A quiet neighborhood very peaceful.

Location not great, but no problems with the house

I want to start out saying overall the kids loved the pool and ping pong table, we used them everyday. The outdoor TV area was a big hit as well! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evening, it was very quiet and peaceful.However, I do want to call out a few issues that makes us hesitant to book again, we communicated all of this to the property manager prior too. We booked the place based on cleanliness reviews and amenities. When we arrived we walked into a big ant issue that ultimately required pest control to handle. The property manager was responsive and in a couple of days it was starting to get under control. We reported a few things they could address so hopefully future guests won't have to deal with that problem. At the time we stayed in mid February, the outdoor fireplace did not work and the pool table was unplayable. While the ant problem did not make for a relaxing vacation inside the house, the weather was beautiful so we could utilize the outdoor area which was very fun for the kids!

We made it into town a little bit earlier than our scheduled time and were able to communicate with our host and she accomodated us checkong in earlywith no issues! Great house and the kids adored the pool, space, and all the lizards! Would recommend for a Cape Coral visit+
