The room we booked and prepaid through hotels.com was not available upon arrival, and no alternative option was provided. We were only informed on the day we arrived. Ultimately, we were relocated to a cheaper hotel, but the price difference was not reimbursed. Both the hotel and hotels.com blamed each other, with neither offering any meaningful support. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how they’re handled. In this case, the lack of proper resolution was deeply disappointing. Proceed with caution.

Foi incrível - não gostei muito do café da manhã, falta baste coisa que tem no cardápio mas na verdade não tem! De resto foi incrível. tirando a parte que eles não limpam o quarto enquanto estamos hospedados (arrumaram as camas pq pedimos, não retiraram nem as garrafas de água ou as sacolas de lixo)
