I booked this place looking at reviews and had high hopes. Unfortunately it was the exact opposite. The place was dirty, blankets with burn marks in them. Empty kicthen with no amenities despite being an extended stay facility, which I paid to upgrade to. Denied access to the advertised shuttle service. Very disappointed and would not book again. WiFi was also extremely weak.

We called for the shuttle service at the airport. They did not tell us where to wait for the shuttle. We waited at the hotel shuttle area and this was not the location. It took us approximately 2 hours to leave the airport. We ended up calling Uber. The following morning we were awoken at 4:44 am by the front desk banging on our door shouting out that it was time to check out. The front desk then used the key and opened our door. Check out wasn't until noon hour. She made an error and went to the wrong room. We couldn't get back to sleep afterwards as we were shaken by the experience. My husband went to the front desk and asked for a refund, or discount or some sort of compensation. The front desk had absolutely no compassion. We would not recommend this motel/hotel.

Big updated rooms and bathrooms are a plus. Convenient airport shuttle service is available. At first a staff member couldn't find my reservation, but the morning person was very pleasant and helpful and straightened everything out. I just wish there was a hairdryer available in the bathroom.

We arrived around 2am and went right to sleep. We woke up in a sweat around 6am because the AC wasn\'t working. I went to take a shower and the overhead shower didn\'t work. There was mold all over the shower curtain and an infestation of bugs in the bathroom. The hotel floor was soft and sunk in in many areas, possibly due to mold. The towels provided had what looked like shoe marks on them and black dirt streaks. We were not given a refund. I know this hotel isn\'t fancy. I\'m not looking for a place with a free breakfast or hot tub. But, this place was unlivable. This is not a "you get what you pay for" situation. The Swan Motel is in violation of multiple health codes and is breaking the law. Of course the manager, Gabriel, did not care and would not refund us for the night when I called the next day. I had booked through Expedia. I advised Expedia to take this listing off of their website and also called the local Health Dept/ Inspector. We spent all morning the following day looking for a place to shower since we weren\'t able to at the motel. We showered at the Planet Fitness and ended up finding another hotel for the following night. Overall, disgusted and upset by our experience.

I reserved a non-smoking room for my son and I. When we checked in, I was giving a remote control for the TV with no back on it. Then when we got to our room and I opened the door, it was filled with the stinking stench of cigarettes or cigar smoking. There was no running water in the bathroom sink. The sheet on the bed had a huge tear to the bottom. I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay here.

Not so good. No food service. Loud music playing and desk doesn't know where it is coming from. it stopped for a few hours and resumed at 3am for another 1-2 hours. Another phone call did no good. I travel a lot and this was my worst hotel stay ever.

When I arrived at the hotel check in went smoothly. Getting to my room is smelled like someone had been smoking in there. The space was very small. I did not feel safe sleeping here && I was asked for a pet deposit after I had already checked out. I was never asked for a pet deposit when I checked in. T

First off I rented a room that was supposed to have a kitchen. Upon arrival oh those rooms are not pet friendly. So the hotel says pet friendly but it is not all pet friendly. My dogs are registered service animals being I'm a 100% disabled United States Marine. I brought my paperwork into the lobby with one of my dogs and was told I had to check out. My fogs are immaculate they do not stink and are so gentle and personality is top notch. My irtimerary says my room fee with the kitchen is 108 , I'm paying 126 for little... box also I got a call for a 200$ pet deposit when clearly on the Swan Hotel website it says service animals no pet fee. The little dude at the front desk said it's up to him. THIS PLACE STOLE MY MONEY AND THEN THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME PET FRIENDLY JUST DON'T BRING A PET HERE OR BE EXHILED TO A SUBSTANDARD ROOM. OH AND THE WATER GOT BOTH MY DOGS SICK. Believe me

We called for the shuttle service at the airport. They did not tell us where to wait for the shuttle. We waited at the hotel shuttle area and this was not the location. It took us approximately 2 hours to leave the airport. We ended up calling Uber. The following morning we were awoken at 4:44 am by the front desk banging on our door shouting out that it was time to check out. The front desk then used the key and opened our door. Check out wasn't until noon hour. She made an error and went to the wrong room. We couldn't get back to sleep afterwards as we were shaken by the experience. My husband went to the front desk and asked for a refund, or discount or some sort of compensation. The front desk had absolutely no compassion. We would not recommend this motel/hotel.

Big updated rooms and bathrooms are a plus. Convenient airport shuttle service is available. At first a staff member couldn't find my reservation, but the morning person was very pleasant and helpful and straightened everything out. I just wish there was a hairdryer available in the bathroom.

Not so good. No food service. Loud music playing and desk doesn't know where it is coming from. it stopped for a few hours and resumed at 3am for another 1-2 hours. Another phone call did no good. I travel a lot and this was my worst hotel stay ever.

Heat was not working, it was 30 degrees outside. Dead cocroach in the middle of floor. Hair on sheets. Need I say more. Gross and disgusting !!!! Never again !!!

First off I rented a room that was supposed to have a kitchen. Upon arrival oh those rooms are not pet friendly. So the hotel says pet friendly but it is not all pet friendly. My dogs are registered service animals being I'm a 100% disabled United States Marine. I brought my paperwork into the lobby with one of my dogs and was told I had to check out. My fogs are immaculate they do not stink and are so gentle and personality is top notch. My irtimerary says my room fee with the kitchen is 108 , I'm paying 126 for little... box also I got a call for a 200$ pet deposit when clearly on the Swan Hotel website it says service animals no pet fee. The little dude at the front desk said it's up to him. THIS PLACE STOLE MY MONEY AND THEN THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME PET FRIENDLY JUST DON'T BRING A PET HERE OR BE EXHILED TO A SUBSTANDARD ROOM. OH AND THE WATER GOT BOTH MY DOGS SICK. Believe me
