The property itself was great, no concerns there. Great location and well set out. However, communication with the ‘host’ was not so good because when contacting them via phone you evidently spoke to some call centre in south-east Asia which was impersonal and it took too long to have minor issues resolved.

A great base from which to explore Magnetic Island. Easy to access the property from the ferry terminal and close to IGA, coffee, car hire etc. Four swimming pools and a spa (which thought there was just one so this was a bonus!). Shame there is no direct access to the harbour walk where the wallabies are (you have to walk all the way around - the apartments are highly fenced & secured). Tamara was great to deal with and the property was very clean, cool and bright.
