The staff who checked us in and out were very friendly and professional. The hotel itself was very clean, especially the rooms and hallways, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast area could have been much better maintained and organized. I understand there were a lot of children there at the time, which likely contributed to some of the mess, but the overall setup was confusing and inefficient. Items were spread out in different areas, requiring guests to move back and forth to find what they needed. We also experienced a long delay when asking staff for butter. It took more than 20 minutes to receive it, while other items were restocked first. By the time we finally got it, our children’s oatmeal was already cold. A more organized breakfast layout and quicker response to guest requests would greatly improve the experience.

I did not have a chance to try breakfast, everthing else was awesome!! I have no complaints everyone was professional and assisted with any and all questions asked.
