttle from the airport by another hotel's shuttle, and the next morning, the 7:30 shuttle never showed up. Not wanting to take a chance, we ended up taking an Uber to get to the airport. They've got to get this right. What was worse was that the hotel attendant stated they had no way of contacting the shuttle driver. Poor service, in my opinion.

We loved the hotel. Sad it didn’t have a pool. The staff was not the best. I get attitude from the staff when I asked for towels. Also the phone in the room was broken. I said something Scott the day I checked in and no one did anything about my entire stay

This property was interesting my key card to the room didn’t work 3 times. So inconvenient that I had to ask for them to be reprogrammed. On the day of check out I was bothered twice by housekeeping and they woke me up while I wasn’t even checked out yet like I was confused how they didn’t know I was still there as check out is at 12pm. The gym was barely functional like the one machine you’d actually want to use was not working. I wish I chose another place cause I love ATL but hated this hotel

Stayed here to be close to airport and there is a a shuttle provided running every hour. It’s an older hotel but remodeled. No pool currently, does have some bar food options at PM along with a bar. Was a good choice.

not the best went down and asked for a cup of coffee this morning said they didn’t have any. I didn’t see no breakfast. Also I was told there was $18 charge to park my car there when I questioned them about it. They said they were gonna waive it, which they did. I don’t know it’s just a misleading.

The hotel rooms and hallways were dirty. The bathroom had pee on the toilet and floor, and linen had makeup stains and hair all over it.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very neat and clean, the appliances were up to date, and everything was very polished. The only critique I have is that the front desk staff didn't answer the phone. When I passed the desk, they weren't on the phone, but when I called from the room, the line was always busy. Besides that, everything else was fine.

The hotel needs a thorough cleaning. Black mold in the bathroom. Very noticeable and can’t be missed.

The floor in the room was disgusting. My feet were sticky after just a few minutes. Decided I was better off leaving my shoes on. They try to be 4 stars with their santal smell that they have throughout the hotel but they definitely need to clean better. There was a red stain on the carpet in our room. Not sure if it was someone’s drink, someone died there or what.

Clean and spacious rooms with soft, clean beds and pillows. Friendly, professional staff and a bar in the lobby made my stay enjoyable!

Rooms were tidy, but floors and bathroom were unclean. Shower floor enamel was chipped and exposed. Would avoid if possible; felt like they changed the bed sheets and called it there.

Really nice airport hotel. I was able to do a quick refresh, nap, and grab a glass of wine. Check in and check out was easy and convenient and the shuttle was quick and on time. Everything you could want out of an airport hotel really. The WiFi didn’t work though but I was too tired to care.

I didn’t like that the room had very poor lighting. Plus the little lights they did have in the room didn’t work. Which they barely put out any light. Only one elevator that barely worked as well and it was very busy so you had to wait awhile. Pillows very small not even queen size. The room was clean though.

Older property that could use upgrades. The king bed we had sagged so much it was like sleeping in a hammock not a bed.

Very loud hotel. Obviously being next to the airport you have planes until 1am and maybe it just happened to be a busy night there but you could hear people ALL night long. Which was a struggle since we had a 530am flight.

The WiFi absolutely sucks. It did not work at all. It is next to the airport so it was super noisy. They charged my card a “deposit” the morning of and said my reservation would be canceled. I personally have NEVER heard of a hotel charging you the deposit BEFORE you get there to pay. And to say that it will be canceled the day of if the deposit was not paid was crazy.

The hotel overall was ok but the parking was scarce and the lighting in the room was awful! I guess the price and location convenience was enough to cover up that.

Hotel location and shuttle to airport were convenient. Hotel itself was just ok. Seems a little run down and outdated. Rooms were large with standard items. Walls were thin and airplane noise was very loud.

The property and room was nice, the bed was unusually low to the floor. Otherwise no complaints.

Staff was nice but not trained. I was checked into a standard room but confirmed an accessible one. After 3 more tries, they were finally able to get me into the correct room, although still not with some of the expected features according to the room description Restaurant area was dirty at 950pm. They closed over an hour early so we couldn’t dine.

Staff was amazing

I was informed after coming back to an undone room after a long day that I had to request to have my room done. They never told me that at check-in. I thought we were done with that nonsense since COVID. The TV and Internet did not work until the night before my departure. Trash was left in the hallways. Showers had no place to hold your soap. Just all bare walls in the shower.

The line for check in (at12:00am) was long. I didn’t get to my room until 1:30am.

The woman at the front desk didn't have a clue. She charged me twice. My husband had already paid for my room through Hotels.com and I didn't know that. When I checked in, she charged me again. Now we have to get that worked out. The same woman gave me totally wrong directions and information about how to catch the hotel shuttle from the airport. I called her 3 times because I couldn't find the shuttles and she kept telling me the same thing. I finally gave up and went back into the airport and FINALLY was able to get to the shuttles. But due to her incompetence I missed two shuttles that made my day much longer. The hotel itself was fine but the breakfast was terrible for the money. I would think twice about staying there again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. From the start, it was frustrating. Upon arriving at the airport, I had to call the hotel three times just to get proper instructions for the shuttle bus. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly, giving vague directions that left me wandering for almost an hour trying to locate the shuttle. When I finally arrived, the room they gave me had a non-working phone and bathtub. It took multiple calls and over an hour of waiting before they moved me to a different room. The manager on duty, Akanksha, was particularly unprofessional. As a VIP member on Expedia, I was told I’d receive a free breakfast, which she promised but never followed through on. I had to escalate the issue to a different manager the next day to get it resolved. No communication, no accountability. Service at the bar was equally poor—slow, disinterested staff who act like they’re doing you a favor by serving you. On top of that, the bed wasn’t very clean, and the sink in the second room barely drained. This is clearly not a true Radisson-standard hotel. It appears to be privately owned and poorly managed. Overall, I had a terrible stay and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Also wifi was not working.

The check in staff were some of the more unfriendly staff members I’ve encountered. I know hospitality is a hard line of work so I come in & try be as pleasant as possible. Usually it’s returned to me. This was completely different. The gentleman checking us in was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve dealt with. When we asked about the pool later he was rude. There was no pool but we thought there had been. There were even signs that had pool covered with folded paper & tape as if there had been. When we tried to eat our dinner in the lobby area, a gentleman behind the bar watched us set up all of our food for us & the kids, then we walked over as we started to eat, to tell us that we couldn’t eat there unless it was hotel food & we needed go to another area two tables over. He wasn’t apologetic or empathetic. He was flat & rude. We made a mistake but he acted as if we were inconveniencing him and all of his non-business going on at the bar or lobby area. The room was nice & spacious… that’s the good thing. The staff even on check out seemed as if they hated their jobs by rolling their heads around while people walked out. Definitely only worth the room & nothing else.

I won’t stay here again. I booked a 2 person room and when I gave the staff the name of the person to give access to the room they refused to let my guest in the room and they arrived at the hotel after check in and 5 hours before me. The manager made an excuse and after telling me there was only one staff on duty that I spoke to he then told me that it wasn’t his fault that his staff gave me mis information!! It was really horrible customer service and the way I was spoken too did not feel good either. If I could have switched hotels I would have!!

We enjoyed our stay here at the Radisson. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Want to send an excellent and outstanding thank you to shuttle drivers Janice and Tawana. They made the trip awesome. Will recommend the hotel to everyone.

The neighborhood seems unsafe but the property is guarded. There's a motel next door and people were arguing and talking about physically fighting.

Great property overall. Good food, decent bar, friendly staff. The area is janky and the roads are awful to get there. But I will be staying again likely.

No. Desk per call the day before flight gave me a phone number to call to get the shuttle once I arrive at the airport. This is standard procedure for some hotels. The telephone number had an odd area code so I was dubious. I took a cab which cost me $25. When I arrived at the hotel, they said it comes automatically every hour on the half to the airport. Wasted $25. List a restaurant, but the restaurant is a snack bar and in this case the grill didn’t work so food was extremely limited personnel was good room was fine.

Airport Shuttle staff phenomenal! Hotel Staff also phenomenal! Food was very good.

The airport shuttle was easy to gind and the drivers were friendly. I did not have breakfast. It would have been nice if they had some complementary coffee.

Terrible service in the bar. Food was served on disposable plates. Fruit flies everywhere. The bartender went outside to smoke by the open door so the smoke came in. He didn’t wash his hands when he returned. 30 minutes to get chicken strips and fries. The “bros”, including one on a chef coat all hung out at the bar. No ask for a 2nd drink, if I needed anything. Both coming in and wanting to pay my tab to leave I had to wait at the bar where there was zero staff present. Probably the 1st time I have only topped 10% on a long time. Room was clean but overall the property is aged. Many signs and notices through the property were updated with scotch tape. Not Radisson standards at this property.

They said “breakfast available” and it was, for a high price. Even though the thermostat was set at 72, room was freezing! There was no room card scan at the rear exit, just a broken cinder block!

Bar was great for a late flight after a cancellation, but the convenience store was so overpriced... 10 dollars for a bottle of water.... we also waited for an hour for pickup from the airport....but after 3 calls he showed up... There is nothing close as far as a convenience store or food other than the in house rest. Within walking distance. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms clean.

Very limited food menu, food was served on plastic plates with plastic utensils, everyone was commenting on that!

It’s been a while since I stayed at a Radisson, but the quality has certainly gone down. The food was served on plastic plates and knives and forks. Very low quality.
