I checked out 3 days early at the front desk and they printed my receipt for the one day. The next week, I saw the bill had posted to my credit card for the full amount of the reservation. When I called, the person said they had no record of me checking out even though I also turned in my parking pass when I checked out, on top of them printing my folio. They said they were going to have the AGM call me back which has not happened after 24 hours. I will be reaching out again soon, but the front desk staff not checking me out of my stay is silly and seems easily verifiable by management to confirm I actually did check out (ie video, key card swipes on my door, parking access records, etc.).

Amazing stay , I extended my stay everyday til they were fully booked 💔 the staff was amazing, the amenities to the pool, gym and even the washer machine was a life saver. Did I mention the amazing breakfast and hospitality, they were on point everyday to extra towels to changing the creamer when need to be. Security was also on point! Most definitely my staycation spot for sure!

O quarto era muito grande, confortável e limpo. O chuveiro funcionava muito bem e a água sempre estava bem quente. A recepção sempre foi muito atenciosa, solícita e com uma energia maravilhosa. As toalhas e roupas de cama eram bem confortáveis. E a localização é excelente. O único ponto negativo é que não repuseram o shampoo e o sabonete. Havia acabado num dia, pedi pra recepção, o no dia seguinte só percebi que não tinha quando entrei no banho.
O quarto era muito grande, confortável e limpo. O chuveiro funcionava muito bem e a água sempre estava bem quente. A recepção sempre foi muito atenciosa, solícita e com uma energia maravilhosa. As toalhas e roupas de cama eram bem confortáveis. E a localização é excelente. O único ponto negativo é que não repuseram o shampoo e o sabonete.
