The property is very clean and is located within walking distance of a lot things to do on Clearwater.

We had an amazing week in this beautiful condo! Our expectations were exceeded in every way! The view of the Bay was amazing and we got to see dolphins almost every day. Everything was clean and stocked! We would definitely stay here again!

The decor was very beachy snd nice BUT the main door was missing most of its weather stripping so there were large gaps where the door did not seal. The lock was very sketchy & I hated my daughters sleeping in the bedrooms near that entrance. The door also had a dent/gouge that looked like someone tried to pry it open. The sliding glass doors to the balcony did not lock easily & required a lot of force & time figuring out the exact spot that would allow it to lock. The window in one bedroom did not close completely so safety-again. The beds were horribly uncomfortable & the pillows just as bad. They also did not have dust covers over them (under the normal pillowcases) which meant the previous guests’ sweat was now on your head. Some had yellow/orange stains (gross!). The couch pillows were supposed to be turquoise but were grayed from dirt/sweat/use-obviously not washed. There was a used k-cup in the Kuerig. There was a large amount of Cheerios under the couch. Obviously no cleaning there. The “bathmats” were dirty looking which made me think they were not washed between guests. The grossest thing happened the morning we checked out. The master bath sinks are old and have a lot of yellowish buildup around the fixtures but I tried pretending it was old glue but as I’m rinsing my mouth after brushing my teeth, a HUGE chunk of black slime fell from the faucet (where the water came out). Absolutely horrifying. I do NOT recommend this unit or this building.

We had such a wonderful stay in Clearwater! The place was absolutely beautiful and everything was spotless and well taken care of. The host was amazing and responded to every question incredibly quickly, which made the whole experience even better.One of our favorite parts was the deck — such a relaxing spot to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. The location was perfect too: just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making everything super convenient.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Clearwater!

Beautiful spot! Clean, great view, perfect location, and would stay here again! One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the listing was they had some beach stuff accessible (umbrella, beach chairs, wagon that made our days at the beach way easier and enjoyable!!!
