We were a family of 4 and it was perfect, enough space for everybody. The airport was 10min away with Uber so is a good location for early flights. Every thing was very clean. Communication was great.

We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. When we used the code to open the door THE ROOM WAS OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER FAMILY! They had the room rented and we compared codes and rooms and sure enough we had both been booked in same room. When Expedia was contacted they contacted the property who blamed us for going to the wrong address which makes no sense. How would we get the wrong address when we got the address from Expedia and used the codes that were given to us by the property to get into the building and to get into the room. The property refused to give us a refund and do to "policy" Expedia said it was up to the property and there was nothing they could to about it. Overall very disappointed in Expedia and this property and would not recommend it to anyone. We ended up booking a whole other hotel for the night due to not wanting to stay with this company.
