The room was great, the beds were comfortable, and cleanliness gets an A+ The front desk personnel fell short of friendliness. Paying $10/day plus $1.50 surcharge for parking is ludicrous, especially since surrounding hotels did not charge for parking. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.

Did NOT like or appreciate paying for hotel parking. Especially without being informed prior to booking.

We had a short stay for a tournament. Unfortunately the pool was not open

My stay was great! The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that I drive an electric vehicle and I needed to charge it at night. When I arrive every night, there was a regular vehicle parked on the only spot with the electric charger. There is no “EV Vehicle only” sign so anybody can park at that spot and I was not able to charge my car!

Parking is not free which is odd for the area. I would have booked a different property if I had know there was a parking charge. Nice new property. Lots of options in the area. Good stay

I was VERY pleased with my stay! My family and I are in transition of residency and stayed for 5 days. The property was always clean. The staff was always happy, friendly and available to answer any questions. My son is special needs and is very particular and he loved the on site fitness center. The other guests were friendly and seemed happy as well. We may stop by just for fun as it was also very affordable!

Housekeeping came in to do service and took our towels whichbwere on hooks to indicate we didnt need them replaced but then didnt give us new towels. Took the bath matt and didnt replace. Shower gel dispenser was empty. Conditioner was empty and replacement was merely put in the shower. Kitchen was never services and replenished. Couch smelled like someone had incontinence on it and there was a pair of someone else's underwear left in one of the dresser drawers. Housekeeping also didnt bring us any toilet paper. I had to go down to the lobby to get facecloths, toilet paper, and more coffee pods. But Anth8ny at the front desk the night we checked in was amazing and super welcoming.

The sheets were dirty, I had to go down and pick up sheets to make up the bed!!

The property is in a nice location. The shower in it and there was hair on the floor. It didn't look like it had been swept or mopped.

I am very disappointed with my stay. During an entire week at this hotel, my room was only cleaned twice, even though I paid a high price expecting daily service. The very first time housekeeping finally cleaned our room, they left our door wide open after servicing it. We left around 9–10 AM and came back at 10 PM to find our room unlocked and open all day. This is completely unacceptable and a serious safety issue. Anyone could have entered our room or taken our belongings. For most of the week, there was no housekeeping at all. Towels piled up, the trash overflowed, and the room became unsanitary. It was disgusting to be forced to live like that in a place we paid good money for. When we spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing, we were told that if housekeeping knocks early in the morning around 8:30 AM and you ask them to come back later, they simply won’t clean your room at all. That is not reasonable or professional service. Between the lack of cleaning, the safety risk of leaving our door open, and the poor management response, this was a terrible experience. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The property looks pretty new and as for an appearance wise it looked very modern and up to date. But our experience could've been a lot better. When we first checked in, someone had left old food in our refrigerator. When I called the front desk about it, he says there's nothing he can do about it right now and that they will send someone up the next morning to get it. I was surprised he couldn't come up himself to get it out as the cleaners had forgot to check the fridge before next guests arrived. The room floors were sticky like no one mopped it after the last guests. the showers had stains and soap scums that needed to be cleaned. The room would've been very nice if someone wouldve just kept it clean properly. The other room I got for my mom smelled very bad from prior pets. I paid way too much money for this weekend stay and it was definitely not worth and disappointed. I would not being staying here again if I had other options, the place had potential, its just poorly ran.

The sheets were not clean, and it smelled with previous guest sweat. There were hair on the bed, stains on the duvets. All the sheets were all dirty and smelly. But the room and bathroom room were clean.

I stayed for 3 days and have no complaints. Staff was friendly, room was spotless and breakfast was acceptable. It will be our go to spot for future visits!

Property was pretty clean, except for my shower seemed like itbwas rush cleaned

The property smells like Funyuns. My room had dust on the bed and sunflower seeds on the telephone and beside the dresser. The room smelled like Funyuns too. Dishes in the drawer were not cleaned. Property didn’t have extra face towels so they gave me hand towels for my family to use, I loved that for us! Not worth the money I spent and didn’t meet my expectations as a Hilton member.

I really loved the size of the room. It was clean for a hotel, probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for at least a year, and thankfully there was no mold growing anywhere alike it almost every other hotel I've been at. Beds were super comfy and there was lots of storage. The female front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The only downside is that the room was so damp that neither the heat nor the air conditioner could dry it out and my sheets were literally wet every morning. I tried to hand wash a shirt in the sink and hang it to dry and 3 days later it was still soaking wet. Also housekeeping started banging on my door despite the do not disturb knocker, at 9:30 in the morning on the day of checkout when checkout wasn't till 11:00. I called out to them and told them that checkout was not till 11:00 and there's do not disturb marker on my door and that they should not be banging on my door, and they gave me attitude over it. They waited about 20 minutes before coming back and banging on the door again as if I suddenly was going to have evaporated. So the housekeeping staff really needs to learn to follow the rules of housekeeping and not disrupt somebody when they have a do not disturb marker on the door.

Very capacious rooms.

room 230 is located near the laundry room where you can hear loud noises all day and night. very difficult to rest. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. I really didnt have the energy to complain especially since everything and everyone else were so pleasant.

The hotel is clean. My room, however, smelled so strongly of some kind of room freshener (Febreze maybe?) that it disrupted my sleep the first night. I’m not sure if there was a smell they were trying to cover up, or if that’s just how they clean the rooms. On our second night there was a loud birthday party in a couple rooms and the second floor hallway. My daughter was cat called by some of the party guests while she walked to her room, and there were party guests knocking on room doors while they partied in the hallway. This went on until 2:00am. Only after 3 complaints to the front desk did the noise finally stop. The party noise should have been cut off at 10:00, and cat calling other guests in a common area should not have been tolerated by hotel staff. This group should have been kicked out after the first warning went unheeded.

Overall, a very nice property and especially for the price. Loved the especially large room with tons of storage to keep our stuff up and off the floor and organized. Also enjoyed the outside green spaces so the kids could play and kick around a soccer ball. The two biggest drawbacks, though were very weak Internet service and a very weak breakfast. We had to use our own hotspot, even though we were connected to the hotel Wi-Fi To get a strong enough signal to use our three devices. And aside from the nice waffle maker and some cereal there was a very little offered for breakfast. The eggs and egg sandwiches were from a freezer. Not being big breakfast eaters we didn’t care much.

Clean, decent sized room, good breakfast, mall and restaurants nearby (Pepes Mexican is good bet), friendly staff, outdoor pool, no hot tub (not advertised), plenty of parking, nice place for the money, I'll be back.

Room was clean and spacious. Big window for natural light with great blackout blinds. Beds were very comfortable. Heat/Ac very easy to use and worked well. The kitchen area was clean and very convenient, and the fridge and freezer stayed cold. Nice bathroom with very hot shower. Free wifi was good and parking was easy. Very quiet throughout our stay. Great price for a suite. Extremely convenient location, very little traffic and road noise, and close to multiple food stops and a cvs in case you forget anything for your trip. Ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. Found my Go-To hotel for any future trips to duluth.

The property was in great condition and you could tell that the workers take pride in their work because it showed inside and outside. Special shout-out to all the employees that worked there you guys were wonderful.

I arrived late for my reservation, called the property and message the property, and was confirmed that it would be no problem my reservation was still valid. Upon arrival they told me my reservation was canceled and my room was no longer available. They then charged me for another two nights stay and told me they would refund the reservation that they wrongfully canceled since I had communicated multiple times about keeping the reservation. Once I checked into the room they had given me and charged me for a second time, the room was filthy. Trash was left everywhere (including the desk chair) soap and toilet paper were missing, there were still dishes in the dishwasher that were dirty and the ice bucket had water in it. Sheets were not clean either. At 3:00 a.m. on the first night I guess was playing music so loudly in their hotel that multiple rooms were disturbed and when I called the front desk they were put out that they had to even deal with it. The front desk staff was rude and asked me why I was letting them know as if it wasn't their job to go shut music off and let people sleep at 3:00 in the morning. I Wrapped my stay up, got home, and waited for the refund, only to be contacted by the hotel to be told they were not going to refund me for the four nights stay that they canceled against my wishes, and that I hadn't contacted them so I was a no-show. Obviously I have screenshot proof that I did contact them, more than once. This hotel is a bunch of scammers.

I liked the hotel. It was clean and most staff was very helpful and good to my family and I. They catered to our needs. Especially Anthony that was at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday. There was another young lady that was there Friday evening and Sunday evening. She was also very helpful. There were two things I didn’t like. One was my fault for not researching that the hotel is pet friendly and I’m allergic to dogs. I had a little reaction on Thursday and Friday night. I took meds and was fine afterwards. The other was the gentleman that worked the front desk. On Thursday afternoon when we arrived. He was very rude. When my cousin was explaining that her reservation might be under her maiden name and not her married name he refused to check and rudely tried to dismiss her. Another women came from the back and resolved the issue right away. When I went to ask if my room was ready he said rudely he don’t know and took the next person S if I was nobody. Outside of that, everything was wonderful!

Customer service was on point and I see why they are always booked. I love the fact that you can text the front desk for anything you need. The breakfast was always on point. Thank you Tanisha for providing us with outstanding customer service, we felt at home.

We stayed for a soccer tournament. Staff were great. We had to leave extra early for one game and they opened breakfast up a little early so we could grab something before leaving.

The hotel system prematurely checked me out of my room a day prior to my actual scheduled checkout. After they refused to allow me access to the room(my belongings were still in there) and a 30 minute wait while they figured out what was wrong with their system and giving a choice to wait in the lobby or a different room(not the room I paid for and still had my belongings in it) I decided it was best just to leave this hotel. If I were asked to stay at this hotel again, the answer is an emphatic NO.

The front desk staff was rude, mean and aggressive saying "I\'m already retired, i don\'t have to work." He got angry when i requested a room further away from the high way side. The worst hotel employee i ever encountered

Roopi, front desk attendant, was really nice and friendly. She was training a new hire who was also very nice. After our check out Roopi went over and beyond when she took the time to let me know there was a pair of earrings left in our room. I appreciate her letting me know. I’ve left things behind in hotels before and no one ever bothered to let me know. When I’ve called about something I’ve always been told nothing was found which I know there had to have been. Also, very appreciative of the honesty of the crew/person who cleaned the room and was honest about the find. Very nice, clean, spacious room. Very comfortable. Will stay there again when/if I’m back in that area.

Perfect for our overnight stay. Close to the highway, before the traffic starts

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located near Sugarloaf Mills and the 85. The area is quiet and the hotel was very easy to find.

I loved the location.

It was a lovely, clean, and safe area. It is near Gas South Arena and walking distance to the mall, multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and close to I-85 interstate but in an area where you do not hear traffic noise.

Room was good. Location is great located near a mall and restaurants.

Stayed for a concert at Gas South and was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of this location. I will definitely be back for future events and will consider this chain when staying in other cities.

There were so many options for dining and shopping really close by.

Convinient area

This place was incredible! Was right by a mall in a really nice area. Place was clean, staff very nice. The bed was so comfortable including the bedding and pillows. I loved the room we stayed in, had a nice view. I loved how quiet it was as well. Breakfast was good too! Made our trip more enjoyable knowing we had a safe place to come back to after being out all day. Would love to stay there again❤️

We were here for one night. Close proximity to where we had to be. Nice area. Hotel was great and convenient.

Breakfast was great but had it’s moments where you had to wait for items to Be restocked. Nonetheless, the moment you mentioned it they were friendly and quick to provide service. Rooms have a great size. I love that they have a full size fridge in room! Perfect for when traveling with kids. They have some fresh chocolate cookies set up in the evening. A great area to eat in the lobby

The room was wonderful, and as per the description. Breakfast options as expected. No restaurant on site. No tv guide options. No lical indormatiin flyers.

It was Good to be in a nice and clean hotel the bed was on point and the breakfast was. Good for what I was able to get the breakfast area was so packed that we had to wait for lady to put the breakfast sandwiches out. My husband had to wait for the waffle batter because it was empty when he got there and he had to ask them did they have anymore? Overall our stay was Good.

It’s a nice, clean, newer hotel. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly. I stayed there multiple times. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. It’s messy, nor enough staff present to help with guests needs, they run out of food too quickly, and it’s not an easy corner of the room to move around without everyone being in the way.
