Highly Disappointing – Not as Advertised Don’t be fooled by the brand name; this property does not reflect the standards associated with the name. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find the rooms were cramped and nothing like the photos displayed online. To make matters worse, the bathroom had an unbearable, foul odor. We attempted to resolve this with Expedia immediately after check-in, but because we had technically checked in, they were unwilling to assist with a cancellation. We left after only 20 minutes because the conditions were intolerable. Save your time and do not book this hotel.

way tk reach property was very pathetic and risky .one cannot even believe that the property like this can be so off the road. u cannot go to the main road without the help of the hotel's escort vehicle. apart from that at the price of Rs.6000 per night they didnt even privided comolimentary breakfast. everything was charged extra.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were so welcoming, the room was clean and modern, the view was spectacular, the food was delicious, service was amazing, and overall everything was just perfect! The hotel/resort is literally located on a hill surrounded by mountains and i could see the Himalayas from our bedroom and the restaurant downstairs as well. Honestly, probably my best hotel/resort experience in india. I would come to shimla a million times just so i could stay at this amazing hotel/resort again! I truly felt special and pampered the whole time i was there!
