This hotel is in a great location. It was easy to take the tram from Zurich HB Station and around the city, and walking distance to Old Town. There’s a supermarket across the road. It was a well appointed apartment. I liked having a little kitchenette and coffee machine. The air con has a hose through the window, so you can’t close the window completely which lets some noise in. But it’s great to have the air con unit.

Decent apartment in a very convenient area next to tram stops and a supermarket. Room was a bit cramped with very little space for clothes and not a lot of floor space to store suitcases. Kitchen facilities were reasonable although only had a hob and microwave for cooking. Decent fridge with freezer box. Air con unit in room too. Ok for our requirements but not great if you wanted to dine in a lot. Very comfy bed and spacious bathroom with a good shower. Ironing facilities available in a store cupboard and also extra sundries like bin bags etc. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Near a church clock which chimed regularly. Earplugs provided if needed but didn’t find it a problem. Nice choice if looking for an apartment rather than a hotel.

Really nice looking loft. Check in was super smooth. Unfortunately we got in late. The reservation was for 4 adults. We were given 2 towels. The next day the cleaning lady was just not happy to talk to us about the towels. And the top floor got super hot around 30-34 Celsius just being heat up all day and the AC unit was only down stairs that had an extremely hot output that we needed to point out a window.
