I am following up regarding my recent request for assistance with my reservation at AC Hotel Washington DC Downtown (first weekend of February). I mistakenly booked this location instead of the AC Hotel Convention Center, which has a nearly identical name. I was physically present in Washington, DC at the time and contacted the Downtown property immediately to resolve the error. The hotel declined to offer any modification or goodwill adjustment. When I previously reached out to Expedia, I was advised that support would be reviewed, but I have not received any follow-up communication. I am respectfully requesting Expedia’s assistance in advocating for either a reservation credit, modification, or refund, as this was an honest booking error involving two similarly named properties under the same brand in the same city. Please let me know the status of this request.
