The experience is amazing. Valet, then being smacked in the face with an entrance that is amazingly opulent. Walk by the steakhouse into a luxurious room. Beautiful view of the pool. The Spa so good. The pool area is 10/10. A Concert right on the premises topped it off.

2nd time staying. Our first day was a bit of a write off, the lobby was having construction done so they shut down all the pools for a few hours … the old HARDROCK pool is not open during the week anymore either . Marc , the pool manager was helpful but had no power to give us any perks or compensation of the resort fee for the day we couldn’t go outside until lunch.

Pros: Restaurants are nice and expensive as expected , services are top notch ~ Swimming pools are nice , not too crowded. Cons: if you travel with an electric car , expect all the charging ports taken . People are parking their non-electric cars on the EV charging spot and nobody cares . We finally chose to pay for valet parking and let the staff take care of charging our car for us . It’s $35/night. Smokers are everywhere !!! And I’m not talking about inside of the casino cause that’s allowed so it’s expected . We’re talking about smoke-free public area , hotel lobby , elevators etc . It’s horrible . The Hollywood hotel rooms are very outdated . AC is not working, carpet is old and moist , bathroom is the old shower-tub with curtain situation . Room smelled like pot. No sound proof so expect to hear drunk yelling after 11pm . We stayed one night and couldn’t take it anymore so switched to the guitar hotel , it’s much pricier but worth it . The whole hotel management system is not efficient . We had some issues with the room switching and stuff left behind , and it took quite a hassle to get our stuff back . Looks like the housekeeping department and the front desk don’t have a good communication channel. Nobody knows anything .. I will say Sabastian from front desk is the only staff who was being helpful and prompt during our whole stay . Overall not very impressed and probably won’t go back again .

I was not impressed the pools were closed apparently due to a water main break. The hard rock pool was closed as well so never got a chance to see it. The staff was alright.

I booked a pool view and they gave me a room on the 4 floor I was not able to see the pool only the roof of the pool cabanas 😞also there were empty cups of drinks and trash everywhere in the pool area. and the check in lady was not able to tell were I could park my car with facilities access I park far away and had to walk with my luggage around to come in the building.

Rooms were dirty when we arrived and when we asked for room to be cleaned the next day they said yes but never did. When we asked front desk they said they would put a request and never did. We had to be chasing cleaning lady’s for towels. And were rude to my wife and kids.

What a shame that the housekeeping department can bring down my whole rating of this hotel. There were food crumbs from a prior guest's cookies, unwiped table, hair and debris on the floor due to the lack of proper vacuuming and extensive mildew in the shower. At the premium rate I paid for this hotel I am very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness. I spoke with Andrew to rectify the situation and all they did was make the bed. They never vacuumed or sprayed the mildew. Disgusting and disgusted!

Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.

Check in took a while because we didnt have a membership and people with memberships get to cut your line. Tha AC did not get very cold, someone was singing happy birthday in the hall (I think staff at the housekeeping room across from ours) at 8AM. The room was really nice as well as the pool.

Elevators could be heard from the room, with a loud "ding" everytime an elevator came to the floor. This prevented sleep all night. Hallways were loud up until 6 am.

Room was nice. Check in was easy and accommodated us with room closed to elevator. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too bulky/hard. Had a very large shower with 3 choice of sprays. LOVED low night light feature that would come on automatically when making trips to the bathroom in middle of night. Wished other hotels had this! Pretty view of pool and very nice area. Plenty of shelving and drawers for storage, ironing board/iron and safe in closet. Plan on doing some walking though! Main casino covers large area and your favorite machine may be in on the other end, as well as food court. There is a nice variety of gaming machines and table games. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return trip.

Stayed here a couple of days before a cruise out of Miami. The hotel is simply wonderful! The room isn't very family friendly though, as there is no door to the restroom and the panels behind the sink can slide open to view from inside the room. Other than We enjoyed breakfast every morning at Rise and loved the food court options.

Nice place but terrible customer service. And very expensive. I arrived with my mom and they had no wheelchair available. They said the only three they had were already reserved. I had to pay $100 for a scooter. Check in was too far from the valet right now and took way too long. Rollaway bed took about three hours to be delivered. Room service to two hours and was 100 bucks for a Caesar salad and french fries.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, both personally and for members of my team. We stayed for a company event, and from the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was unacceptable. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, both personally and for members of my team. We stayed for a company event, and from the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was unacceptable. The property is average if you compare it to Vegas hotels. The staff was poor. We booked 2 rooms and we went top check in at 4pm. We were told we had to wait to get rooms together as 1 on the 4th floor was ready but the room next to on the same floor was not. I was not feeling well so i took the room that was ready and went to rest. We kept calling about the other room and they kept saying it was not ready. We spoke to the staff cleaning the rooms who stated the room we were getting was cleaned already nd just waiting inspection. Despite u calling every 15 minutes we did not get our 2nd room until after 7pm and the staff later found out that the room inspection took place before we even arrived. We were told at heck in that the show for the lights was at 9pm and again at 930. 1 of our guests staying with us was there for only 1 night nd wanted to see the show. We went at 920 to see the 930 show only to be told that on Sundays there is only 1 show at 9pm. Why would they tell is 2 shows and there only be 1. The staff does not know what is happening it seems. My friend missed the show. The rooms are hugely overpriced and definitely not value for money. The food in the restaurants are average. Not a great experience by any means.

Called down for extra towels bec only 2 sets were in the room. We had 4 people in room. Took and hour and half to get towels. We had dinner reservations at 645pm luckily I was able to bump reservations to 715pm. Still didn’t have towels to shower before dinner. So 2 people used the big towels, one person used the hand towels and one person used the robe to dry off! I did call down to for towels again after an hr they were not there. They did acknowledge it’s taken too long. After that still took another 30 min to get the towels..but too late we had to make do w/what we had. In general…everything takes forever at this hotel. Dinner..drinks..getting rooms ready..checking in..

The property is beautiful. It’s clean. The service is great. The food is outstanding. Lots of things to do. It’s just a great place and I love going there. Let’s face it when you’re there. You don’t really go to the areas outside the hotel. At least I don’t. And it doesn’t look that great and I’ve heard bad things about it so I stay at the hotel.

We were celebrating my dad’s 84th birthday. Everything was perfect. The pools were gorgeous, the pool side restaurant was good. The room was huge and clean and spacious. The steak house was hands down the best food I have ever had in my life truly worth every penny. The steak was life changing and the potato au gratin made me want to kiss everyone in the restaurant. Not only was the food phenomenal, the staff was lovely and made every second magical.

It would be great if some information about the calendar events that are scheduled during your stay. Missed out on a pool party because unaware tickets needed to be purchased and it sold out. Heads up on making reservations at the restaurants would have been good to know as the waits for non reservations was over 3 hours. Never visited the property so a little more information provided during check in would have been greatly appreciated

Everything great except cocktail servers never came around while we were gambling. Like for hours, eventhough the dealers would ask them to come back. Also, breakfast place called Rise had terrible service. Hardly ever saw waiter. My food came out completely wrong and it took another 25 minutes to get meal replaced with correct order.. No apology or comp or anything. But Irwin was the sweetest man ever and helped us more than our own waiter.

This hotel should not charge a resort fee as it is not a legitimate resort in my opinion. Pool closes by 8 pm. There is no service in pool area after 5-6 pm or so, no beverages No food. Was asked to present room key and drivers license to enter pool area. I don’t bring drivers license to a pool. I have a phone and watch for that. Too much security in my opinion. Felt more like a prison or airport security vibe than a resort. I won’t go back. Had limited drinks served at casino bars (almost nothing frozen ) , not enough servers at blackjack tables. SMOKING EVERYWHERE. When is smoking ok these days inside?? Cigars and cigarettes. Too much security Food expensive and mediocre . Room was nice though with good amenities and appointments. Hallway leading to room had an offensive earthy odor. Needless to say, I won’t return.

This was our first time visiting the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & were VERY pleasantly surprised. Everyone that we encountered from valet, bell hops, front desk, restaurant service staff, casino staff, & housekeeping were all friendly, helpful, & professional. Our room was clean & spacious. The bed & pillows were outstanding. The food in all the restaurants was delicious. The pool & property were very well kept up & clean. If I had to complain about anything it would be the towels & toilet paper. They were the only things that we felt weren’t up to the standard of this hotel & property. We will most definitely be staying again & would highly recommend. PS my husband loved the elevators. He said they were easy & fast.
